Trump era: Fascist dawn, or road to liberation?

Here's a new twist...? With the continued character assassination.

Speaking of character assassination ... one U.S. Judge - who didn't use sensible "judgment" - just got served "Justice"! MAGA!

A judge in Utah has been suspended without pay for six months after he made critical comments about President Donald Trump in Court and on his Facebook page.

US Judge Suspended for 6 Months for Criticizing Trump

Utah judge Michael Kwan’s suspension earlier this week by the state’s supreme court says that his behavior was in violation of the judicial code of conduct and sullied the reputation of the judiciary, AFP reported.

“Judge Kwan’s behavior denigrates his reputation as an impartial, independent, dignified, and courteous jurist who takes no advantage of the office in which he serves,” the court said in a 19-page opinion.

As regards Kwan’s postings about Trump on Facebook and LinkedIn, the court added they “were laden with blunt, and sometimes indelicate, criticism”.

In one posting in January 2017, when Trump was inaugurated president, Kwan wrote, “Welcome to governing. Will you dig your heels in and spend the next four years undermining our country’s reputation and standing in the world? … Will you continue to demonstrate your inability to govern and political incompetence?”

In another posting a month later, Kwan wrote, “Welcome to the beginning of the fascist takeover.”

He continued, “We need to… be diligent in questioning Congressional Republicans if they are going to be the American Reichstag and refuse to stand up for the Constitution, refuse to uphold their oath of office and enable the tyrants to consolidate their power.”

On another occasion while presiding over a hearing, Kwan got into an exchange with a defendant in which he appeared to criticize Trump’s immigration and tax policies, the court added.

The defendant told Kwan that he planned to pay all of his court fines when he got his tax returns.

“You do realize that we have a new president, and you think we are getting any money back?” Kwan told the defendant.

“Prayer might be the answer,” Kwan stated, noting, “‘Cause, he just signed an order to start building the wall and he has no money to do that, and so if you think you are going to get taxes back this year, uh-yeah, maybe, maybe not. But don’t worry, there is a tax cut for the wealthy so if you make over $500,000 you’re getting a tax cut.”

Kwan, who has served as a judge in the city of Taylorsville for the past two decades and has a history of misconduct linked to politically charged comments and his temper, has acknowledged that his behavior was unbecoming a judge.

But he described his in-court political statements as an attempt at humor and argued, unsuccessfully, that a suspension would amount to infringing on his freedom of speech.

May 26 2019 - Report: US City Under Attack by NSA Cyber Weapon
Report: US City Under Attack by NSA Cyber Weapon

US National Security Agency’s most powerful cyber weapon has reportedly fallen into enemy hands and is being used against American cities with “alarming frequency” by the very foreign hackers it was designed to counter.

In a Saturday report, New York Times explained how the NSA's Tailored Access Operations lost control of it's so-called "EternalBlue" malware tool to a cadre of hackers, referred to as the Shadow Brokers, which subsequently publicized the agency's software exploits on the internet and passed them on to hackers allegedly linked with Russia, China and North Korea.

The report pointed out that the Shadow Brokers' disclosure came thanks to a 54-year-old former NSA contractor Harold Martin III, who pleaded guilty in March 2019 for, among other things, taking classified documents and electronic devices home with him for more than 20 years in what government authorities described as the biggest leak of classified data in US history.

The report came amid an ongoing cyber attack on the city of Baltimore, which is paralyzing its critical infrastructure and halting daily important transactions from home sales to utility payments.

According to the daily, for the past three weeks, “Baltimore has struggled with a cyberattack by digital extortionists that has frozen thousands of computers, shut down email and disrupted real estate sales, water bills, health alerts and many other services.”

US City of Baltimore Under Attack by NSA Cyber Weapon – Report
The cyber weapon was developed by the US tech spying agency to break into foreign computers, but now the US itself is under attack by the malware, and tech experts say it’s the handiwork of the NSA.

Guess which list unites North Korea, Iran, China, Russia, Israel and the United States? Theseare all the nations that have not signed the Paris Call for Truat and Security in Cyberspace -- Emmanuel's Macron's effort to stop cyber-attacks in peacetime.

