St.Petersburg metro explosion-multiple casualties reported after blast on subway

Shockwaves are reverberating around the Kremlin after an extraordinary meeting called by Vladimir Putin yesterday during which the Russian president said that “95% of the world’s terrorist attacks are orchestrated by the CIA,” and the St. Petersburg metro bombing must be investigated “with this in mind.“

Putin: ‘95% Of World Terrorist Attacks Are Orchestrated By The CIA’
http://novorossia.today/putin-95-of-world-terrorist-attacks-are-orchestrated-by-the-cia/

Speaking at a behind closed doors forum for the highest echelons of government and staff in his home city of St. Petersburg, Putin responded to questions about the metro blast by pointing out who is responsible for the vast majority of world terror attacks: the U.S. deep state, and the radical Islamic groups they sponsor to destabilize key regions in the world.

Putin slammed his fist on the table and exclaimed, “If the CIA have Russian blood on their hands, they will forever regret stirring the Russian bear from its peaceful slumber,” according to sources close to the President. Putin then vowed to ramp up investigations into the terrorist attack even further.

When questioned by a top aide as to whether the 95% figure was accurate, Putin sighed heavily and fixed the assembled group with his trademark stare before explaining that in regards to how the world is run, all is not how it seems.

Putin claims that the CIA is a rogue element of the deep state, and “an expression of the will of world oligarchy and their vision for a New World Order.“

Resisting gentle attempts by close aides to stop the President “going there,” Putin said that the evidence was everywhere, and that he personally had intimate knowledge of their dealings.

Suffice it to say, the CIA exists today as part of America – but it is certainly not American. “The CIA does not work on behalf of the American people or act in their interests.”

Asked if he thought the St Petersburg bomb was the beginning of a CIA plot to oust him from power, as has been suggested in the media, Putin said, “It will take more than a bag of tricks in a subway to make me blink.“

Putin also said that mankind has been manipulated to become “unconscious” through the use of programming by media and politics, the perfect example being the public’s submissive response to the recent WikiLeaks Vault7 leak.

Rather than kicking off worldwide protests about the CIA’s overreach and illegal activities, the mainstream media have actively dumbed down the masses and lulled them into a state of compliance.

Wow. Just wow. Talk about chills!

An amazing time to be alive and experience the effects that the PTB have unleashed. And it ain't entirely in the PTB's favor, despite their machinations and a programmed populace. The desperation is evident to those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Meteorites and man-made bombs could explode around me and I could die in an instant. Even so, I wouldn't trade this view of events and the probability of an ugly outcome for a moment of comfortable ignorance.

An explosive device, fire arms and ammunition have been found at homes of detained individuals, the Russian Investigative Committee said.

"Jointly with the Russian Federal Security Service and the Interior Ministry, six people in St. Petersburg and two in Moscow have been detained in connection with the terrorist attack today, on April 6," the committee's spokeswoman said.

One of those detained is a woman.

"An explosive devise identical to that found at the Ploschad Vosstaniya St. Petersburg metro station, fire arms and ammunition have been found in homes of those detained."

The news comes after on Monday, an explosion occurred in the St. Petersburg underground on the stretch of rail between the Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut metro stations at around 3 p.m. local time (12:00 GMT). The blast killed at least 14 people, according to Russian Minister of Healthcare Veronika Skvortsova. Forty-nine people were wounded.

On Wednesday, the Russian Investigative Committee named Kyrgyzstan native 22-year-old Akbarzhon Dzhalilov who was the citizen of Russia as the suicide bomber behind the attack. His identity was later confirmed by a DNA test. The investigation also found out that the same man had left a bag with an explosive device on the Ploschad Vosstaniya metro station. It was neutralized by specialists.

I could almost imagine Putin saying these things & he'd not be far off the mark. It certainly did give me chills even though it's fake news. It's also given me a sense of despair- I somehow felt Russia would be immune to to terrorism.

