Red Lentil and Yam Curry

I would put more in, I basically put a whole coriander plant in all my curries!
 
Haha Ben well four tablespoons was definitely enough for me.


the recipe turned out good.

the only problem was a couldn't get red lentils so I used regular. I thought was fine because I thought its just a color right, maybe they have slightly different taste.

Well, turns out they take a longer cooking time, and luckily i checked so I cooked them for 10 minutes before I threw them in.

turned out great! and I have left-overs for today.

interesting that I ended up making far more then i thought it would make. I had it over white rice not as healthy, but I realized I didn't really need. there was a large amount.. in the pot.

ALSO, my stomach can't tolerate the spiciness well. it cramps and hurts for a bit basically which is what it did. maybe because I wolfed it down so fast. but anyways I have known this fact. I wasn't expecting my nose to run and for it to be a hot as it was.
