At least 30 Hay’at Tahrir al Sham militants reportedly are not only behind enemy lines, but also are members of the White Helmets rescue team.

Our sources in Syria provided us with a number of photos and a list of HTS terrorists operating in Aleppo’s Qanatir town and its suburbs. According to the source, at the same time the majority of these militants are also members of the White Helmets.

Here is the list of terrorist/rescue team members:

Sat Nov 17, 2018 - Northern Syria: Terrorists, White Helmets Turn Demilitarized Zone into Chemical Depot
Farsnews

Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) and pro-militant White Helmets Organization have distributed a large volume of poisonous materials across the demilitarized zone to launch a false-flag chemical operation among the civilian population to later blame the government, a media outlet reported on Saturday.

The Arabic-language website of Sputnik quoted well-informed sources as disclosing that the terrorists have distributed their chemical materials across the demilitarized zone in the militant-held regions in Idlib province since the conclusion of Sochi Agreement.

It further said that Tahrir al-Sham has systematically handed over their chemical materials to ISIL and other Asian-origin terrorist groups across different regions in Idlib province and also other regions mentioned as demilitarized zone by the Sochi Agreement.

The Arabic Sputnik went on to say that Tahrir al-Sham and the White Helmets have been misusing the ceasefire - declared by the Sochi Agreement for the sake of establishing a demilitarized zone in Northern and Northwestern Syria in the last two month - to form a network of small warehouses of chemical materials inside the demilitarized zone.

It went on to say that the terrorists intend to hide the chemical materials in different regions in the demilitarized zone to later use them in false-flag attacks near the contact lines with the Syrian army in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Lattakia provinces to blame the government forces and pave the ground for a military intervention by the western countries against Syria.

The news agency said that a false-flag chemical attack in Idlib will pave the way for certain world states to provide support for the Turkey-backed terrorist groups, including the Turkistan Islamic party, Uygur, Turkish and Arab militants that have been in Idlib for years and have not been included in the reconciliation process.

It further pointed to previous reports on the production of chlorine gas by the terrorists in Northern Syria under the supervision of foreign experts and via western technology.

Sputnik quoted unnamed sources as disclosing earlier this month that Tahrir al-Sham and Jeish al-Izzah terrorists arrested 29 of their own members and also 5 members of the White Helmets, accusing them of involvement in disclosing information about chemical weapons and poisonous gases, including their storage locations and transfer of them to new locations.

Tahrir al-Sham and Jeish al-Izzah set up a joint committee 3 days ago to investigate and find those behind the leak of chemical information.

Sputnik quoted another source as disclosing that Tahrir al-Sham and Jeish al-Izzah terrorists launched vast investigations to fine sources behind leaking information about the transfer of the chemical material cargos to different regions in Idlib province.

It further said that Tahrir al-Sham's move came after terrorist groups held a meeting in Khan Sheikhoun in Southwestern Idlib to set up an investigation committee.

The Arabic Sputnik went on to say that the committee is responsible for questioning the terrorists and members of the pro-militant White Helmets Organization over the leaked information.

Different Arab media outlets have released reports about chemical activities of the terrorist groups in Idlib in recent months.

In the meantime, informed sources reported in late October that Jeish al-Izzah transferred 2 cylinders of Sarin and Chlorine gases from al-Latamina to Qala Maziq in Northwestern Hama to hand over them to allied militants of Ansar al-Tohid.

It is almost strange putting a like on a post that has such a horrible film of content; and it was not good, however that was a good find as angelburst29 said, which spelled out this group of al-Nusra puppet TV players and the Western system that backs them up.

It's the saddest damn thing...

Russian MoD: Rocket shells fired on residential neighborhoods in Aleppo filled with Chlorine
25 November، 2018
Moscow, SANA- Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the symptoms displayed by the civilians who suffered from suffocation due to the attack launched by terrorist organizations on residential neighborhoods in Aleppo affirm that shells filled with chlorine gas were used in the attack.

The Ministry’s Spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a statement on Sunday that “From preliminary data, in particular the confirmed symptoms displayed by those affected, the rocket shells used in the attack were filled with chlorine.”

