I just came across another video with a similar looking stick creature thingy. I don't think it's been posted here yet:

It looks like the stick person in that one is projecting a shadow to the right, but the shadow on the woman's face is projected to the left. Also the area around it looks a bit distorted. I'd say that one is probably CGI.
