The Way Forward?

So, if I understood correctly, you have land that you can't keep. And if you don't sell it, you won't be able to at some point in the next year.

I'd suggest to sell it, it's either that or you could get nothing, your choice.

So, your dad and grandmother said to you:

As hard as it is, and they must have had a good legal read on it to offer that advice, sometimes it is better to cut ones losses and try to reconsolidate.
Yes they do. And that is EXACTLY what I am trying to DO!
Not had even one offer yet. Not even from the speculators or opportunists.
I will contact all agents this week and ask them to try to get whatever offers they can.
I am going to the Foreign Residents Association meeting on Wednesday. It is convening again about the new property laws. I will out which (if any) agents are able to sell anything in these times.
There are many important things i have to do atm. But not easy with bronchial pneumonia and temperature fluctuations.

Why would you "strongly urge" people here to watch a video, the central point of which is that govts. in Europe have laws and are planning on passing laws that attempt to stop people leaving the country, when in fact, this claim is entirely false?
I already found online where there are articles about California and that Canada is considering this.

As mentioned earlier i appointed another top solicitor to work alongside my current solicitor on all my property court cases.
This is his whasapp message after our initial meeting and then his long discussion with my lawyer.

Hello dear Liz, on this beautiful Monday, I hope you're well. To summarize the main points discussed, I can say that, whether or not a sale occurs, it will primarily require either the sale/transfer of company shares or movement via a title deed transfer document that the company will sign. Given this, the legal proceedings and any existing injunctions within the Görgüns’ internal case constitute a legal obstacle, and it is essential that this legal impediment be removed or brought to a level that permits a sale if one is to take place.
Furthermore, as I’ve mentioned before, you are the one to tell us the actual sale price, or rather, the realistic sale price under the current strained market conditions, and upon this, if a potential buyer/investor can be found, we can proceed accordingly. Although the situation doesn’t appear very promising under these conditions, please know that my efforts and best wishes are with you, dear Liz.
Regards.

It is a standard part of tax law in many countries for many years that there is a potential tax on moving out of a country and taking assets with you that you have recently made a profit on. It's nothing new or unusual and does not constitute govts. attempting to stop people from feeling their countries for 'safe havens' as the guy in this video, and you, are suggesting. It is therefore, disinformation.

Thanks. A relief. I expect the worst but hope for the best regarding everything now.
I will pass this on to the site as it needs to be corrected.

'Not owning anything legally in Cyprus'
All plots of land and the house, belonging to my mum and me, are all legally binded in the required immovable property trust that has to be formed for all foreigners owning more than one donum of land.
This is all above board, all permissions to purchase sought for and agreed/permitted by the Government, all taxes and legal requirement correctly completed.

So your ownership is based on some kind of a trustee agreement signed with an illegal entity operating on Cypriot soil and you call it legal; and you posted it on the 41st anniversary of the unilateral declaration of the self-proclaimed ‘Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’ no less. On the very day when multiple anti-occupation demonstrations were held in Cyprus.

Sell what ever you can, as soon as you can, get out, and don't look back!

That may be the best piece of advise you've ever gotten, and it even doesn't matter much whether it was given on moral, or practical grounds.
