I had another thought about Luigis back injury....
In a previous post I wondered if his back injury warranted surgery... and he injured it in a surfing accident... So I'm wondering how he could hurt his back while surfing? It could be he hit rocks or something, or maybe twisting of the body...
Often, with back aches, your back muscles tighten up and become really stiff, and that is the source of the pain, and you can't stand straight.
So, he may have hurt his back, which would have healed over time, but it were torn muscles that were debilitating him. When you tear muscles it isn't too obvious, but it hurts for a long time. And are weakened compared to before, permanently.
And so, being the athletic type, and influential - eager to get back with his lifestyle - wanted results for his treatment, and he, along with his medical diagnosis opted for surgery.
He might heal up, and be somewhat normal, but now he has screws and bracing in his back that he didn't need. And remorse for having acted the way he did, even if the insurance companies are corrupt. If he were in good health I think he would have better things to do than shoot someone.
If the doctors can't fix him... his anger is a step past his medical care... what are his thoughts about his medical providers? We know how he feels about insurance companies.... it don't make sense in that regard.
