Rosie O Donnell Spells It Out - End Of Her Career?

Host Rosie O' Donnell: Historically, have governments ever faked incidents or incited incidents in order to get them into war?

It's very hard in America when anyone from the Mideast has been so demonised, that no matter what, it's impossible for some people to believe that the Iranians in any way could ever do anything ethical, in any capacity, they have somehow been dehumanized to the point where they are not people, they're just "the enemy" - "terrorists"

Guest 1: Were not talking about the Iranian people, we're talking about their government, who essentially has total control over them, they have zero say in that government

Guest 2: Well that's the way people see us, I hope, in the world

Host Rosie O' Donnell: Right! I hope people across the world don't think that what George Bush is doing represents the American people because the last election shows it does not.

Co-Host Marcia Gay Harden to guest 1: But even you word it, "a war on terror" that, I think, is propaganda....

Host Rosie O' Donnell: Exactly Marcia Gay, thank you! And why? because it makes people into "evil" and "good". [...] Am I saying he [Ahmadinejad] is a good guy and I want him over for breakfast? No I am not, what I am saying is that in America we are fed propaganda and if you wanna know what is happening in the world go outside of the US media because it's owned by four corporations one of them is this one (ABC) and you know, go outside of the country to find out what's going on in our own country, because it's frightening, its frightening, democracy is threatened in a way that it hasn't been in 200 years, and if America doesn't stand up we're in big trouble..

Guest 1: Do you believe that the government had anything to do with the attack of 9/11? That there is a conspriacy in 9/11

Host Rosie O' Donnell: No, but I do believe that it is the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics for the WTC7, which collapsed in on itself, it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved, for the first time in history steel was melted by fire, it's a physical impossibility....
What the clip for yourself... is there still hope for America?

Excellent stuff from O Donnell for sure. Finally, someone with the sense and courage to tell it like it is. Exposing the fact that ABC is one of four corporations that control the media may have been a bridge too far in fascist America however. Time will tell.

The following was posted by O Donnell on her blog http://www.rosie.com a couple of days ago.

False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities.

the British did it on purpose

Unsurprisingly, Bush government attack dog, Fox's Bill O Reilly, wasted no time in calling for O Donnell's dismissal.

Telling the truth about the Bush government in America today is apparently akin to treason.

I have to tell you that I have an odd feeling about this. O'Donnell is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Her crass delivery and gruff manner have turned off a LOT of people and word on the street is that she was added to the show 'The View' to add the controversy to raise the ratings - and it has worked to some extent.

From what I know about Rosie, she's much more likely to be reading Prison Planet than the Signs - and I get the feeling she is being led down the garden path here.

Also, this is a very popular main stream television show - someone at some level is allowing her to say these things - don't doubt that for a minute.

It is an interesting development because I think this is the first time this sort of thing has been openly discussed on such a popular show and by someone with as large an audience (those who love her and those who hate her) - so that is noteworthy.

It won't be the end of Rosie's career though, she's been up and down, hated and loved so many times in the last ten years alone that she'll be fine - which is another reason something about this really raises my suspicions. (of course, I am generally suspicious).

I feel like she's being led down the garden path and she's such a bulldog that she's lunging full speed ahead with it - but at least, for now, it gives the issue some exposure. Who knows, I could be completely off about it and maybe she simply found the truth and can't not say it (that would be consistent with her nature as well ) - we'll see where it goes.

I have to admit I haven't been paying that much attention to the Rosie affair, after all it just seemed like another celebrity rocking the 9/11 boat, sure some people might get excited by that prospect but in the end nothing substantial will come out of it. Just like the Charlie Sheen episode of last year. Many people were saying it was set up to discredit the so-called "truth movement" because Sheen's hedonistic and sybaritic lifestyle wouldn't exactly give him that much cred .

(Then again this is a standard conservative, ad hom response. Except for the warped, sick minds of conservatives it's completely irrelevant what someone's lifestyle is like; if a celebrity or other public figures presents an intelligent argument, as Sheen did, that's all that matters and anything else is just meant to distract from what he says.)

But now when I look at it the Rosie affair does seem a bit bizarre, as if she is reading from a script (seriously, "false flag operations"?). I have little doubt that she is sincere in her beliefs, as Sheen and others are, but I can't help but get a funny feeling that, as anart said, "they are being led down a garden path" whether aware of it or not. It could be possible a fan of Rosie sent her some material, maybe SOTT but I doubt it, most likely Alex Jones type material or, if we're lucky, maybe Tarpley's book. Maybe she actually did read it and became motivated by it. It's a possibility but things are not usually that simple.

One would hope that more powerful interests are motivating these public figures to come out in order to discredit the government and, hopefully, prevent World War III from breaking out in Iran. This would explain why Rosie is getting the soap box to preach about WTC7.

Still they do seem to have an odd choice in celebrities. Sheen's father is a famous liberal agitator whom conservatives loathe and Rosie herself is particularly a bete noire of the conservatives what with her vocal anti-gun control beliefs and the fact that she is a lesbian. And could preaching the truth about 911 to millions of housewives have that much of an impact? Will the housewives be able to convince their republican husbands of Rosie's arguments? I'm highly skeptical about it.

