Thanks for the info Shane! Curiously, it only seems to be available from amazon.com. I had been searching amazon.co.uk and amazon.es. The thing is that also the reasonably priced editions from amazon.com are not shipped internationally. The cheapest one I've seen available for shipping to Spain is a second hand copy for $82!!!
Not to worry though, from the other links you provided I see there is an e-version and there will be a kindle version available soon so I think I'll go with those :)

I think that the concept of radio talk show with callers has proven to be dynamite, it really makes it easier to relate to the subjects.