“The Russian Defense Ministry has dispatched chemical protection troops stationed in Syria to the area. They are tending to those affected and monitoring the situation on the ground,” Konashenkov added.

He indicated that according to the information revealed by Hmeimim-based Russian Coordination Center “120-mm mortar shells that might contain chlorine gas were fired on al-Khalidyia and al-Neel Street neighborhoods from the southeastern suburbs of al-Braikiyat village which is controlled by (Jaish al-Tahrir) terrorists .”

The Russian military official added that his country has earlier warned against the attempts by the “White Helmets” terrorists to carry out provocations through using chemical substances in the demilitarized zone in the surroundings of Idleb to accuse the Syrian army of launching chemical attacks against the locals there.

Konashenkov said it is very clear that the “White Helmets” terrorists have direct relations with the terrorist organizations in Syria, particularly those which are positioned in the demilitarized zone in Idleb.

He added that Russian experts are closely following up the situation in the de-escalation zone in Idleb for which the Turkish sides is responsible in general.

The Russian official noted that Moscow intends to discuss the terrorist attack with toxic gases on Aleppo with Ankara as it is a guarantor of the commitment of the “armed opposition” to halting the hostilities there.

Tue Dec 04, 2018 - Terrorist Commanders, White Helmets Escaping from Syria to Turkey Using Western States' Financial Backup

A number of commanders of Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) and pro-militant White Helmets Organization members, assisted by Turkish human traffickers and western state's financial backup, have escaped from Idlib province to Turkey, a Russian media outlet reported on Tuesday.

The Arabic-language website of Sputnik quoted well-informed sources as disclosing that a number of field commanders and a Mufti (religious leader) of Tahrir al-Sham have escaped from the town of Sarmada in Idlib province to Turkey with the help of Turkish human traffickers in recent days.

It further said that the Turkish gendarmes also helped the fleeing terrorists, adding that the terrorist commanders took away a hefty amount of money they earn via selling looted assets and properties of people and stolen historical artifacts.

The news agency went on to say that the White Helmets members, who managed to take with them a sum of $500,000 paid by one of the western states to the organization, escaped from Syria to Turkey.

A media outlet reported last month that Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at and pro-militant White Helmets distributed a large volume of poisonous materials across the demilitarized zone to launch a false-flag chemical operation among the civilian population to later blame the government.

Sputnik reported that the terrorists distributed their chemical materials across the demilitarized zone in the militant-held regions in Idlib province since the conclusion of Sochi Agreement.

New evidence on smuggling “White Helmets” terrorists from South Syria into Jordan

A new evidence on the nature of the so-called organization “White Helmets,” known for its connections to the West and the Israeli occupation entity, was presented by Jordanian Interior Minister before the Parliament (House of Representatives.)

Jordanian Interior Minister Samir Mbeidin stated on Wednesday before the Parliament that in last July, 429 members of the White Helmets and their families were smuggled through Jisr al-Sheikh Hussein road near the occupied lands in coordination with the Israeli occupation entity, according to Jordanian al-Ghad newspaper.

After the end of the White Helmets’ criminal role against the Syrians, Israeli occupation’s Prime Minister revealed on July 22nd that they fulfilled ” a night secret operation” through which they smuggled nearly 800 member of the said organization along with their families from an area in south Syria and moved them into Jordan upon a request by the US and western countries.

Mbeidin added that a special area was provided for the terrorists of the White Helmets and their families in al-Azrak camp, affirming that 377 members of the organization then were settled in the EU countries.

Exclusive Emails Show How The White Helmets Tried To Recruit Roger Waters With Saudi Money - Grayzone Project

During a Barcelona concert on April 13, Roger Waters denounced the Syrian White Helmets as “a fake organization that exists only to create propaganda for jihadists and terrorists.” Warning that the groups’ unverified claims about chemical weapons attacks across insurgent-held territory were aimed at triggering Western military intervention, Waters cautioned his audience, “If we were to listen to the propaganda of the White Helmets and others, we would encourage our governments to start dropping bombs on people in Syria. This would be a mistake of monumental proportions for us as human beings.”

