2 December, fireball seen over Spain
This bright and slow meteor event was recorded over Spain on 2018 December 2, at 4:46 local time (3:46 universal time). It was produced by a fragment from an asteroid that hit the atmosphere at about 50.000 km/h. The fireball began at an altitude of around 81 km, and ended at a height of about 36 km. It was recorded by the meteor observing stations operating in the framework of the SMART Project from the astronomical observatories of Sevilla, La Hita (Toledo), and La Sagra (Granada).

Came up on YT, uploaded by DAHBOO077 user but it is not registered on AMS website so could not verify it. The video publish date is Fri 30th and the uploader says it happened last night so perhaps Thu 29th. Shaky recording but from 50 secs into the video it nicely shows the disintegrating phase:

2 December, sinkhole close streets at downtown of Baltimore, Maryland
Sinkholes have closed North Howard and West Lexington streets in downtown Baltimore Sunday. People who drive might need to find alternate routes Monday morning. North Howard Street is closed between Fayette and Saratoga streets, and West Lexington Street is closed between Eutaw Street and Park Avenue.