My condolences to all the victims of the explosions in Russia. The lack of empathy from the leaders of the West and social media like Facebook is deeply disturbing. Such hypocrisy!

As a crossreference to Putin's current state of mind I think this post from the St. Petersburg thread is something revealing:

About a year ago, information was Posted on some problems surfacing with Russia Insider.

https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,41905.msg654391.html#msg654391

Russia Insider has become a popular news content aggregator and permanent fundraising campaign, which reproduces news stories taken from other various websites sympathetic to Russian foreign policy. Readers are asked to donate money for this content which is already readily available elsewhere for free, with the unremunerated costs of creating original content shifted onto other sites' writers.

However, this only touches on the surface of the site's problems.

Soon after it debuted in September 2014, aiming to fill a void and engage in real journalism, it quickly became clear that Russia Insider was having some delay in hiring journalists. Instead, they quickly placed ads for professional fundraisers and marketers that could help increase the coffers of one of several LLC's, controlled by Charles Bausman - one registered in the US, named 'Insider Media LLC', and the other in the Russian Federation. LLC's are not non-profits, but are for profit limited liability corporations which indemnify the personal assets of its owners from claims or suits brought about by other parties, public and private.

[...] The website consistently claimed that 100% of the proceeds went to 'journalists'. They misinformed the public that, "We'll only spend it on journalist salaries, nothing else. Period."

In the course of Fort Russ's investigation, it has been explained to us from people very close to the operation that the above claim does not have any merit. According to one anonymous source, formerly very close to this area of Russia Insider's scheme, none (or a negligible amount) of the money raised by Russia Insider was spent on what can properly be called 'Journalist salaries'.

The Fort Russ Editorial Team has been following the activities - of behind the scenes manipulation by Bausman, in using the donated funds for his personal use as income, while claiming he's paying several journalists for original content articles. Instead, Russia Insider is posting "other journalist articles" and asking for donations for it's website. Then Bausman pockets a large portion of the money while only paying one staff member to produce articles under different alias and pen names. The articles produced - generally need to be "fact checked" for creditability.

A good example - of an article like this - was the one I posted above Putin: ‘95% Of World Terrorist Attacks Are Orchestrated By The CIA’ and failed to follow through to it's main source "Baxter Dmitry at YourNewsWire that Approaching Infinity investigated and flagged - due to being a known disinfo site. The Novorossia Today site tends to publish reliable content but like all sites, information should be double checked. I didn't do "due diligence" in checking for a secondary reliable source or tracking it back to it's main source - a disinfo site. In that sense, I screwed up!

That makes more sense. I thought Putin was more subtle than that, but at the rate things are heating up here on the BBM, I thought "Wow! Putin got fed up and spoke the truth." Although 95% might be a bit high even when you factor in the CIA's partners-in-crime, the Mossad and the Globalist Cabal. I should have looked at the site more carefully. :-[

I'm still in awe of how fast events are happening. I find the show fascinating even though I know it's going to get worse for many folks including me. Wouldn't trade it for a cozy underground bunker.

Eight terrorist cell members from Central Asia have been arrested in St. Petersburg metro bombing case, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) chief Alexander Bortnikov said at a National Antiterrorism Committee session Tuesday.

Bortnikov elaborated that six of the arrestees were detained in Moscow and two in St. Peterburg. The terrorists had a large amount of weapons and munitions with them, all of which were seized by security officers.

"A search operation for the organizers and possible accomplices is underway," Bortnikov said.

In 2016, Russian security officers prevented a total of 16 terrorist acts in nine Russian cities, eliminating 46 international terrorist cells, Bortnikov said.

The FSB chief called for additional border measures to prevent terrorist infiltration, adding that the St. Petersburg attack demonstrated how the current measures had failed to fully meet possible threats.

"Most members of terrorist cells are CIS nationals who come to Russia as part of the immigrant workforce," Bortnikov said.