The US's National Security Agency (NSA), often portrayed in the media as the most technologically advanced intelligence agency in the world, and routinely resorts to hacking and cyber-attacks in order to steal the information they need. To do so, tech geniuses on government payrolls write "tools" — malware programs designed specifically to strike at vulnerabilities found in operational systems, including the US-made Windows OS family. And then these programs get leaked.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Monday U.S. President Donald Trump gave strong support to his intention to hold unconditional talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

In what might be seen as a Memorial Day gift to President Trump, residents of a mountain range outside of El Paso today woke up to a new vista—a mile-long wall of metal slats constructed along the border with Mexico that just shot up over the weekend. The secret project, which started on Friday evening and was completed by Monday morning, was the work of We Build the Wall, a new group whose director is the former White House strategist Steve Bannon. The CEO is Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage, who had raised $20 million to build the wall through his GoFundMe project, but it appeared to be floundering until Bannon took the helm.

Bannon, who for much of the weekend was in Kazakhstan for a geopolitical seminar, says the project, overseen by construction mogul Tommy Fisher of North Dakota-based Fisher Industries, involved hundreds of workers and cost $6 million.

He says his group asked local authorities what is the most dangerous part of the border with Mexico, and they were pointed to this precarious mountain strip, “where the cartels and asylum seekers are coming in” through a gap between two 21-mile strips of completed wall. The group hastily "purchased the rights" to the land and went at it Friday evening. "We had to catch them by surprise," says Bannon, who predicts residents are "gonna freak out" when they see what was erected over the past two days.

British ex-spy will not talk to U.S. prosecutor examining Trump probe origins: source
The former British spy who produced a dossier describing alleged links between Donald Trump and Russia will not cooperate with a prosecutor assigned by U.S. Attorney General William Barr to review how the investigations of Trump and his 2016 election campaign began, a source with knowledge of the situation said.

Christopher Steele, a former Russia expert for the British spy agency MI6, will not answer questions from prosecutor John Durham, named by Barr to examine the origins of the investigations into Trump and his campaign team, said the source close to Steele’s London-based private investigation firm, Orbis Business Intelligence.

Trump has given Barr broad authority to declassify intelligence materials related to the investigations. Last week Trump ordered the heads of U.S. spy and law enforcement agencies to cooperate with Durham.

Trump says Steele’s “fake dossier” was a key factor behind the investigations and what he claims is a broader “witch hunt” against him. He also accuses senior intelligence officials of improperly “spying” on his campaign.

Steele also cooperated with Mueller’s investigative team, voluntarily submitting to two interviews in September 2017. He also gave written testimony to the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee in August 2018, the source said.

Special counsel Robert Mueller issued his first public statement on his investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 election, emphasizing one of the key points of his report: that his office did not conclude whether or not President Trump committed a crime.
In his statement, Mueller said his office could not bring criminal charges against the President because the team believed it to be unconstitutional.

"If we had had confidence that the President had clearly not committed a crime, we would have said so," said Muller, adding, "Charging the President with a crime is not an option we could consider."

"It would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime, when there can be no court resolution of the actual charge, "
said Mueller, further explaining the reasoning.

Mueller announced that he was officially resigning from the Department of Justice and returning to private life. He said this was his final statement on the matter, and any testimony he might give to Congress would not go beyond what was in the report.

(Comment: Translation ... YOU are guilty because ... I said, "YOU are guilty!" That is ... until I can really find something to nail you with BUT in the meantime ... YOU ARE "potentially" GUILTY! :lol2:Makes about as much sense as Mueller's report. On the other side of the coin,
"What potential crimes is Mueller guilty of - "with no Court resolution" for keeping the American public captive and spellbound for over two years, day-in and day-out, knowing from the very start - the whole investigation was a total farce?)

Mueller looked like crap and his voice shook at times. I thought the whole press conference without any questions was bizarre to say the least. The Lefties are reading all kinds of things that they want to be true into Mueller's statement.

I'm wondering if the DS forced Mueller to do this in exchange for not being hauled before Congress to explain himself and possibly face perjury or pointed questions from the Right about interesting exculpatory evidence left out of his report.

One things for sure, the weird way Mueller implied that Trump might still be guilty because he couldn't find enough evidence to prove Trump innocent only serves to shore up the Democrat's bogus Impeachment threats and continue the fake Russian narrative. Crazy stuff.

I thought the whole press conference without any questions was bizarre to say the least. The Lefties are reading all kinds of things that they want to be true into Mueller's statement.

Mueller was very "guarded" with his dialog. I'm searching for a published written transcript. Take any statement he made and notice that "it was carefully scripted' to not incriminate any of his "actions" during the investigation, worded in such a way - that he can't be legally held accountable - for any decision he made, while steering the investigation "against Trump". Take for instance, these two statements:

"Charging the President with a crime is not an option we could consider."

"It would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime, when there can be no court resolution of the actual charge, "
said Mueller, further explaining the reasoning.

