There was discussion about if Putin might be a reincarnation of Caesar with the indication that Putin is a member of the Caesar soul group.
We read in the book From Paul to Mark, in the chapter titled The Patron’s Honor:

• Divide and conquer.
• Separate kids from their parents.
• Destroy the family unit by "firing up" each side.
• Disregard knowledge and experience of elders.
• Indoctrinate every generation with the media.
• Only trust the government.
• Be completely dependent on the government.
• Follow the rules, it's for the greater good.
• "If someone is missing a limb, cut your own limb so the person doesn't feel bad."
• The exception is the rule.
• 'Free' speech is too costly to be implemented.
