This is a highly controversial statement. The only truth here is that Medvedev is a Putin supporter and that's it. Otherwise, we can say that Medvedev is just such a Medvedev as long as Putin needs him for some reason. He's nothing by himself. An interesting question about "trust". Who trusts whom? Does Putin trust Medvedev? Yes, this is possible to a certain extent, otherwise he would not have been put in the presidential chair to warm it up during the forced absence of the real "owner". Do the Russian people trust Medvedev? No, and no again. I am writing this as a Russian and a Russian citizen living in Russia.

Your perspective as a citizen shows that Medvedev is a controversial character, in Russia too - and this clarifies things. It's true that Medvedev's statements don't match the other people at all (S. Lavrov, M. Zakharova, V. Putin). I suppose that I just need to pray that Medvedev's world view stops at the boundary of his brain^^ and that it's not present at all in the main government.

Well - I trust Putin and his team, so as to be aligned with what they show, what they say. Only time will tell, but I would say that some time has passed already, so it's kind of okay. But it was kind of a shock to read Medvedev's statements, and not seeing him being fired (for example). His statements could have been a tensed "Dr Strangelove" situation. I can understand this. At best, you guys have a strong guy who won't "flinch". Side of the coin is a huge basic way of thought. Whatever! Good luck and hello to Russians

RUMOR: Plasma Burst EMP weapons tested by Russia makes the sky glow blue?

I have credible information with video evidence, that Russia has just tested their new Plasma Burst EMP weapon, again in Dnipro in the night from October 1st to 2nd. These videos are all random dash cam captures and one fixed-webcam monitoring Dnipro. So they are genuine videos. I believe the blackout was caused by the EMP disrupting electric infrastructure. However it is unclear if other missiles and drones were also involved in damaging infrastructure. Upon a high energy pulse within our atmosphere, such force tends to tear Nitrogen and Oxygen Molecules apart. Then, upon recombining to N2 and O2 Molecules (Molecular Recombination), they emit radiation in the blue to ultra violet spectrum. That’s exactly why we perceive lightning as blueish.

Although that was a BIG flash, but clouds can reflect a light pulse like that for long distances

Also, an EMP would not just affect electrical facilities, it would also knock out vehicle electronics. EMP can damage electronics and make them unusable

Fact is, we don’t know what it was and speculation is just that… speculation

Quite accurate, to condition their European citizens to the fear of war, a la Covid, it worked so well. Why not use a similar formula?

European cities have been hit by an epidemic of UFD, or Unidentified Flying Drones. UAVs are everywhere: near military bases, at airports, in fields, and over cities. Whose they are is unclear.

What are the theories?

1. Provocations by Banderites aimed at improving arms supplies and provoking war.

2. Activities of pro-Russian underground groups in these countries aimed at destabilizing life in the EU.

3. Testing the resilience of their air defense systems conducted by local special services.

4. Local hooligans playing around with mischievous intentions.

5. Direct drone deployment from Russia.

Which theories are plausible?

The first is quite likely, although the path of a typical UAV can usually be tracked. A lot of senseless Ukro-avoiders live in Europe. Launching drones in Europe is safer than on the front line.

The second theory is theoretically possible but still doubtful. People sympathetic to our country will not waste their resources in vain by coming out of the underground. Our "agents and moles" are waiting for a separate command.

The third explanation. Yes, special services and national armed forces must check their readiness to repel UAV attacks. This theory is workable.

The fourth theory. Of course, local idlers can fool around by launching drones. Why not annoy their bureaucrats? A good way!

Medvedev actually did not list the two most likely sources of the drones: 1) secret tech of the cabal and 2) interdimensional or undergrounder origin. Though if it is the cabal, the aim is probably the same as the Banderites.