Both of those statements are worded in such a way - as to cast "reasonable doubt of a potential crime" without specification of a crime, while directly pointing a finger at the President. What is the alleged crime? Where is the incriminating evidence or supporting evidence, the sworn affidavits or legal Documents towards a potential collusion, obstruction of Justice or wrong-doing?

"It was a coup": Mueller critics demand "deep state" investigation, Obama testimony
'It was a coup': Mueller critics demand 'deep state' investigation, Obama testimony

WASHINGTON — An hour before Robert Mueller prepared to give his one — and apparently only — public statement on the findings of his investigation into Russian electoral interference, calls for a very different sort of probe were taking place at an event organized by a conservative organization closely aligned with President Trump.

There were calls for President Obama to testify before Congress, as well as suspicions about FBI Director Christopher Wray. Trump, meanwhile, was a “crime victim,” while alleged spying on the Trump campaign by law enforcement entities in the Obama administration was nothing short of “terrorism.”

These were some of the assertions made during a panel hosted on Wednesday morning by Judicial Watch titled “Investigating the Investigators,” an evident reference to Mueller, who was appointed by the Department of Justice to investigate allegations that the Trump presidential campaign may have worked with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

“It is time to look into the politicization of the DOJ and the intelligence community in their effort to undermine the president,” said a press release for the event, which took place at the studio of One America News, a conservative media outlet.

With the Mueller report now a public document — and a highly contentious one at that — the event was a window into how Trump’s supporters plan to reframe the debate over the president’s possible wrongdoing into an attack on the origins of the investigation. That approach appears to be directed by the White House, with Trump last week authorizing Attorney General William Barr to declassify documents related to potential surveillance on the Trump campaign. Barr has previously expressed concerns that the FBI may have conducted unauthorized “spying” during the 2016 election.

“Something very horrible went terribly wrong,” said another of the panelists, Christopher J. Farrell, also of Judicial Watch. “A hoax has been perpetrated upon” the American people, Farrell said, speaking of the Mueller report.

“It was a coup,” Farrell went on to say, albeit one without tanks in the streets. “It was an effort to unseat or destabilize the Trump administration.”

He said that that effort — much of it overseen by Trump’s own Department of Justice — was a worse abuse of power than Watergate or any other presidential scandal.

Victoria Toensing, a conservative lawyer, meanwhile accused FBI Director Wray of “stonewalling.” Wray was virtually the only Trump administration official to be criticized by the Judicial Watch panelists, who charged that he was more interested in protecting the FBI’s credibility than he was in letting Barr conduct a full investigation into “spying” by the bureau into the Trump campaign.

The most notable of the panelists was Carter Page, a foreign policy expert with the Trump campaign who authorities believed was trying to make contacts with Russia during the 2016 campaign. The FBI in 2016 obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to surveil Page, who has been largely unrepentant about his role in the Trump campaign. On Wednesday, he said he was the victim of “civil rights abuses.”

Sitting before a poster board that listed the priorities of the FBI, Page said he was less concerned with issues of spying — on him and the Trump campaign — than with “literally the terrorism associated with this.” He then proceeded to argue that what he called “false reports” and “attacks” against him and the Trump campaign met the definition of terrorism.

“We’re really all victims in this,” Page said, seeming to refer to the broader Trump movement and its affiliates.

Tom Fitton, the Judicial Watch head, who regularly defends Trump on Fox News, blasted the “dishonesty of the Mueller report.” A press release sent ahead of the panel said that same report “has exonerated President Trump of the false accusations of collusion and obstruction.”

Trump himself has claimed such exoneration, an apparent reference to a lack of new indictments stemming from Mueller’s findings. The Mueller report did not find evidence the Trump campaign conspired with Russia, and did not draw conclusions about whether the president should be charged with obstruction of justice.

Whatever the interpretation of the Mueller report, the panelists focused on attacking the investigation itself, and suggested that former Democratic officials need to now be investigated, some three years after the activity in question may have taken place.

Trump’s foe in the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton, remained a primary target. At one point, Fitton said that she was “working directly with Russian intelligence,” referring to the dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.

Though the Steele dossier was commissioned by the Democratic National Committee, the initial investigation into Trump's business dealings was paid for by a Republican publisher and donor, Paul Singer.

And while Democrats in the House of Representatives would like Mueller to testify, the Judicial Watch panelists wanted to see another former public servant troop up Capitol Hill.

“I want to know: What did Obama know? What did he approve? What did he tacitly nod his head for? What did he explicitly authorize?” Farrell wondered. “Let’s get Mr. Obama under oath.”