Screen-Shot-2018-04-17-at-4.28.57-AM.png

In fact, Waters had first hand experience with the powerful pro-war PR operation behind the White Helmets. Back in October 2016, a public relations firm representing the White Helmets called The Syria Campaign attempted to recruit Waters by inviting him to a lavish dinner organized by a Saudi-British billionaire, Hani Farsi. The rock legend and renowned activist was told that by signing on to the organization’s mission, he could help “elevate the voices of Syria’s peaceful heroes”

Just days before his recent concert in Barcelona, Waters was lobbied again to support the White Helmets, this time by an eccentric French photojournalist affiliated with what he described as a “very powerful [sic] Syrian network.” The activist demanded to join Waters on stage and deliver a message for the “children of Syria.”

Waters did not respond to either request.

These emailed solicitations from White Helmets representatives and activists were provided by Waters to the Grayzone Project, and are published in full at the bottom of this article. The documents demonstrate how the organization’s well-funded public relations apparatus has targeted celebrities as the key to the hearts and minds of the broader Western public.

Unlike many other A-listers, however, Waters took time to research the White Helmets and investigate its ulterior agenda.

“I was quite suspicious after I was invited to that [White Helmets] dinner,” Waters told the Grayzone Project. “And now my worst suspicions have been confirmed.”

The Syria Campaign’s initial approach
The October 2016 dinner invite was delivered to Waters by a representative for the Corniche Group, an international holding company belonging to the family of the London-based Saudi billionaire Hani Farsi. Farsi was seeking Waters’ presence at a fundraising dinner he had organized on behalf of The Syria Campaign.

The Syria Campaign is a well-funded public relations front established to promote The White Helmets as a group of heroic rescuers who require the protection of Western militaries. Through series of petitions and public demonstrations, The Syria Campaign has unsuccessfully pushed for a No Fly Zone in Syria that would have likely resulted in the kind of Western military intervention that toppled Libyan President Moammar Qaddafi and destabilized Libya.

The slick PR firm has also resorted to astroturfed public stunts like a pro-White Helmets flash mob and orchestral performance at New York City’s Grand Central Station where participants were paid up to $600 each.

Farsi’s relationship to The Syria Campaign had been kept private until now. A Syrian-British oil tycoon named Ayman Asfari has taken a much more vocal role with the PR group, providing it with seed money to advance his mission to stimulate US and UK support for regime change in Syria. Waters was informed that Asfari’s wife, Sawsan, would be on hand for the 2016 White Helmets fundraising dinner.

Over the past two years, The Syria Campaign has secured endorsements of the White Helmets’ work from actors including George Clooney, Aziz Ansari, Ben Affleck, and pop stars like Coldplay and Justin Timberlake. The Syria Campaign also helped orchestrate the production of an Oscar-winning Netflix documentary about the White Helmets in 2017. In the email to Waters, a Corniche Group staffer urged the singer to watch that film and provided him with a link to its trailer.

“I would encourage the celebrities who’ve signed to endorse the White Helmets to stop supporting them because we know what they are,” Waters told the Grayzone Project. “I don’t blame them for having bought in to it. On the face of it, it felt plausible that the White Helmets were just good people doing good things. But now we know they’re trying to encourage the West to drops bombs and missiles illegally in Syria.”

Waters said he also concluded that The Syria Campaign — the PR firm behind the White Helmets — was not simply the humanitarian voice it purported to be, but a corporate outfit that represented much more prosaic interests.

The Syria Campaign’s top funder, Asfari, was described by the UK Independent as one of the “super rich” Syrian exiles poised to oversee the rebuilding of the country if Assad were removed, and to presumably reap lucrative contracts in the process.

In its invite to Waters, The Syria Campaign presented him with links to articles that read like press releases for the White Helmets: one from Time Magazine and another by The Guardian urging the Nobel Prize committee to honor the organization with its highest award. The Syrian Campaign appeared to be taking credit for generating both pieces.

Government funding, violent extremist activity
The reality of the White Helmets is much more disturbing than its hired PR guns have cared to admit. Not only have the White Helmets operated exclusively alongside Islamist extremist insurgents, including the local Al Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS, its members have participated in several documented public executions, and helped extremists dispose of beheaded corpses of those they’ve killed.

