To summarize the main points discussed, I can say that, whether or not a sale occurs, it will primarily require either the sale/transfer of company shares or movement via a title deed transfer document that the company will sign. Given this, the legal proceedings and any existing injunctions within the Görgüns’ internal case constitute a legal obstacle, and it is essential that this legal impediment be removed or brought to a level that permits a sale if one is to take place.
Furthermore, as I’ve mentioned before, you are the one to tell us the actual sale price, or rather, the realistic sale price under the current strained market conditions, and upon this, if a potential buyer/investor can be found, we can proceed accordingly.