BERN, SWITZERLAND (AFP) - US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will take part on Saturday (June 1) in a secretive meeting in Switzerland of global power brokers discreetly discussing issues like Brexit and the future of capitalism.

The State Department confirmed on Saturday that Mr Pompeo, who is on a four-nation tour of Europe, would take part in the four-day Bilderberg meeting, which kicked off on Thursday in the picturesque Swiss town of Montreux.

His participation had not been previously mentioned in the official agenda and he did not figure on the list of some 130 elites from 23 countries participating in the event.

Already on the list is US President Donald Trump's son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, who might use the forum to try to drum up support for his yet to be unveiled Middle East peace plan.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Nato chief Jens Stoltenberg and elder statesman Henry Kissinger also figure on the list of participants, as do Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire and German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen.

The group, which has met every year since 1954 and was created as a forum for fostering dialogue between Europe and North America, is this year discussing a range of topics such as climate change, the future of capitalism, the ethics of Artificial Intelligence, China, Russia and Brexit, the organisers said.

The Trump administration has taken strong and controversial stances on a number of the topics on the agenda, including swelling tensions with Beijing, complex relations with Moscow and a more than sceptical attitude to calls to fight climate change.

Mr Pompeo himself recently hailed that climate change was helping open new sea routes in the usually frozen Arctic.

The luxury hotel where the talks are taking place has placed high bushes all around its perimeters to keep the press at bay.

'CHEESE AND CHOCOLATE FAN'
The participants are meanwhile held to the so-called Chatham House Rule, meaning that participants are free to use the information received, but may not reveal the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker.

The secretive nature of the group has given birth to conspiracy theories. Some have warned, for example, that Bilderberg is a group of rich and powerful kingmakers seeking to impose a one world government.

Mr Pompeo arrived in Switzerland on Friday on the second leg of his European tour, following a stop in Berlin and before traveling on to The Hague and London.

On Saturday morning, he and his wife Susan had a guided tour of Bern's Old Town, and on Sunday, he is due to meet with his Swiss counterpart Ignazio Cassis.

Asked why he chose to stay for so long in Switzerland - from Friday afternoon through Monday morning, Mr Pompeo told a group of journalists traveling with him that he is a "big cheese and chocolate fan".

Top U.S., Israeli, Russian security officials to meet in Jerusalem in June: White House

White House national security adviser John Bolton and his Israeli and Russian counterparts will meet in Jerusalem in June to discuss regional security issues, the White House said on Wednesday.

The Russian, “Israeli”, and American National Security Advisors will hold their first-ever trilateral summit in Jerusalem in June to discuss what the White House described as “regional security issues”, which is an obvious euphemism for Syria & Iran and the role that the three national security experts expect them to play in the so-called “Deal of the Century” that will begin being rolled out by that time.

(Comment - Although there are a few events and some political posturing that point towards Trump's "Deal of the Century", many of the main points brought out in this article - are still at the "speculative level" of manifesting? Several of the conditions in this Deal were based on Netanyahu winning the election but since he failed to form a governing coalition, another election is planned. If Netanyahu fails to win the second election, the geopolitics may change and the plans aborted?)

The Upcoming RF-IS-US National Security Advisor Summit Will Focus On Syria & Iran
The Upcoming RF-IS-US National Security Advisor Summit Will Focus On Syria & Iran - Eurasia Future

Trump’s so-called “Deal of the Century” will be rolled out after the end of Ramadan in June, around which time the American, “Israeli”, and Russian National Security Advisors will hold their first-ever trilateral summit in Jerusalem to discuss what the White House described as “regional security issues”, which obviously refers to this forthcoming concept and the role that Syria & Iran are expected to play in it. Officially speaking, Russia is against the “Deal of the Century”, yet it also interestingly made it possible for the US to “recognize” “Israel’s” annexation of the Golan Heights and fulfill one of its likely goals after carving out a 140 kilometer anti-Iranian “buffer zone” in southern Syria last summer. Russia did this and many other favors for “Israel” because of Moscow’s alliance with the self-professed “Jewish State”, which has led to the creation of “Putinyahu’s Rusrael” as one of the most powerful forces in contemporary Mideast geopolitics. It’s only natural, then, that Russia would move closer to “Israel’s” original American patron, which partially explains why their National Security Advisors will soon be meeting together in Jerusalem.

