I don't know if they are people walking on stilts because they're kinda wobbly when walking and the smallest creature seems, well...really small to be on stilts.
Looks more like they're puppets but moving but how ?
In any case if I saw that in the woods at night I would need a new pair of pants right away.

Wasn't this mentioned in a transcript? I remember something like the C's saying that those stick beings were like the "essence" of a 4D being. Like because of their variable physicality, at the core is just a stick being?