I almost get the impression its just supposed to polarize america even more. The people who know something was up on 911 will be more confident, but the true die hard nazis will be wiped up in a frenzy by other nazis like Bonaduce, Trump, O'Reilly, and the rest of their slimy ilk who are accusing Rosie of treason, being pro-Iran and demand she be hanged. Thus the cleavage between the two will grow even more, which I don't know is a good thing or a bad thing, most likely the latter since the PTB would love nothing more than a pseudo civil war in the states...which they've certainly been pushing the past decade or so.

Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Received the following awhile ago:

URGENT ACTION ALERT>THEY'RE TRYING TO HAVE ROSIE O'DONNEL FIRED

Bill O'Reilly has promised the world that Rosie has had her last day on "The
View"...She's on vacation until a week from next Tuesday she told us at her
blog...If she's not back after that it will mean the enemy has succeeded in
silencing America and we are doomed...We can't allow that...Please forward
this everywhere...This is an AOL poll so we can only hope it's not fixed

We performed some technical tests on the poll and it seems that it's a stacked vote.

Yeah, AOL is pretty much as far inside the control system as you can get - so no surprise there.

No matter what the reasons behind why some celebrities speak out, i think it still makes a difference, even if tiny. Because Joe and Jane (any people who don't really read news, but do hear when celebrities talk) might not pay much attention to what Charlie Sheen says, but will make it a mental note that it is similar to what Sean Penn says few months later, and they hear Rossie talk about the demonization of the Iranians and that 911 official story does not add up, a quick scan of their stored memories will bring up all the other instances they heard similar comments, and they might even look at each other and ask:

"Could this be true if so many people are talking about it? And honey, those buildings fell really fast, remember we thought about it too, and then forgot it? Should we call aunt Marie in France and ask what their news channels show? Let's google Gulf of Tinkin to see what that is!"

- OSIT.

I just noticed the V in Rosie's logo. Maybe just a coincidence. Maybe not.

The program has received critical acclaim since premiering August 11, 1997. It's broadcast live Monday through Friday from NYC (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET; CLOSED-CAPTIONED; broadcast in stereo; TV-14).

"The View" is produced by and features ABC News correspondent Barbara Walters -- who appears on average three days a week - entertainer Rosie O'Donnell, comedian Joy Behar and former "Survivor: The Australian Outback" participant Elisabeth Hasselbeck. "The View" consists of hot topics in the news, the best experts in their field, celebrity interviews and general entertainment. The program celebrated its 2000th show on February 2, 2006, and is now in its tenth season on the ABC Television Network.

Oops it's not Rosie's show. I've never seen this show or heard of it. But that's not surprising. I don't watch much tv.
:D

notice, too, that there are a few videos of this episode downloaded on Youtube. The one with more views and ratings was downloaded by some neocons, with the following comment:

Another idiot clip from The View.

Thank goodness for You Tube, because we all can upload clips of idiot ass liberals like
Rosie O'Donnell and Joy Behar saying stupid sh*t for the entire world to see.

mudslinging and name calling continues in the comments.

Damage control in action.

Go Rosie! Maybe someone should inform the one guest on that show that India is actually the oldest democracy in the world ;) Oh…and the blond gave some credence to the blond jokes :)

It doesn't matter how the truth gets out, as long as it gets out. I like Rosie, and I also like her bold mannerism. I understand your suspicion, with the show being aired on ABC and all, but it remains a good thing that happened. I'm with Irini on this.

Thank goodness, finally for women like Rosie O'Donnell and Felicity Arbuthnot in contrast to the Billarys and Nancy Pelosis.

I am not sure about where democracy was first implemented in practice, Greeks gave it a name though ;)

Rosie is a very brave and intelligent person. We need more people like her on television and in the media in general.

Not long ago she had a tiff with the handsome combover jackass about the Miss USA antics. She spoke her mind openly back then as well. Sometimes, you just gotta say it out loud...

Just posted a livejournal on it, got her original post, the O'Reilly reponse and a link to her blog which is a response to that. Here's a quote and the link.

::coughs:: Uhm - wasn't this thread about Rosie?

:-P

How do psychopaths brainwash normal people into thinking that killing and raping is not so bad? I can understand the murder part, judging by the voilence on television and movies, but the rape bit...no. As yet, it's still depicted as a 'very bad deed'. I agree with you about the military, but's let's leave that aside as well, lets (for the purpose of this discussion) not use extreme conditions as the norm. Let's look at normal ordinary day to day life (not a war situation).
Well the first part of your question is 'how' - if you read Lobaczewski he suggests psychological deviants with an inherited, or otherwise caused 'malformation' of their instinctive substratum can and will contaminate those that surround them with their pathological thinking.

Take Note: Bill O'Reilly and how he twisted Rosie's quotes. I'm not sure if he inherited his issues or got them from another deviant, but his show throws psychological garbage into the minds of thousands if not millions of americans. He represents FoxNews in general, which does the same thing to more people, and i gauruntee most of those people have dehumanized Arabs to the point of not caring what we do to them. Especially if their don't have to see/hear about it.

Their primary weapons are conversive (pathological) thinking, and paramoralisms (making complicated situations simplistic and morally weighing them). If you scroll up, there's a link to my blog, you can watch both the original Rosie bit from the View, O'Reilly's 'response' to it, and Rosie's written response to his inane babbling.

Methinks your getting lost in the details.
