So this is a little bit after the fact but it looks like we haven't made a proper announcement for the new show! Most probably know that by now the old SoTT radio format has been shelved and we are all moving over to YouTube. So far we've just finished our 9th episode, which in my opinion, is the best one to date:

It is absolutely information packed (not to say the other shows weren't ;-) ) however recently there's been a lot of talk about oxalates coming into the forefront, and we were lucky to have an amazing first guest, Sally Norton, really get into the details with us. In fact, it looks like the next few upcoming show we'll be interviewing other specialists in their fields and we're really excited with the new format and it's potential to reach wider audiences.

Now, we normally publish our programs shortly after they are released on our Channel. So if you want the latest as soon as it is ready, please like and subscribe!

Here is the channel: Objective: Health

Something we recently found out was that if your channel gets at least 100 subscribers (as well as a few other requirements) they will allow us to use a dedicated 'channel link'. So instead of seeing a bunch of weird characters and numbers in the link, it will be the actual name. This is really helpful for search engine visibility and as well as for sharing the channel with others.

So we ask that anyone that can subscribe to do so, and spread the word! Perhaps you know people that might be interested in some of the content but don't read SoTT or the forum. Any little bit can go a long way.

Another request we have is that anyone working on transcriptions, if they could focus on the latest ones (especially the interview above), before moving on the older ones it will be very very helpful. The reason being that those transcripts can be uploaded as they are. YouTube takes care of the synchronization with the audio and once you've done that, it helps videos rank better. This means people looking for particular information we share will be more likely to see it come up in their search results. This goes in for all the shows that are currently on uploaded on YT actually so we can take advantage of the tools provided by them.

And, we're also always on the look out for any guests to interview and since we cover a wide variety of health related matter, we're open to suggestions for future guests and/or ideas for future shows.

In the meantime, we'll continue to bring you great new content that the mainstream health media won't bother to tell you!

Only watched it for a few minutes, but it looks very professional and well done .

Just watched it this morning as well. Y'all definitely make a space in your day for this two hour show. Health is such a tricky thing. This information definitely has the potential to change your life! She's very practical and measured in everything she says and it all makes a lot of sense. She answered a lot of questions I had and really put things into perspective. There's no quick fix to health when everything we've been told all our lives about what's healthy is pretty much opposite of what's more likely to be true. Undoing oxalate toxicity and damage in the body will take time and patience and trial and error. You don't want to dump oxalates too quickly. It will likely take years to get where we want to be in getting the body free of oxalates and the damage caused thereby.

Highly recommended

Thanks for the Video, haven't finished it yet, but I'm glad that we're taking advantage of the YouTube format
more and more lately.

Congratulations on the new format! As for the show, I think this is essential information for anyone doing paleo and keto diets as they are generally presented, where there's an emphasis on oxalate rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, tea, chocolate, nuts, buckwheat, sweet potatoes, turmeric and so on.

Thank you very much! I watched this video in full ! (with automatic subtitles) . Sally Norton is a good guest, answered clearly to all the questions. Doug and Elliot asked interesting questions!

here are my suggestions for futur shows:
1- I'd like to know more about chelators. Ruth provided here an info about a new product, from Dr Boyd Haley, Irminix¤ . If one can't afford it, what are the alternatives? I watched his website and it seems they don't send their product in all countries (France included) for legal trade rules. Maybe he can be a guest?
2- what about an update on vit C? I'd like to know if enema is as effective as IV. I'd like to know if there is a means to avoid making oxalate from vit C.
3- a guest like Pete Walker or Peter Levine, as there have been old threads on childhood trauma but no show.

Long live the hard drive with backup of the old shows and welcome the new queen, Objective Health! :cheer::perfect::cheer:

I have been patiently waiting for Dr. Jack Kruse - has he been on yet?

He has! Although this was a while ago:

Enjoyed the Sally Norton video very much. Thank you keyhole, you are growing into your position of interviewer by leap and bounds.

Thank you very much dear boys for this new project :flowers:Definitely so important information where we learn that a normal intake of Oxalates could be 100 or 200 ml.Which means 12 leaves of spinach is enough!!!:-O And does not seem our body can make any use of them, except in very spot situations as an antibacterial, but in general is really toxic for humans. And as Sally said is worrying use spinach as a healthy food in nursing homes.Oxalates irritates our immune system and trigger inflamation and then easy access to tumors, cancer or whatever.
She was also fanny and sarcastic:"veggies make not stronger our body."
