I am truly glad and happy for you that you have your own version of the song.
But I have been practicing, and still singing Laura's version of the "in The Garden Of The Universe".

Now I feel that Laura's version of song is connected to my soul.
And could not listening to any others version, because it felt so odd.
No offense, just trying to stay with and express my feeling, what's truth to myself.

And glad others like your version.

Keep in mind that 987baz's version is a sort of performance/self meditation version and not at all suitable for group singing. A lot of the melodiousness is lost, but it is still nice to listen to for the emotional content. My version was to teach the song and for others to be able to sing along with me; his version is just to be listened to by those who like that style of singing.

I've been having conversations with all my crystals and have given a few of them some names.

I call my personal one Batman, because it looks like Batman symbol. :)

I picture it like the way someone treats their plants, if I talk to and treat them well with gratitude and appreciation, water them with the psalms and singing, then the relationship becomes symbiotic and reciprocal and they can offer protection through harder times, when a little bit of light and some hope can go a long way. Kind of like interactive 'technology' that requires active participation on our parts for it to work?

I like the metaphor. Yes, perhaps we will feel their full effect only with time as they grow their connection with us, and with other crystals in the network.

Actually I have only one crystal that size of my fist or bit bigger, but a few days ago I took out to back yard and buried in the ground next to mulberry tree, and asked the crystal to take good care of that tree.

Thank you for this idea, Kay Kim. I am supposed to receive the crystals at some point, and was thinking what to do with the one I already have. It is a rectangular, 10 cm length crystal that I bought years ago. It just moved with me from place to place, and I haven't done any particular work with it until recently, when did an experiment with talking to it before charging the water. Don't know if I did it right, or if the crystal was good for me, but it always gave away an "intense" feeling.

In any case, recently I had to move from country to country again, and thought about leaving it behind. But just couldn't. It was so strange, as if it was asking me not to. Or maybe it was me, and I just imagined it. Anyways, I even thought about sending it to the Chateau, perhaps they could clean it and it could be useful for someone. It was so weird hearing myself thinking to the stone and reassuring it that it won't be left behind.

And then I saw your post and had another idea. The thing is, that 5 months ago, when it was still winter, I had to say goodbye to my beloved pet rat. And since it was still snow, I've decided to postpone the funeral ceremony until the summer, so it could be done under a green birch. Perhaps it sounds silly, but here it is. And burying the crystal with it sounds like a good symbolic act - to have an intent for all those moments of joy that this tiny creature provided me with to pass to the crystal and help the earth and everything in it to thrive. Giving it such a "job" sounds like a good alternative.

I am not so sure about the crystals you already have being a problem for the ones that you get from the Chateau.

They do seem to work better when you sing with Laura. At least this has been my experience.

I still believe that this is all in preparation for the time when your internal crystals become active. Kind of like a helping hand so we can be around to see it through. A person's life can easily be cut short, it seems!

I agree with others that you have a feel for the song that is special to you and I appreciate the creativity and the courage it took to share it with us. I sometimes experiment with DADGAD tuning for a different flavor. I hope to incorporate the original melody with some minor touches to see what I can come up with. I don't know if I will have the confidence to make it public but maybe just for the fun of it at home.

Aussi je chante la chanson du Livret accompagnant les Cristaux sur la chanson de Merryl Streep...
Je la mets en boucle toute la matinée... En plus des deux prières du matin et soir je dis aussi la Prière de l'Âme...

Unfortunately the song Laura sing his sweet voice is almost inaudible on my computer, the MP3 sound is not good. . .
As I sing the song of the booklet accompanying the crystals on the song Merryl Streep. . .
I put the loop all morning. . . Besides the two prayers morning and night I also say the Soul of Prayer. . .

Again thanks everyone for the kind words :) Glad you enjoyed it, I'll hopefully have some time in the next few weeks to record it properly. I'm currently writing a solo album, so I'll definitely add this track to the "to be recorded list"

Thanks goyacobol, I do enjoy tuning my guitars in all sorts of tunings to bring different flavours, but the Step down is my favourite at the moment.

Either way it's about being creative I think, would be great to hear what you come up with, it's not about making a perfect piece of music, just sharing your "version" of it IMO

I have been playing around with my own version of 'In the Garden of the Universe". It's been very therapeutic and I have been singing it at least 3 times a day. I just wanted to make it as simple as possible, so It's only 3 chords (guitar) Eb Bb and F (off the top of my head I think that makes the key Gm?). My guitar is tuned to 432hz = A and is tuned down a whole step to suit my vocal range.

I've attached it in case anyone wants to listen, it's just a live recording, but I do intend to make a properly recorded version for myself when I have the time. It's a bit different to Laura and Timótheos wonderful versions, I just took the lyrics and started playing around with the melody and this is what came out.

I find your voice is very powerful, I like it. Most singers modulate their voice a lot, with more or less success, but few can accomplish what we Spaniards call a flat voice, i.e. without modulation, and still transmit their soul state in such a limpid way like you do.

For my part, I continue to work on crystals, given what I've noticed so far is that I'm dream more intensely. Thus, thinking of being commited myself to the dreamwork, besides reciting Psalms and singing In The Garden to them.

Just as we are reaching the end of charging the second batch of crystals I am told that there are at least as many more requests as will be covered by two batches! So, we've ordered more and will do another round of charging.

Meanwhile, the selecting process will begin in a couple of days and we'll try to do 25 per day and send them out asap. I can't stand and move with the planchette much longer than that at a session. Obviously, at the rate the demand is going, we'll be charging and selecting in overlapping sessions! We will be prioritizing the requests for those with health issues so those of you who don't get yours right away, please keep that in mind. EVERYONE will get their personally selected crystals hopefully by the end of July at the latest, many earlier.

This is turning into a marathon operation! I hope that all of you will watch our backs while we are occupied with this and help each other on the forum when I can't be there!

Thank you Laura for your commitment and very hard work in this project with crystals. Its a hard and time consuming work and all that energy invested in this project will make forum members even more energetically connected. I really appreciated all this.
Dont worry, we are guarding this forum and helping each other as much as we can.

I`m still waiting for my crystals that were sent to me on 2-June, but haven't arrived yet. I`m like a kid waiting for Christmas until my crystals arrived.

Yes, the sound on my end is also lower than all other tunes in my player. Good headphones or dynamics help though, I usually switch them to the maximum when singing with Laura, this way the volume level is comfortable. Hope this helps. :)
