If you are illegal they will come to you. I recommend you have a family plan in case you or your family are illegal. If this map is accurate (which no one can really verify as it was Scallion's and Cayce's I could not locate either) we may be in line for water "all around". Not a pretty picture for sure.
The worst of it is there are many farmlands that will be destroyed along with people's businesses and homes. The whole economy of the Prairies will be in jeopardy. And of course with new water levels comes other problems such as invading species in the rivers and lakes, salt versus fresh water, contamination of wells and lands, etc. This map does not include the new volcanoes that will erupt during that time either.
