Are electric massage is healty? If you use very low voltage for long time it can be beneficial. The problem is this kind of device can't change frequency on the fly. Maybe they improve this in the future.

I don't tested massage gun but most of them can regulate speed and power. You want cheap massage in your home? Choose product with speed regulation and with powet adapter (bateries drains fast, but power adapter shoulden't generate dirty electricity. (Notice that electric mechanical massager also generate small electromagnetic field, sometimes it can be beneficial).

I tested for very short time BIOMAG device that claims it can speed up body regeneration. Is it true statement? Partially. Every person has different body, and one person need higer frequency impulse, other people need subtle low power pulse, other people need long time session. What is conclusion? This device tells you how long is session (timer), you can change programs (intensity), but you are limited to certain frequencies, 12 hz I believe. Is it wort to buy? Not for me, becouse I want to regulate, speed, intensity/power, and time.

For many people, such as myself, milk is definitely evil. Any dairy products, and I get a rash. There is also more to milk that just its material existence, including production quality (raw, organic, conventional). According to the C's, there is also its 'informational' content.

In the recent session, milk was discussed at length. For some, there are benefits to drinking milk, but only for some people, for very short periods of time, based on genetic capability. I think any recommendation to drink milk should be objective, stating a nuanced approach, not a blanket recommendation, even of organic dairy products.

I would like give some comments about milk.

Some cows gets hormones. Modern cows are different than oldschool cows, they live shorter and give much more milk yearly, than pevious generation. Goat milk and buffalo milk is considered as the best one. But it's not cheap and easy accesible.

Milk is a source of carbohydrates that are related with cancer grow.

Milk and milk products are rich in B vitamins. For some people milk could be cheap source of B vitamins.

Benefit bacteria in our gut also produce vitamins that are hard to find in modern food.

Many people in Asia has genetic lactose intolerance that don't allow theme to digest milk.

Fresh unferment milk is ussually hard to digest. Especially for people with weak gut microbiota. For those people yogurt is best option. And you don't have to eat big amount of yogurt to see benefit of good bacteria.

I have allergy for organic eggs, probably becouse chickens are feed with grains. If cows are feed with garins I also have problems with this kind of milk.

Milk like many animal products contains hormones. Men an women have differen hormone balance. Mens need many hormons from meat, women could use homones from plants.

In old times milk was cheap source of B vitamiins, ADEK vitamins, potasium, calcium, and was alternative for candies that are cheap nowadays.

It's hard to buy raw milk from cow rich with bacterias, nowadays. But yogurt is easy accesible.

I read somewhere that lactobacillus acidophilus is very importan in preventing Helicobacter pylor.

In many slavic countries sour milk/curd was source of longevity befor yogurt was invented. I'm not fan of sour milk because yeast cultures.

Conclusion: Milk is not best type of food, but if you don't have anything else, and YOU ARE DESPERTED, it's cheap source of vitamins, calcium, prebiotic, and easy to process animal based proteins.

PS. Most ice creams in the market are not healthy and you should avoid them.

Don’t forget whole milk kefir. Delicious fermented goodness!

Yeah, kefir in hot day is very refreshing (alternative to soda), but it contains yeast just like sour milk. Sometimes kefir can be a remedium to dysbacteriosis, but I don't recomend to dring it for very long time. becouse yeast. Yogurt could be drink for very long time, for people with healt problems. Healthy people should have a brake from yogurt, from time to time, in order to, not make our body lazy in producing own microbiota.

When you put things into perspective milk might be useful for starving poor people who cant afford much. On the other hand milk is not meant for adults and even for babies it is meant only transitionaly until the child can eat on its own. Otherwise we would still be sucking moms breasts.
 
BTW. You can use iodine for ear infection. I use cotton swab for this purpose.

Riding on a bike can be benefitial to your brain:
* biking can help balance you brain an improve moves coordination
* biking in new area help develop area in the brain (hippocampus) that is responsible for terrain orientation and map memory (if you don't have bike you can go to uncharted part of forest)
* there is something called sightseeing, it has psychoterapeutic impact on stressed mind. You don't have to have a lot of money if you want to meet new places

Magnisium and potassium deficiency

Very often I have problem with lack of magnesium in my body. I discovered that mineral water, reach in magnesium is the simplest way to fast regenerate my body. Epson salt is too expensive for me. But there is a problem, magnesius is potasium competitor. If I take too much magnesium I have to also take potassium. I my region I have mineral water that is rich in magnesium and also other water that is reach in potasium. I can mix them together and have both magnesium and potasium in one glass.

I can use tomato juice if I need cheap potasium source. Some people have allergy for tomatos, but if I eat tomatos without seeds and without peel I don't have problems with my stomach.

Bananas also have both magnesium and potasium. But I can eat only organic bananas. If I eat non-organic I get stomic problems.
