The Daily Mail reported that the Las Vegas Victims’ Fund would pay out up to $275,000 to each of the families of the 58 victims killed.

The fund would also distribute $275,000 to each of the ten victims who suffered permanent paralysis or brain damage as result of the October 1 shooting that took place on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada.

The fund—a nonprofit which began as a GoFundMe page started by local politicians to help the shooting victims—posted a chart breaking down how the $31.5 million fund would be distributed to a total of 532 people. Ten million of those dollars would go to 147 hospitalized from injuries suffered from the shooting.

The victims’ fund consists of millions of dollars raised from corporate and individual donors in increments ranging from $1 to $400,000.

Once the fund hit $90,000 in donations, it grew into a nonprofit corporation.

Howard Stutz, the spokesman for the victims’ fund, said they will begin to distribute 100 percent of the payouts starting Monday.

An interesting theory: https://www.pscp.tv/w/1MYxNjLVMXpxw

Start at 1:50:00 - 2:13:00

Blackwater fights the CIA and deep state, the Saudis become Zionist funders at 8-20 billion $ give or take and are allowed to become super capitalists, "We have surrounded Iran completely and we have Russia on board" (1:53:47) and the Zionists lived happily ever after.

Aside from the suppressed Vegas cell phone data this guy is awfully optimistic about the dangerous situation with Iran, Syria and Russia (maybe Oliver North has something to do with that). It is a strange mixture of speculations I think. There may be bits of truth here and there but he has no clue if you ask me about role the Zionists are playing or maybe he does which may be the reason for the video.

The New York Times has just published a video sequence that apparently shows Paddock doing stuff before the shooting in the hotel:

A couple of questions that this doesn't answer:

Where is the full unedited and not snitched together footage? Will the public ever be able to see it? What would the whole unedited version reveal?

One can very easily imprint a certain impression if you snitch together some footage, leave out other pieces, and tell a "coherent" narrative at the same time.

For example: the guy tells us that Paddock was transporting a huge amount of luggage into his room every day or so and backs it up with the footage. Since Paddock was a very experienced gambler and likely visited the hotel many times in the past, do we have a proof that those luggage transportings to his room that were filmed, all really happened in that single timeframe of his stay there that is accociated with the shooting? In other words: could it be that it was snitched together from past visits of his?

Why don't we see footage from the floor, elevator at the time the shooting happened? Why does it stop before the fateful night happened?

The link does not work for me.

Well, I read it. It could be true or not. It still doesn't do much except make Padock the main or sole shooter which limits the investigation and finding any other suspects in the shooting.

Sorry about the link goyacobol. I was trying to follow the old forum way of putting an underscore before a link so that it wasn't "active". I couldn't achieve that with the new forum so I put spaces in the WWW to deactivate the link.
Thanks Mark7 for correcting the link!

No problem aluminumalcon. Usually, I would have noticed the spaces but since the new forum makes it more difficult to inactivate links by just using an underscore I see why you did it that way. I learned a little about Laura Loomed in the process too.

‘Cameras Off’: New Video Shows Vegas Shooting Strike Team Being Told to Turn Off Body Cams
https://freedomoutpost.com/cameras-off-new-video-shows-vegas-shooting-strike-team-being-told-to-turn-off-body-cams
June 16, 2018
Las Vegas, NV — After being forced to release information on the October 1 massacre, the Las Vegas police department—in an insultingly futile attempt at transparency—has been dumping information related to the shooting. In what appears to be a deliberate attempt to muddy the waters, much of the video released by the department has no time stamps and is provided without context. However, one particularly suspicious set of videos was released Thursday which shows cops being told to turn off their body cameras.

For months, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has been caught lying, railroading journalists, and done everything in their power to keep the facts on what happened on 1 October from ever reaching the public.

The department’s desire to keep the information secret was so overwhelming that they fought its release all the way to the Nevada Supreme Court. Early last month, however, the court rejected the police department’s bid to keep the records secret and they are now forced to hand everything over. Instead of cataloged evidence and detailed reports, however, they’re merely releasing random unlabeled pieces of information.

A large dump of video taken from 28 different body cameras was released this week. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, most of the videos had no time stamps, but they were taken at some point during the response to Stephen Paddock carrying out the massacre.

Four of the videos in this massive dump of footage show officers who are part of a strike team assembling near the Mandalay Bay Casino. According to the chatter captured on the video, the strike team is prepping to enter the hotel.

“Officers are waiting. They’re waiting,” says a male voice off screen. “Officers are waiting to get in there.”

As police stand in line waiting to enter the hotel, multiple body cameras show a female officer walking down the rows, instructing the officers to turn off their cameras.

“Cameras are off? Cameras off? Cameras are off?” she says.

An officer repeats “Camera is off,” and each video ends.

As the Journal reports, it is not clear when or why the cameras were activated. One video is 18 minutes long, one is 20 minutes, and two others are just over a minute each. It is also unclear why the officers were told to turn their cameras off.

When the Journal reached out to the department to clarify why officers were told to turn off their body cameras, predictably, the department did not answer. However, their body camera policy is public and these videos appear to show them violating it.

