I must say that this seems very synchronous. Just yesterday I saw the documentary "And you know...?" and then I searched for information on Ramtha here. How curious! By the way, I am not physic or anything like that, so I do not know what truth is the documentary. I think that, like Zeitgeist or many other sites, that parts truth and falsehood.

There is some news related to this Ramtha "cult" here in South Africa. Two followers (Philippe and Agnis Neniere, elderly French couple), killed a policeman and wounded another in very strange circumstances. They have been living in SA for over 10 years in a very isolated town in the Karoo (semi desert) on a farm. They were thought to be very quiet and peaceful yet when the police came around to investigate things on request of the owner, they started shooting at the police.

When I heard cult related with quantum physics, French couple and cult "leader" being a certain JZ Knight, I was really worried that the couple might be somehow involved here...

I'm curious why you thought it might be related to anyone here, though? Also wondering where you got the idea of a "certain JZ Knight?" No one by that name was mentioned in the articles you posted.

JZ Knight is Ramtha's channel, I believe. Black Swan's question is a good one though -- when you say "the couple might be involved here", do you mean as lurkers on the forum, or in some other way?

I heard the reference to JZ Knight on a talk show when this incident was discussed with the daughter's owner on radio. That made me look into the story and yes, seeing that these two people might have been interested in quantum physics and esoteric discussions; it made me wonder if they might not be also here on this forum.

It really is a pain for that woman to hang onto her former husband's name: Knight. But believe me, she's no relation.

As for her interest in physics, see the movie "What the Bleep do we know?" She's the inspiration and it definitely indicates that she doesn't know bleep. I understand that the some of the scientists that were paid to appear were pretty angry when they saw what had been done with their comments.