The other related reason is that Russia is currently in the process of negotiating a “New Detente” with the US in exchange for sanctions relief and other (possibly geopolitical) perks, and with “Israel” being the common ally between them, it makes sense for it to serve as the site for such an historic security summit. The “Deal of the Century” — which is basically intended to be the US’ envisaged successor to Sykes-Picot — will be the main item on the agenda, and the US will likely insist that Russia ensures Iran’s dignified but “phased withdrawal” from Syria as part of this regional geopolitical re-engineering effort in order to make progress on the nascent “New Detente”. Russia’s been trying to do this for nearly the past year already and even refused to provide any assistance to Syria during its latest fuel crisis as part of its indirect pressure campaign on Damascus to this end, yet Moscow has thus far failed to achieve any visible results, though that might finally be changing if the reports about Hezbollah’s withdrawal turn out to be true. Should that be the case, then one could expect Iranian forces to soon begin withdrawing too.

Whatever the timeframe for that eventuality may be, Russia, “Israel”, and the US are very serious about seeing it happen as soon as possible, hence why their National Security Advisors are meeting soon in order to coordinate their regional military activities after the “Deal of the Century” is publicly unveiled. For reasons of political sensitivity, their respective officials and information outlets might predictably deny that these three parties are working together with one another in geostrategically reshaping the Mideast, but as the cliche goes, “actions speak louder than words” and the very fact that the meeting is planned to take place says all that’s needed about their actual intentions. In addition, it couldn’t have been foreseen that this would happen two months ahead of “Israel’s” second election this year after Netanyahu failed to form a governing coalition following April’s vote, so it can’t be discounted that the Russian and American National Security Advisors might agree to choreograph some dramatic stunt over the summer in order to help their leaders’ close friend win re-election once more.

It can only be speculated what this would entail, let alone whether it’ll even happen at all, but both Putin and Trump went to extreme ends to help Netanyhau win re-election earlier this year. The Russian leader gave his “Israeli” counterpart the remains of a famous “IDF” soldier that his forces dug up in Syria, while the American one “recognized “Israel’s” annexation of the Golan Heights. Seeing as how ensuring “Israel’s” security by removing the Iranian military presence in Syria is the grand goal that most urgently brings all three parties together, it’s indeed possible that the speculated summertime stunt might involve something related to this issue. In any case, the three National Security Advisors will definitely talk about much more than just that even if the aforementioned topic comprises a large portion of their discussions, with the entire summit itself proving that “Israel” is midwifing a “New World Order” through the irreplaceable role that it’s poised to play in bringing the US & Russia together to make progress on the “New Detente”.

Top U.S., Israeli, Russian security officials to meet in Jerusalem in June: White House

Israeli lawmakers voted to dissolve parliament on Thursday, paving the way for a new election on Sept. 17 after veteran Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to form a government before a midnight deadline.

But the latest uncertainties clouding Israeli politics are expected to further delay the Trump administration's long-awaited Middle East peace plan, which already faces deep skepticism from many experts. Palestinians have boycotted the effort, seeing it as heavily tilted in favor of Israel and denying them a state of their own.

The need to go to the polls again so soon after a closely contested April 9 election in which Netanyahu had claimed victory showed a new weakness in a leader who has been in power for the past decade.

“Israel is all messed up in their election,” Trump told reporters at the White House before leaving on a European trip. “They have to get their act together.” “Bibi got elected and now they have to go through the process again? We’re not happy about that,” Trump said.

US President Donald Trump acknowledged that his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s doubts about his so-called Deal of the Century “may be right”.

Report: Pompeo Admits Trump’s Deal of Century Could Fail

In a closed-door meeting with Jewish leaders, Pompeo conceded that the plan might be rejected, according to an audio recording of the private meeting obtained by The Washington Post.

According to the audio recording of the private meeting between Pompeo and Israelis, the US top diplomat is heard suggesting that the plan is “unexecutable” and it might not “gain traction”.

“It may be rejected. Could be in the end, folks will say, ‘It’s not particularly original, it doesn’t particularly work for me’, that is, ‘It’s got two good things and nine bad things, I’m out’,” the former CIA chief stated, adding, “The big question is can we get enough space that we can have a real conversation about how to build this out.”

The unveiling of the plan has been repeatedly delayed, a point Pompeo stressed.

“This has taken us longer to roll out our plan than I had originally thought it might — to put it lightly,” he stated at a meeting on Tuesday of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, a group that addresses concerns of the Jewish community.

The secretary of state said that there are “no guarantees that we’re the ones that unlock it", referring to the frozen conflict between Israel and Palestine. He added, “I hope everyone will engage in a serious way.”

He also revealed that the administration never believed achieving a lasting peace agreement would be easy. Pompeo also recognized the popular notion that the agreement will be one-sided in favor of Israel.