Bortnikov stressed that businesses using migrant labor in Russia should assume greater responsibility to improve the effectiveness of anti-terrorism measures

Federal Security Service (FSB) operatives have detained Akram Azimov, older brother of suspected organizer of St. Petersburg terrorist attack Abror Azimov, the FSB said Wednesday.

According to the FSB, Akram Azimov "helped to transfer money for the preparation of the terrorist attack and assisted in establishing communication channels with the emissaries of international terrorist organizations."

Akram Azimov has been brought to Russia's Investigative Committee for questioning," the FSB said in a statement.

Abror Azimov was detained on the western outskirts of Moscow on Monday on suspicion of training St. Petersburg subway suicide bomber Akbarzhon Jalilov. A Moscow court authorized his arrest.

According to the Investigative Committee's spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko, Akram Azimov was in possession of an RGD-5 grenade at the time of arrest.

"At the moment, the investigators are working with him, establishing his part in the crime and other facts that may be important for the investigation… At the moment, there are 10 persons of interest in this case," Petrenko said.

The arrest footage shows that the suspect was detained at a bus station.

A bomb blast hit the St. Petersburg subway on April 3 claiming 15 lives, including the perpetrator of the attack, and leaving about 50 people wounded.

Russian investigators have established the person who ordered the deadly attack in the Saint Petersburg subway in early April.

Russia Establishes Person Who Ordered St. Petersburg Metro Terrorist Attack
https://sputniknews.com/russia/201704201052807623-russia-petersburg-metro-blast-established/

Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov said Thursday the person who ordered the April 3 deadly terrorist attack in the St. Petersburg metro was established.

"Established," Bortnikov told reporters.

No other details have been provided.

The man suspected of detonating a bomb on the St. Petersburg metro earlier this month had received money from an "international terrorist group" in Turkey, Russian investigators said on Thursday. Judge on the case ruled that the suspect received money from a terrorist group participant in Turkey for the preparation of the terrorist act.

https://sputniknews.com/russia/201704201052820547-st-petersburg-metro-blast-suspect-money-turkey/

During the hearing, Akram Azimov, the elder brother of suspected organizer of the terrorist act in the St. Petersburg metro Abror Azimov, denied any involvement in the subway blast, a Sputnik correspondent reported from Moscow's Basmanny Court on Thursday.

"I'm not involved in the terrorist attack," the suspect, who is charged with direct participation in the terrorist act, said.

An investigator in the court said Thursday that Akram testified against his brother Abror.

"During the questioning as a suspect, Azimov said that he and his brother performed actions that contributed to the explosion," the investigator said.

Despite the suspect's plea, Moscow's Basmanny Court authorized the arrest of Akram Azimov.

"Uphold the investigator's motion: choose in relation to Azimov, suspected of committing crimes stipulated by Russian Criminal Code articles 205 (terrorism) and 222 (illegal turnover of weapons), the measure of restraint in the form of taking into custody," Judge Elena Lenskaya announced.

The Russian Investigative Committee subsequently said that Akram Azimov called by phone suicide bomber Akbarzhon Jalilov and transferred him money received in Turkey from a member of an international terrorist group.

The investigation provided information that Azimov contacted Jalilov and transferred money to him. He received this money for preparation of the terrorist act in Turkey from an active member of an international terrorist organization. Azimov also was engaged in forging documents so that members of this organization could freely move across Russia," Judge Elena Lenskaya's ruling on Azimov's arrest said.

Russia’s Investigative Committee said that a Russian citizen of Kyrgyz descent Akbarzhon Jalilov was the prime suspect, but did not rule out the possibility of the perpetrator having accomplices.

On Monday, FSB officers detained Abror Azimov on suspicion of training Jalilov and delivered him to the Investigative Committee. On Tuesday, Azimov's lawyer Armen Zadoyan told reporters that his client had admitted his guilt.

On Wednesday, FSB operatives detained Akram Azimov, the elder brother of Abror Azimov. According to FSB, elder Azimov helped to transfer money for the preparation of the terrorist attack and assisted in establishing communication channels with the emissaries of international terrorist organizations.
