Well i didn't watch the movie at all, but this music was always playing at the beginning of some TV music show called HIT DEPO looooong time ago... So the melody was somehow cut in me brains - and i recognized the style of composer in tube you posted. Rest is history hihi hihi ☸

Oh thats interesting, music show like Top of the Pops? Or like a music video TV channel? I highly recommend watching the original anime movie : )

It was just one hour TV show back in the nineties... I especially like style of Hayao Miyazaki's Ponyo, Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away just rock!
