Summary: what we know so far
[...] A British drone, operating from Lincolnshire, helped track Emwazi, although what are believed to have been the fatal shots were fired by the Americans. According to one report he was tracked for six weeks before the decisive strike was made.
Interesting, going back six weeks - brings us to the air strikes on the DWB hospital in Kunduz. Going down events in a limited timeline, it looks like Russia foiled terrorist attacks on Oct. 14 and Oct. 21st and possibly (?) November 8th. The U.S. Navy launching a Second Ballistic Missile Test over the Pacific and Secret Military Operations diverting LAX planes for a week might be in fear of ISIS reprisals?
Then there's the odd report on Nov. 11 - Paramilitary police in Miami force passengers to leave plane at gunpoint because of a Dentist's medical bag?
September 29th U.S. air strikes on the Kunduz, Afghanistan Hospital.
http://www.sott.net/article/303209-Hypocrisy-American-airstrike-in-Afghanistan-hits-hospital-kills-at-least-50-doctors-patients-and-civilians
It reported that from 02:08 until 03:15 local time, the hospital was hit by a series of aerial bombing raids at approximately 15-minute intervals.
The main central hospital building - housing the intensive care unit, emergency rooms, and physiotherapy ward - was repeatedly hit during each aerial raid while surrounding buildings were left mostly untouched, it added.

Oct. 14 - U.S. Warns Russia Of “Reprisal Attacks” … Russia Foils Attempted “Reprisal Attacks”
http://www.activistpost.com/2015/10/u-s-warns-russia-of-reprisal-attacks-russia-foils-attempted-reprisal-attacks.html
In yet another “coincidence” that many would suggest is an example of the direct control over international terror networks by NATO and the U.S., only days after U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter warned Russia that it would see reprisal terror attacks within its borders as a result of the Russian intervention in Syria,
Russian authorities have announced the disruption of a plot to conduct bombings of Russian railway systems by jihadist terrorists.
It is thus a very interesting coincidence that, so soon after Carter’s remarks, Russia would indeed face “reprisal attacks” within its own borders.

The members of the group recruited Muslims, distributed banned literature and collected money to provide financial assistance to militants.
"Special operations were carried out in the framework of the criminal case on organizing and participating in the terrorist organization instituted by Interior Ministry’s investigative department in Moscow. Searches were carried out in 24 places where Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami members lived. Among seized evidence were bank cards, electronic and printed extremist materials and other kinds of prohibited literature propagating changing Russia’s constitutional regime and establishing a global caliphate," Alexeyeva explained.

Turkey only got NATOs support for the politically motivated crackdown on the PKK because Ankara agreed to bundle said crackdown with a military campaign against ISIS. But the Syrian Kurds are the most effective ground force of them all when it comes to combating Islamic State. Because those Syrian Kurds are aligned with the PKK, Turkey is effectively trying to say its army is fighting ISIS, the PKK, and YPG all at once even as both the PKK and the YPG are also fighting ISIS
Turkey has confirmed that it struck positions in Syria held by Kurdish militias that over the last year have become the most important allies within Syria of the American-led coalition fighting the Islamic State.

The military is not saying what exactly is causing the change, and LAX claims it's also in the dark. Castles said all they know is planes can't be flying at low altitudes to our west.