“I get why people think this is going to be a deal that only the Israelis could love,” he stated, noting, “I understand the perception of that. I hope everyone will just give the space to listen and let it settle in a little bit.”

The secretary of state conceded that “everyone will find something to hate about the proposal” but noted that everyone, including the Palestinians, “will find something that they say that’s something to build upon”.

US president’s son-in-law and White House senior advisor Jared Kushner has noted that the deal would be unveiled at the conclusion of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has formed a new administration in the wake of reelection. The timeline could change as the Israeli parliament (Knesset) voted to dissolve last week, forcing the premier to runs for the post in a second election this year.

The economic portion of the so-called deal of the century is set to be unveiled during a conference in Manama, Bahrain, on June 25-26. All Palestinian factions have boycotted the event, accusing Washington of offering financial rewards for accepting the Israeli occupation.

In a recent speech broadcast on Palestine TV recently, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas rejected both the “Deal of the Century” and the Trump administration's upcoming economic summit for the Palestinians in Bahrain, noting that Palestinian officials will boycott the summit in Bahrain.

US President Donald Trump told reporters that he shares Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s scepticism on Washington’s Middle East peace plan and that only time will tell whether the “Deal of the Century” will be implemented.

“We'll see what happens. We're doing our best to help the Middle East”, Trump said, adding that Pompeo “may be right” in his raw assessment of the blueprint, Sputnik reported. At the same time, the US president remained upbeat on the matter, stating that “if we can get a Mideast peace plan that would be good”.

Jun 03 2019 - Resistance Figures: US’ Deal of Century Reminiscent of Balfour Declaration, Sykes–Picot Agreement
Resistance Figures: US’ Deal of Century Reminiscent of Balfour Declaration, Sykes–Picot Agreement

Prominent figures of Resistance forces from Palestine, Lebanon, Bahrain and Yemen said at a forum in Beirut that the US' so-called "Deal of the Century" is to serve Zionists interests, the same way the Balfour Declaration and the Sykes-Picot agreement started the crisis in early 20th century.

At a forum held in opposition to the US’ so-called “Deal of the Century” on Sunday in Beirut, participants from Palestine, Lebanon, Bahrain and Yemen announced that the US’ proposition was a new copy of the Balfour Declaration and the Sykes–Picot Agreement.

Lebanese news outlet al Mayadeen reported that the forum was held after Manama insisted on holding a meeting on the economic aspect of the so-called “Deal of the Century” in June 25-26. The Manama meeting is considered by many as the first step for implementing the “Deal of the Century”.

Abbas Zaki, a member of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), said at the forum that Israel’s ascend to the top of the zenith of extremism is thanked to US government’s unlimited support for Tel Aviv.

He added that the “Deal of the Century” was not a plan for resolving the issue of Palestine but for dissolving the issue.

“What is happening today is to revive the Sykes–Picot agreement. The “Deal of the Century” is not just for Palestine, but it will disintegrate the whole region,” he highlighted.

The Sykes–Picot secret treaty was signed on May 09 between the UK and France. The agreement resulted in dividing the region into five territories and sowing the seed for the “Zionist regime”.

“If Palestine is to be kept under occupation, then there will be no serenity and security left for any Arab countries in the region,” reiterated the Palestinian figure.

Hassan Ezzoddin, the Head of Public Relations Department of Hezbollah Movement, said in the forum, “In the today meeting we have to set up a trio of ‘army, resistance, and nation’ in the whole region”.

He voiced appreciation for Palestinians opposition to the holding of the Manama meeting, and added, “Today a new deterrence equation has been formed in the region with the US and the reactionary Arab alliance.”

Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh, the leader of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), vowed in the forum that the PIJ will keep resisting and will never surrender.

“Considering the current attacks aimed at marring the face of the Resistance movements, we need more solidarity and declaration of support for the Resistance,” he underlined.

Deputy Secretary General of Bahrain's Al-Wefaq Association Sheikh Hussein al-Dihi said in the forum, “Those who defend al-Quds are also the defenders of Mecca, however, those who have plotted the Manama meeting are ready to trade for everything.”

“The ‘Deal of the Century’ is a dishonoring stain for all involved in it. The Manama meeting is a new edition of the Balfour Declaration and we are responsible to abort this plot,” he went on saying.

The Balfour Declaration was issued by Arthur James Balfour on November 02, 1917 addressing Baron Walter Rothschild, the President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews. The declaration authorized Rothschild to establish the “Zionist regime” in Palestine.

