Astrologer Jose Millan- Pluto retrograde in Capricorn. + Lunar Eclipse in Virgo​

I want to share the perspective of Astrologer Jose Millan whom I have followed since shortly before the “covid time”, he makes two monthly reports of the movement of the stars and in this fortnight, he refers to many movements the more interesting of this fragment Pluto retrograde in Capricorn.
Note that one may or may not agree with his ideological position or how he sees or does not see the picture -sometimes I am completely contrary to his point of view-. Even so the interesting thing is that he does not make predictions but prospections based on symbolism and the study of past astrological history behavior, so he deduces and connects with his own intuition and criteria, a more objective point of view from an astrological point of view.

I believe that in this case, as in the case of many astrologers, JMillan is not a medium, in the sense that he does not have the ability to see or project visions, but he is a scholar of the subject who uses the traditional method (handmade astrology) interprets, searches and compares with moments in history to make parallels with the present, he wrote a book on this subject which adds to his way of connecting or channeling with his higher soul. I have not measured his level of prospection but some of this can be seen in the 2020 video where he “got it right” with the social and symbolic theme which was then seen in the covid enclosures and other topics.
I think that if he has a lot of understanding in the subject and in his psychology which allows him to be insightful and connect with the symbolic interpretations of reality.

I am not sure why it is important for you to draw a line between psychic abilities and astrology, but psychic abilities are not limited to clairvoyance (visions). There is also clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), claircognizance (knowing) and even something like "clairsmelling" and "clairtastng".

Many of the better astrologers seem be using something like claircognizance or clairsentience.

I am not and could not draw limits in astrology and even less if you have psychic abilities. I just wanted to deepen in the term prospecting which is not the same as prediction (I clarify that Mr. Millan himself says that he does not predict anything).
