Yes they do. And that is EXACTLY what I am trying to DO!
Not had even one offer yet. Not even from the speculators or opportunists.
I will contact all agents this week and ask them to try to get whatever offers they can.
I am going to the Foreign Residents Association meeting on Wednesday. It is convening again about the new property laws. I will out which (if any) agents are able to sell anything in these times.
There are many important things i have to do atm. But not easy with bronchial pneumonia and temperature fluctuations.

Why would you "strongly urge" people here to watch a video, the central point of which is that govts. in Europe have laws and are planning on passing laws that attempt to stop people leaving the country, when in fact, this claim is entirely false?

It is a standard part of tax law in many countries for many years that there is a potential tax on moving out of a country and taking assets with you that you have recently made a profit on. It's nothing new or unusual and does not constitute govts. attempting to stop people from feeling their countries for 'safe havens' as the guy in this video, and you, are suggesting. It is therefore, disinformation.

All plots of land and the house, belonging to my mum and me, are all legally binded in the required immovable property trust that has to be formed for all foreigners owning more than one donum of land.
This is all above board, all permissions to purchase sought for and agreed/permitted by the Government, all taxes and legal requirement correctly completed.

On the very day when multiple anti-occupation demonstrations were held in Cyprus.

That may be the best piece of advise you've ever gotten, and it even doesn't matter much whether it was given on moral, or practical grounds.
