Photograph of something ultra-terrestrial?

Interesting that most cannot see the shape of a face at all. I may not have noticed it myself only it was tagged on Facebook as 'spooky face'. Oh well, looks like a case where a bush is just a bush! :)

I certainly see a face. Me thinks it is brainworks that compose an image from available patterns & colour, rather than anything else. Similar like looking at a clouds and converting it in your mind in faces, scenery, etc. Looks like brain image/concept recognition assembly at work topped with imagination, it can be rather vivid sometimes.

But who knows, I am open to other possibilities :)

I'm afraid that I don't see the face - could you be more specific on where it is supposed to be?

I also don't see much . It looks to be some new age cult, hiding and waiting for the Jesus to come and take them on his cross.

There is a part of the little tree that draws like a funny face of a devil with small horns, is happens sometimes in plants. It is like seeing shapes in the clouds. Now, if it is symbolic or not is another issue..

I can see it, but I don't think I would have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out. :)

I think we tend to project human faces onto abstract images to some degree. I've caught myself doing this when looking up at clouds, for instance.

I also had difficulty spotting the face at first. Now that I have "seen" it, I agree that it's nothing more than leaves.

Oh I see the goblin face, it's a lighter green than the surrounding bush.
Must be a trick of the light and the leaves.
Although it could represent by some kind of funny coincidence the hidden spirit of the gathering ? :D

It's above the head of the man sitting on the right, the distance is approximately the same as the size of his head and forms a triangle with the turquoise object to the right.

Thanks for blowing this up Tonosama. :)

Personally I think it looks more subtle and a more obviously natural phenomena in the close up. I'm surprised that some can't see anything at all as it stood out like a sore thumb for me once my attention was drawn to it which is why I posted it here.

Perhaps this to do with people's perception of colour? For me, this patch of the bush is a good few shades lighter than the rest of it which exactly accentuates the shape of a head and face, again looking like a goblin or elf type thing.

My initial thought was that it could be some kind of energetic form which has imprinted itself on the natural/3D environment but from the feedback here, perhaps I'm wanting to 'see' things that aren't really there....

I did see it first time (after a little searching) but I agree that it is probably the brain forming an interpretation of the pattern of leaves/branches.

I did see the face first time round and I cannot understand other people not seeing it, especially in the blow up of post #25 (thanks tonosama).

To my mind this face resembles a carved ceremonial mask used in sacred dances and such activities. It seems to just been hung there awaiting future use - osit. Just my 2 cents...

**EDIT** For a look at something similar see: http://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=17212.msg152922#msg152922. Just found that while reading over there, seems a sort of unsolicited 'comment' about this.