Al-Dihi added that the issue of Palestine is the main concern of the Islamic nation (Umma). “The Bahraini nation will not keep silent in this regard and will keep undertaking measures to put an end to the process aimed at dissolving the issue of Palestine.”

Osama Hamdan, a member of Arab-Islamic offices of Hamas, said in the forum that the “Deal of the Century” is invalid because the Palestinians’ rights are not up for sale. The “Deal of the Century” project is the end of the path of resolving the issue of Palestine. We condemn the participation of any party in the Manama meeting.”

Member of the Political Council of Ansarullah movement of Yemen Abdul Malik al Ajri said in the forum that today “the Deal of the Century” is a public sale of Palestine.

Deputy General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Abu Ahmad Fuad said in the forum that Palestinian Fatah movement must end their recognition of the “Zionist regime” and withdraw from Oslo agreement to counter the “the Deal of the Century”. “We have to more focus on popular movements in Palestine and at any other place,” he underlined.

He also called for more support for armed Resistance groups and the military resistance against Israel. He urged for holding more Arab and Islamic meetings against Manama meeting.

The economic portion of the so-called deal of the century is set to be unveiled during a conference in Manama, Bahrain, on June 25-26. All Palestinian factions have boycotted the event, accusing Washington of offering financial rewards for accepting the Israeli occupation.

Head of Trump's Council of Economic Advisers to Depart Administration

President Donald Trump announced Sunday that Kevin Hassett, chair of the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA), would be departing the US administration.

"Kevin Hassett, who has done such a great job for me and the Administration, will be leaving shortly," Trump tweeted while flying to Europe for a series of state visits, The Hill reported.

"His very talented replacement will be named as soon as I get back to the U.S. I want to thank Kevin for all he has done - he is a true friend!" he added.

Hassett, the longtime conservative economist, has been CEA head since September 2017. He helped shape the 2017 Republican tax law and was a staunch defender of the president’s policies on a number of other issues.

Hassett was a long time advocate of open trade policies, but in recent months he has been put in the position of defending Trump’s confrontational trade strategy.

Israel newspaper publishes terms of "Deal of Century"
Israel newspaper publishes terms of ‘deal of century’

May 8, 2019 - The main points of US President Donald Trump’s much-derided plan for the Middle East, the so-called “deal of the century,” were leaked by a Hebrew-language news outlet in Israel yesterday. Israel Hayom published the main points of the deal from a leaked document circulated by the Israeli Foreign Ministry.

The US has said it will reveal its deal after the Muslim month of fasting comes to an end in early June.

The main points of the agreement put together by Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner — who has extensive interests in Israel and its settlements — and proposed by the US administration are as follows:

A tripartite agreement will be signed between Israel, the PLO and Hamas, and a Palestinian state will be established that will be called "New Palestine" and will be established in the occupied West Bank and Gaza, with the exception of the settlements. Israel would release Palestinian prisoners gradually over the course of three years under the deal.

The settlement blocs in the occupied West Bank, which are illegal under international law, would form part of Israel.

Jerusalem will not be divided but is to be shared by Israel and the “New Palestine” with Israel maintaining general control.

Palestinians living in Jerusalem would be citizens of the Palestinian state but Israel would remain in charge of the municipality and therefore the land.
The newly formed Palestinian state would pay taxes to the Israeli municipality in order to be in charge of education in the city for Palestinians.

The status quo at the holy sites will remain and Jewish Israelis will not be allowed to buy Palestinian houses and vice versa.

Egypt will offer the new Palestinian state land to build an airport, factories and for agriculture which will service the Gaza Strip. Palestinians will not be permitted to live on this land.

A highway would be built to connect the Gaza Strip to the West Bank 30 metres above Israel. Funding for the project will mainly come from China, which will pay 50 per cent of the cost, with South Korea, Australia, Canada, the US and EU each paying a ten per cent each.

Deal sponsors
The US, EU and Gulf states would fund and sponsor the deal for five years to establish the state of “New Palestine”, the leak claims.

This would be at a cost of $6 billion a year; the majority of which -70 per cent – would be paid by Gulf states, with the US contributing 20 per cent and the EU ten per cent.

"New Palestine" would not be allowed to form an Army but could maintain a police force. Instead, a defense agreement will be signed between Israel and the "New Palestine" in which Israel would defend the new state from an foreign attacks,

Upon signing the agreement, Hamas will hand over all its weapons to Egypt. The movement’s leaders would be compensated and paid salaries by Arab states while a government is established.

Elections are expected to be held within one year of the establishment of the “New Palestine” state.

All borders between the Gaza Strip and Egypt and Israel would remain open to people and goods and Palestinians would be able to use Israeli air and seaports.

