Thanks for that link Gandalf! Something I noticed missing in that material as well as the SoTT Focus article is any reference to Mulberry - what caterpillars eat to make silk- so I thought I'd include it here:

Also thought I'd remind about E's post on Rooibos tea.
And finally, to suggest keeping the body in a ph state of alkaline (rather than acidic).

The mulberry’s levels of antioxidants are 79% higher than blueberries and 24% more than those found in cranberries. Not only that but mulberries are packed full of vitamins and fibre and contain high levels of resveratrol - the antioxidant super hero which is the focus of so much scientific interest across a wide range of disciplines.
It is the high level of antioxidants in mulberries that make them an excellent weapon in the fight against infection. A recent report in the Journal of Infectious Diseases concluded that resveratrol decreased the reproduction of the influenza virus.

Rooibos (alternative to coffee). It contains no harmful stimulants and is totally free of caffeine. Its health properties are ascribed mainly to its low tannin content, minerals and its anti-spasmodic, anti-oxidant, free-radical-capturing properties. Rooibos’ antispasmodic properties make it an excellent drink for babies with colic.
