Yesterday after the EE workshop we talked a bit about diets and carbs, and perhaps is helpful for someone
A family member after being on an anti-candida diet for many months she was just reintroducing to carbs, her dietitian recommended cooling rice and potatoes for 24h in the fridge before consuming as this changes the starch structure...
Before consuming you can warm it up a little bit...but not too much.
