I recently came upon the Electro swing genre. It has an old fashioned vibe but is more upbeat, so not late night music. But it seems to help as background music if you're doing other things. Note that I find these new compilation videos are made of AI generated images.

UK band The Stone Roses. They only released 2 records and a B-side compilation, but they will always have my love. These are a few cuts from their 1994 album, Second Coming. The guitar work from John Squire is extraordinary, recalling work by people as disparate as Peter Green and Jimmy Page. A swampy, bluesy selection, with knowing lyrics. Enjoy!:cool2:

I absolutely love electroswing music, @3DStudent! Thanks for the share. Have you heard this one by Caravan Palace? I love the lyrics, but the music video is kinda weird, so will just share the audio only here:
