Session 23 November 2024

IFS has helped me a lot. There's no magic bullet, tho. It has taken a lot of work with various approaches to find the remedy.
Thank you iamthis for all the amazing input! The IFS model is one of the approaches that has supported my inner self work very positively. I tend to come back to it often.
I agree, there is no magic bullet and personally, I wouldn't be able to pinpoint one single remedy that has helped me. I think it is a veritable potpourri of various remedies, people, events, activities etc. that propel us forward and help us heal, if it is even possible. And somehow it all links together. Sometimes we need to do something first before we can move onto the next thing.
I also very much agree, as that´s my experience too after trying out and experiencing many different approaches and even learning some myself, like kinesiology and a little on functional medicine. I think to be open and connect input is important, because it trains the ability to learn to notice what (various remedies, people, events, activities etc.) is individually relevant and when.

One thing I have learned in kinesioloy that became a helpful guide for me in general is the concept to observe if the "self regulation ability" is open or blocked. Self regulation, meaning the ability for healing, regeneration, detoxification, etc. - vs. blocked regulation.

What supports to open self regulation seems to be individual. It seems an intricate play of many factors/levels/systems (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). Its looking from a bird´s eye view onto all levels. What level and when to support, seems to be guided in the background by this natural ability to self regulate. My experience is, when this view is overlooked, ignored or worked against, regulation will block. You summarize it here: "Sometimes we need to do something first before we can move onto the next thing."

Unfortunately we live in a world of defragmentation reflected in every area. This supports that many approaches, schools and practitioners focus on their specific field and sometimes overlook that what might be missing is to keep a bird´s eye view, connecting the physical, emotional, mental (and spiritual) - on a practical basis for clients. Often the specification in approach - even holistic - can produce stress within the treatment itself - if not observing if self regulation is supported as the overall focus. If its blocked, this adds additional stress to the client, and then stress inflames and inflammation stresses. Its a complex interplay. From my own experience as a patient, awareness and openess for self regulating processes, what-when, would be of practical help in many fields of health.

As you emphasize, it all links together. When I began to put in self work into focus to observe "what-when", to my surprise blocks started to naturally open. Mental, emotional and physical blocks, I dealt with for many decades. I am learning that self regulation contains and teaches, if it is allowed to flow, that Life regulates itself, it´s self. Seems obvious. For me, this "what-when" focus made it practical and physical to connect to this self regulating ability. Maybe that´s helpful for others too.

Q: (L) And that leads to another question that I had that came up in my mind over the last couple of weeks. As everybody knows, we've had a difficult time dealing with the loss of Pierre. It's been over a year, and we still haven't touched anything in his room. It's his room. Nobody wants to mess with his stuff. And I almost feel like he's still in his room. Question is, does Pierre spend a lot of time in the house here?

A: Fair amount.

Q: (L) So in a sense he's still partly with us?

A: Yes. Same for J*** and S***.
I have to admit that I analyze a lot of content on the forum concerning the topic of "passing after death." One of the issues for me is understanding the phenomenon of entering the tunnel, which has been discussed in other transcripts. The Cs have provided information that people remaining on the earthly plane in the astral realm are vulnerable to abductions and also do not behave naturally—in other words, after death, they do not enter the tunnel.

I have a few questions, and perhaps someone can help me understand this better. Maybe we can broaden this topic further.

From what I’ve learned so far, if everything goes well, the tunnel appears, allowing us to return to the 5th density, to the contemplation sphere. This transport is safe and cannot be interrupted by beings from the 4th density. I also notice this in Laura, who is deeply worried about Pierre and previously asked the Cs in earlier sessions whether everything went okay and if he is now alright.

If Pierre is already in a safe place, why does he return to a sphere where he might not be safe (his old room)? Does the fact that he is still close to his loved ones, returning to them, mean something? Is he doing this deliberately for some reason?

Therefore, I conclude that the passage allows us to reach our home (5th density), but after returning, we can also, in some way, come back to the earthly plane to be with our loved ones without risking abduction by other beings.

Thank you for this session.
As soon as I saw the discussions around the Oreshnik’s light phenomena resemblance to comets and plasma phenomena I suspected it wasn’t by pure coincidence, maybe intended at some level. STS forces trying to keep people distracted from celestial intentions unfolding around them seems a possibility.

I guess the intent would be to support the current system of control, which is focused around a very human centric and materialistic view point. It’s difficult to promote human made climate change as the biggest global issue when space rocks are wrecking the place.

Not that these forces don’t have plans for future control systems less vulnerable to awareness of such phenomena. But they have heavily invested in the current one so they probably want to get as much gains out of it as possible before it expires.

Q: (L) Close to 100 million?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) And for Kamala?
A: Less than 23
For years I've shaken my head when reading conservative political pundits saying extreme Leftist Democrats alienate or insult "half the country." If the Cs are right, it's more like 82% by now. Saying "half the country" gullibly gives credence to the media's grotesque distortion of the US electorate's political leanings - a terrible mistake, IMO. It emboldens the minority dishing out the extremist hatred, thinking that the opinion of "half the country" is behind them. As in the example below, this destroys relationships -- just one reason why it is so detrimental to society and keeps a lot of people from awakening to important realities.

If Pierre is already in a safe place, why does he return to a sphere where he might not be safe (his old room)? Does the fact that he is still close to his loved ones, returning to them, mean something? Is he doing this deliberately for some reason?

Though I can't say for sure, my guess is that in addition to missing everyone, returning may in some ways be helping Pierre to process his life and experiences. As for his safety, I think that because a major portion of his essence and soul body has already made the full trip to 5D, and more or less resides there, his visits might be facilitated to something akin to a projection of consciousness and/or a very small "piece" of his soul body that is rooted safely in 5D. Its also possible, and maybe even likely, according to some of the afterlife literature, that there are people in 5D who care very much about Pierre's well being, and are advising him on his journeys. Post-death confusion and/or abduction most probably occurs when someone is largely unaware of what's involved and just after, it seems, leaving one's 3D existence.

Thanks Laura and the whole group. It is really interesting that there are electromagnetic fingerprints in every important event, just like people who leave fingerprints on everything they touch. I wonder if the "hooks" used for time travel are tracks with specific electromagnetic recordings??? Questions questions... Alice in Wonderland in an expanding now...

Thanks everyone for the session. Some interesting stuff indeed.

I'll be checking out Jane Tapp's work even if briefly. The information on stones and EM is always interesting even if a little "old hat" personally.

As we're being absolutely dumped on in Ontario Canada with snow accompanied by thunder and lightning, it's fitting I read this session tonight. The ice age is constantly on my mind. The temperatures these last few months have been quite literally a roller coaster. Knowing that it's all part of the formation of ice age glaciers is a slight burden. It's actually happening and there's nothing to be done about it. My only solace is that there's still time considering the length of time we experience events that happen "soon" in the C's level of consciousness.

Reading, reading, reading. My friend stumbled upon Internal Family Systems and I will be reading related books and putting the techniques to work for myself.

I'm really sorry to hear that those of you close to Pierre are still having a rough time with his "permanent absence." I've not met him (or any of you for that matter) and I think about him from time to time and talk to him out loud... I wonder if Internal Family Systems would have helped ameliorate his internal conflicts. Anyway, that's not important now.

I'll be thinking of all of you. Thank you for compiling all of this wonderful information.

Thanks to Laura and crew for this latest session. I never cease to be amazed at the surprising things that are revealed especially this time! People can have genetic paranormal powers?! Stones and such can "record" emotional events?! And one can only wonder exactly what celestial events are going to transpire and I don't even want to think about even more catastrophic weather! It's been so bad already.

My heart hurts for anyone whose formative years resulted in such deep emotional scars that a terminal health condition manifested in adult life. Blessed are those that were lucky enough to find one or more loving, caring people for an emotional refuge as Pierre did. And blessings to the people who provided that refuge. 💞

Now, what will the coming weeks bring as holiday cheer endeavors to keep us smiling and hopeful that all is as it should be to bring forth a much better future for humanity. ✨

I think that for those of us who have come to this forum in general, the relationship with our relatives and with our parents in particular is terrible.

We are completely different (not better or superior) and the relationship with them is a continuous external consideration.

Studying their childhood, their parents and where they come from helps a lot to overcome the harm they have done to us...

And to smile with understanding in the face of the harm they still try to do to us.

It is not easy.
Possibly, but that is not my case. I had a very strict religious upbringing that took me many decades to see through. I never put that on my parents and so the relationship remains with my mother who is in her 90s and still espouses those control mechanisms that I long ago left.

Interestingly enough, here's Putin's recent comment about Oreshnik. Probably later the full translated transcript will be available. Do you think it's a coincidental comparison? ;-)

Added: Here's a longer version:

And thank you very much for the session! :flowers:
As a former nuclear weapons officer on a submarine where we did tests on the launch and entry of ballistic systems in the 1980s, the re-entry does look like a meteorite and it comes down that quickly. That technology has been around for over 50 years.

The interesting think about the so-called Oreshnik, is that it demonstrated to the world what the kinetic energy alone could do without a nuclear or conventional warhead.

I'm having a bit trouble understanding the above. Is it implied in the question that e.g. 4D STS or 'The Secret Government' (3D), or both, have transmitted/planted the idea of Oreshnik and other similar systems into the Russian scientists' heads? I get the propaganda value, just wondering about why e.g. 4D STS would bother with such a scheme – to them it probably doesn't matter whether we die by a comet or an Oreshnik.
Oreshnik appears to be a re-entry vehicle of a ballistic missile (one of many on the missile). The only difference between that vehicle and older nuclear types appears to be its accuracy.

OTOH, the older unguided REVs were pretty damned accurate.
