The Seth Rich bombshells that are being dropped now are earth shattering, and according to sources, there is absolute panic at the highest levels of the DNC in Washington.
World Net Daily investigative journalist Liz Crokin is breaking huge news regarding the Seth Rich murder investigation, or the complete lack thereof. Crokin has discovered that DC police failed to visit the last bar at which Seth Rich was seen alive - it appears that even the most cursory investigation has been avoided. According to Crokin, the bar owner told her no one showed up to interview him, or any one else, nor was he ever asked for any bar video surveillance that might have been recorded of Rich's final moments.
Additionally, Kim Dotcom has publicly confirmed that he KNOWS that Seth Rich WAS the DNC Wiki-leaker. Dotcom says he is willing to share everything he knows with US government officials IF they can guarantee his safe passage into and out of the United States.
Dotcom says, "I KNOW THAT SETH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK, If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back."
I'm not familiar with Kim Dotcom or what's behind the U.S. giving him the "royal treatment of seizing ALL of his assets" but apparently he is a major threat to someone(s)? Is there evidence in the Megaupload files that the DNC gang and the Clinton's are trying to bury and need to silence Kim? I noticed,
FBI Director Comey is also involved? I still find it interesting, the way Trump fired Comey - Trump might have had hard evident that Comey was the "way and means" by the Clinton's to bring about conditions for Impeachment?
A Friday US Justice Department filing argues that Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom, founder of filesharing site MegaUpload, shouldn’t be allowed to recover assets that have been seized from him, citing a lack of evidence for Dotcom’s claims that medical issues are keeping him from entering the US, where he faces prosecution.
Denied: US Government Says Kim Dotcom Can’t Recover $42M in Seized Assets

The US Justice Department and the FBI shut down Megaupload in 2012, leveling piracy and copyright-infringement charges against Dotcom and other operators and seizing $42 million in assets in the process. These included luxury cars, a $10,000 watch, bank accounts in New Zealand and Hong Kong, a mansion and an Olaf Mueller photograph worth over $100,000.
An FBI statement at the time said Dotcom’s was "among the largest criminal copyright cases ever brought by the United States and directly targets the misuse of a public content storage and distribution site to commit and facilitate intellectual property crime."
The government has also said the "estimated harm" of Dotcom’s actions stood "well in excess of $500 million."
New Zealand’s High Court found in February that Dotcom and associates Finn Batato, Mathias Ortmann and Bram van der Kolk were eligible for extradition to the US, which Dotcom has been fighting ever since. After the ruling Dotcom wrote on Twitter, "New Zealand Copyright Law (92b) makes it clear that an ISP can't be criminally liable for actions of their users. Unless you're Kim Dotcom?"
Dotcom is a German national with permanent residency in New Zealand.
He challenged the forfeiture to the US Supreme Court, saying the government is abusing the Fugitive Disentitlement Doctrine, which keeps fugitives from seeking relief from the government they are fleeing. Lawyers for Dotcom say he cannot rightly be considered a fugitive because he is fighting his extradition through New Zealand courts and has never set foot on US soil.
Quoting a 2004 federal appellate decision, the agencies noted, "Congress sought to bar the 'unseemly spectacle' of allowing an accused to absent himself deliberately in order to avoid prosecution in the United States while using United States courts to retrieve the proceeds of his crime."
If Dotcom is extradited, charged and found guilty, the self-described “internet freedom fighter” could face up to 20 years in prison.
Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom, wanted by the US government, has filed a complaint in New Zealand against FBI Director James Comey, who is currently on a trip to the country.
Kim Dotcom Wants FBI’s Comey Questioned for Piracy in New Zealand

Dotcom has formally reported Comey to the New Zealand police for the theft of his data by the FBI, and has requested that they question him. (Copy of formal legal complaint.)
“By this letter, Mr. Dotcom lodges a formal complaint with the New Zealand Police regarding the unlawful removal from New Zealand of clones of electronic devices belonging to Mr. Dotcom which were seized during the well-publicized search of Mr. Dotcom’s then home on 20 January 2012,” the letter, sent by a lawyer on Dotcom’s behalf, reads.
The letter goes on to note that the removal has been found by the High Court of New Zealand to have been unlawful.
Comey is currently in New Zealand for a conference, and it is unknown how long he will remain there. For this reason, Dotcom stressed the urgency of the police questioning him.
Dotcom is wanted in the US over a file hosting service called Megaupload, which is now defunct. The US Department of Justice has accused him of pirating, copyright infringement, wire fraud and other charges related to the website. He has also founded a cloud storage service called Mega, which uses encryption to protect user privacy.
NZ Courts have ruled that the @FBI removed my data unlawfully from New Zealand. FBI Director Comey is here and should be held accountable.
A New Zealand court ruled in January that Dotcom and others accused alongside him could be extradited to the US, not for the charge of copyright infringement, but on the fraud charge. His lawyer is appealing the decision.
In an entertaining tweet, Dotcom poked at Comey by accusing him of stealing data, using the hashtag “pirates.”
FBI Director Comey who's currently in New Zealand should be compelled by NZ Police to return all of the data the FBI stole from me. #Pirates
The US has alleged that Dotcom’s file-sharing service cost Hollywood over $500 million in lost revenue.
President Vladimir Putin’s offer of political asylum to ex-Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey revealed how complicated Comey’s testimony about President Donald Trump had become, former European Union consultant Paolo von Schirach told Sputnik.
Putin's Amnesty Offer Exposes Complexities of Comey Testimony on Trump

The story acquired a new flavor when President Putin pointed out that it was strange when the head of an intelligence service [Comey] makes a record of his conversation with the commander-in-chief and then leaks this conversation to the media via a friend," Schirach said on Thursday.
The Comey story was being used by the mostly US liberal media as additional evidence that Trump was a bad president, Schirach noted.
"But it is not going to make matters much worse for President Trump, since Comey did not come up with any new sensational revelations," he stated.
Trump still needed to be able to put the Comey affair behind him, but he also faced an independent probe led by another former FBI director, Robert Mueller that may go on for months, possibly even years, Schirach concluded.
US President Donald Trump confirmed in a statement on Friday that he is under investigation for the firing of former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey.
Trump Confirms Being Investigated for Firing Ex-FBI Director Comey
https://sputniknews.com/us/201706161054699551-trump-comey-investigated/
"I am being investigated for firing the FBI Director by the man who told me to fire the FBI Director! Witch Hunt," Trump stated in a Twitter message.
Earlier this week, reports emerged claiming that Trump is under the investigation of Special Counsel Robert Mueller over the dismissal of Comey. The US president is reportedly probed over obstruction of justice.
A representative for Trump’s lawyer promptly reacted to the allegation.
"The FBI leak of information regarding the President is outrageous, inexcusable and illegal," Mark Corallo, spokesperson for Trump's lawyer Marc Kasowitz, said.
The special counsel reportedly launched its investigation of Trump just days after Trump fired former FBI director James Comey on May 9.
Obstruction of justice is an impeachable offense.
