We do have records indicating that in December 1981, Volume 1, Number 1 of a Newsletter labeled simply 'N.Y.D.P.' was published. It mentions that at the Fall seminar, the following officers were elected: President, Thomas DePrima, Saratoga; VP, Carl Ruppert, Rensselaer/City of Troy; 2nd VP, John Cooley, Ontario, and Secretary, James Brady, Chemung. We also have a letter from January, 1982 which uses the 'NYSLGDPMA' acronym and lists Carl Ruppert as 'acting' President'

JFrederickMuggs is the chimpanzee who NBC used for promos during the 50's. It gives us an idea on his age, though...

He's obviously got me blocked because I can see neither his page, nor his comments on Sheridan's page. Wonder why that is? I guess it is to protect him while he goes around defaming me.

You probably unfriended him for trolling on your page and he's blocked you out of rage at not being able to unfriend you.

You're definitely blocked because I can see his whole page and all his photos. The majority of his profile pics are of a young boy, but he has two of what appears to be him now. He has 117 friends, most of whom are public figures, with a lot of disinformation folks in there - the usual suspects. Not many personal contacts in that list - could be a spook, or at least he could have set up the fb page as a front. His cover photos are a bit revealing (the first two attached below), and he's apparently currently located in Iowa - no job given - though a profile pic is also attached below.

There are two other Rupperts who seem to be part of his family; Nancy Ruppert (maybe his sister ?) and Cleldon Ruppert (maybe his father?)

there are three videos on Carls page "Clel's memorial service" (I think that is the memorial of Cleldon Ruppert who died at the age of 96).

so I think it is possible that he is really Carl Ruppert

Signs of serious disintegration... I'm starting to see now that this was mainly what bothered me about him. His ego is huge. I mean, I've got ego problems, and I think we can safely say everybody has but I think it's his apparent lack of questioning/self reflection. Hmmm, no reflection... It's sad and reminds me of that quote of Bertrand Russell's that's been circulating a lot on Facebook recently.

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves and wiser people so full of doubts.