“New Palestine” will have two crossings into Jordan, these will be under the control of the “New Palestine” authorities.

The Jordan Valley will remain in Israel’s hands and a four-lane toll road will be built through it.

If Hamas or any Palestinian bodies refuse this deal, the US will cancel all of its financial support to the Palestinians and pressure other countries to do the same.

If, on the other hand, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas signs the deal but Hamas and Islamic Jihad do not agree to it, a war would be waged on the Gaza Strip with the full backing of the US.

However, if Israel refuses the deal, the US would cease its financial support.

The US currently pays $3.8 Billion a year to support Israel.

(Comment: If these terms are indeed, part of Trump's "Deal of the Century" - for a Palestinian State - they are totally ludicrous! Israel - for years now, has been using the Palestinian's for target practice and the Gaza strip - as an open air torture chamber. Why would the Palestinian's agree to allow Israel to "control" the land/municipality of the "New Palestine"? Wouldn't that give Israel "legal entitlement" as a foreign occupier?

I would like to approach "this Deal" from a different angle - that this "Deal of the Century" is NOT what it appears to be, on the surface, but that there is something "much deeper and more complex" going on behind the scenes? In my opinion, Trump is a sheer genius!

Going back to March events:

With Israel's election only two weeks away, Benjamin Netanyahu will get to showcase his close ties with Donald Trump in a U.S. visit days after the president backed Israel's hold over the occupied Golan Heights.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday recognized the Golan Heights as Israeli territory in an election boost for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as his chief political rival sought to appear as a better alternative to lead Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cut short a visit to the United States on Monday and the military dispatched reinforcements to the Gaza border after a rocket attack near Tel Aviv wounded seven people.

March 25, 2019 -
Netanyahu cuts short U.S. trip after rocket attack from Gaza

Corresponding with Netanyahu's March 24th DC visit and "proceeding Trump's televised signing of a Document on the Golan Height's" - this made the nightly news ... Mueller does not find Trump campaign knowingly conspired with Russia. Fast forward, Netanyahu wins the Israeli election but then, failed to form a governing coalition by the Wednesday May 29th deadline. May 29th is also the date Mueller gave his one and only Press Conference. Coincidence? I don't think so. One might get the impression, Netanyahu has been the instigator and main driving force behind the Mueller investigations?

Where as, Hillary was in Netanyahu's back pocket - Trump came into the Presidency without a political allegiance - to anyone. The biggest loser in the US election was Israel. Trump's running platform and campaign promises were lethal to Israel's ambitions and investments. If Trump wouldn't voluntarily step down under pressure, a way and means had to be devised - to limit his executive actions and control him.

I don't consider Trump "to be stupid" in any sense of the word, quite the opposite, actually and I doubt he walked into the Presidency half blind. He had to know - what he was up against? At least, in part and developed some advanced plans, to counter act the influences surrounding him. I have my suspicions - "The Deal of the Century" might be one of those plans? While Netanyahu has been working hard to isolate and remove Trump from office, I sense, Trump is playing Netanyahu at his own game. A tit-for-tat move on the chessboard.

One of the reasons Trump may have pulled out of the INF Treaty/Accords - might have something to do with Israel? Israel is not a signer to any Nuclear Peace Treaty and it's stockpiles of nuclear warheads are unknown? The New START program might be a means of confronting Israel - to open itself up to Inspections, etc.? I haven't done my homework on the New START program yet, so don't know all of the details.

Trump's first foreign trip included Saudi Arabia. I sense, "The Deal of the Century" might have started here and that the Saudi's along with Egyptian President al- Sisi are backing Trump's plan. The glowing globe might also be symbolic - in that, Netanyahu has acquired too much power and influence, with aspirations of "a One World Order" and measures need to be undertaken to reduce and eliminate the threat?

During the ceremony, Trump, Abdulaziz, and al-Sisi officially opened the center by touching a large glowing orb. Local media like the Saudi Gazette explained a bit more: touching the orb “officially activated the center and launched a splashy welcome video.” Here’s a tweet with a different angle of the center that shows at least press on the ground were warned of the orb ceremony.

When the scheduled trip was announced in the press, Netanyahu voiced strong opposition to the Saudi King's visit. Two days prior to King Salman's arrival in Russia, on Oct. 2, 2017, a mass shooting was reported at Mandalay Bay Casino during a concert in Las Vegas, NV. There is speculation and rumor that the mass shooting was part of a cover-up to an assassination attempt on MBS? A short video surfaced of MBS being escorted out of a casino lobby by several security guards.