According to their body camera policy, once the officer’s camera is activated, it should continue recording unless there is a reasonable exception.

As the Journal reports, exceptions include if the event is “of a sensitive nature,” such as the sexual assault of a child; if the event has concluded prior to an officer’s arrival; or if an officer determines the recording must be stopped, “based on clearly articulable reasons.”

What’s more, and what clearly did not happen in this footage, is that the department policy states, “Officers must state the specific reason(s) they are turning off their cameras before doing so.”

The more information that comes out on the horrific events of that fateful night, the more questions the public has. The uncooperative behavior by the Las Vegas Metropolitan police department is a kick in the teeth to the victims and their families.

As the suspect video below shows, from the very beginning of the shooting, Vegas police were actively engaged in keeping this information from the public. Shameful indeed.

If you’d like to voice your concern about their lack of transparency and overt attempt at covering up the facts as to what happened in Vegas, you can peacefully do so at the department’s Facebook page, here. or, you can call them at (702) 828-3394.

Interesting twist to the situation ... looks like the Corporate owners (and their Shareholders) of Mandalay Bay are trying "a legal maneuver" to side step liability claims? The victims who filed Claims - should get together and counter sue - demanding MGM Resorts International should have their "Corporate assets frozen" upon appeal! (And sit back and watch MGM Stock on Wall St. take a nose dive.)

Mandalay Bay owners sue victims of Las Vegas mass shooting

The corporate owners of the Mandalay Bay casino filed suit against the victims of last year’s Las Vegas concert mass shooting, claiming it has no liability for the massacre, according to a published report on Monday.

MGM Resorts International went to federal courts in Nevada and California and took on more than 1,000 shooting victims, saying claims against the hotel giant “must be dismissed.”

“Plaintiffs have no liability of any kind to defendants,” the complaints argue, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Las Vegas lawyer Robert Eglet, who is representing several victims, told the paper that the hotel’s unusual action is a pre-emptive strike to get the cases heard in federal court instead of state court. Englet said MGM must believe it has better chances of victory in a federal case.

The MGM lawsuits are a “blatant display of judge shopping” that “quite frankly verges on unethical,” according to Eglet.

“I’ve never seen a more outrageous thing, where they sue the victims in an effort to find a judge they like,” the lawyer continued. “It’s just really sad that they would stoop to this level.”

An MGM spokeswoman said Monday of the company’s lawsuits: “The Federal Court is an appropriate venue for these cases and provides those affected with the opportunity for a timely resolution. Years of drawn out litigation and hearings are not in the best interest of victims, the community and those still healing.”

MGM Resorts International recently filed federal lawsuits against more than 1,000 individuals directly or indirectly injured in the mass shooting in Las Vegas last October in an effort to avoid future liability civil lawsuits.

MGM Files Lawsuits Against Las Vegas Shooting Victims to Avoid Liability Claims

In the complaints filed Friday in Nevada and California, the company, which owns both the Mandalay Bay hotel and the Route 91 Harvest Festival venue, says that it has faced a barrage of lawsuits over the shooting and claims that it cannot be liable for the mass shooting deaths. October 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock allegedly opened fire from his room at the Mandalay Bay Hotel toward a crowd attending a country music concert at Route 91, killing 58 people and wounding more than 500.

According to the complaints, "plaintiffs have no liability of any kind to defendants," the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Monday.

The company is not seeking money from victims, but is instead citing a federal law in hopes that the courts will protect it from any civil lawsuits filed by victims over what was the deadliest mass shooting in US history.

According to MGM, the US Safety Act — a 2002 federal act that offers liability protection to any company that employs "anti-terrorism" technology or services to "help prevent and respond to mass violence" — applies in this case, because the company contracted security firm CSC for the concert.

The US Safety Act was passed after the September 11, 2001, attacks and defines terrorism as any unlawful act that occurs inside the US and causes "mass destruction, injury or other loss." However, the FBI has yet to declare the Las Vegas mass shooting an act of terror, because the gunman's motive is still unclear.

Nonetheless, because CSC was approved by the US Department of Homeland Security, MGM is thus released from liability, the company argues, USA Today reported Monday.

The unforeseeable events of October 1 affected thousands of people in Las Vegas and throughout North America," MGM spokesperson Debra DeShong said in a Monday statement.

From the day of this tragedy, we have focused on the recovery of those impacted by the despicable act of one evil individual," the statement continues.

"The Federal Court is an appropriate venue for these cases and provides those affected with the opportunity for a timely resolution. Years of drawn out litigation and hearings are not in the best interests of victims, the community and those still healing," the statement added.

According to Las Vegas attorney Robert Eglet, who has represented multiple victims of the shooting, MGM's litigation is "outrageous."

Eglet noted that MGM is a Nevada company, so any lawsuits involving it should occur in a state court. He called the entertainment giant's decision to instead file complaints in federal court a "blatant display of judge shopping" that "quite frankly verges on unethical," the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Monday.

"I've never seen a more outrageous thing, where they sue the victims in an effort to find a judge they like," he said. "It's just really sad that they would stoop to this level."