Unable to discount the documented facts about the White Helmets’ ties to jihadist insurgents, The Syria Campaign published a lengthy report last year dismissing all critical reporting about the organization as the result of a vast Kremlin-directed conspiracy. Tue Dec 18, 2018 - Jordanian MP Urges Repatriation of White Helmets to Syria
Farsnews

A Jordanian parliamentarian asked for the expulsion of pro-militant White Helmets Organization members from Jordan to stand trial in Damascus on treason charges.

Tariq Khouri, a Jordanian Member of Parliament, in an unprecedented move, condemned presence of the remaining pockets of the White Helmets in Jordan, and called for their repatriation to Damascus.

He further named the White Helmets as traitors, underlining that the White Helmets have partnered in the production of fake chemical attack theater to later raise allegation against Damascus forces.

He went on to say that the White Helmets must be handed over to Damascus to stand trial.

The MP said that those White Helmets, who have entered Jordan at Israel's demand and have been settled by the Amman government, "are dangerous people that have acted against their nation", adding that the "traitors have no place in Jordan".

The MP's criticism came after the Jordanian Interior Minister's explanations about measures taken by the White Helmets in Southern Syrian and their crossing from Israeli borders into Jordan and then their transfer to the US and other western states.

presstv reported in October that the Jordanian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that about 300 Syrian “White Helmet” workers fled Syria for Jordan three months ago.

In July, the White Helmets, fleeing advancing Syrian government troops, slipped over the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights frontier and into Jordan with the help of Israeli soldiers and Western powers.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the time he had helped the evacuation at the request of US President Donald Trump and other Western leaders.

Jordan had accepted them after getting guarantees that their stay would be temporary and they would be given asylum in Canada, Germany and Britain.

The White Helmets have operated in militant-held areas in recent years.

The Russian Defense Ministry said on October 10 that chlorine canisters had fallen in the hands of ISIL Takfiri terrorists after they attacked the headquarters of the White Helmets and al-Nusra Front militants in Northern Syria.

Damascus said the so-called volunteer group staged the suspected chemical attack in the town of Douma in Syria's Eastern Ghouta on April 7. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has also described the White Helmets as “a branch of the al-Qaeda and al-Nusra" militant groups and a “PR stunt” by the United States, Britain and France.

Syria has been gripped by foreign-backed militancy since March 2011. The Syrian government says the Israeli regime and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri terrorist groups wreaking havoc in the country.

Syrian army troops, backed by allied fighters from popular defense groups, have recently made major territorial gains in battles against Daesh and other foreign-sponsored Takfiri terrorist groups, almost capturing the entire Southern part of the country after securing the capital Damascus and other key areas.

The major militant stronghold remains in the Northwestern province of Idlib, where government forces were preparing to launch a full-scale military operation.

The terrorists aimed to stage the chemical attacks and lay the blame on the Syrian government to provoke a Western attack as the Assad government was planning to launch a full-scale offensive to retake the militant-held Idlib province.

The offensive, however, was called off after Russia and Turkey agreed to enforce a new demilitarized zone in Idlib from which "radical" rebels were required to withdraw by October 15.

White Helmets Engaged in Looting, Human Organ Trafficking in Syria - Watchdog

Members of the organization White Helmets were engaged in the forced removal of human organs as well as theft and corruption in Syria, according to evidence presented at the United Nations by Foundation for the Study of Democracy Director Maxim Grigoriev on Thursday.

People evacuated by the White Helmets often did not come back alive," Grigoriev said quoting a witness who lives in an area where the White Helmets operated. "For example, a person receives a minor injury, is rescued, evacuated and then brought back with their stomach cut open and with their internal organs missing."

Grigoriev noted that according to multiple witnesses, including members of the White Helmets, the organization was also involved in looting wounded individuals in Syria, especially women, as well as plundering stores and damaged buildings.

"Sometimes we came to help, entered a flat, and, if we found gold or jewelry, seized it," Grigoriev quoted a White Helmets member in Douma. "In one flat, there was a woman who felt ill, we came to help her, found some gold and stole it."

Members of the White Helmets in Saqba also reported about the extensive system of corruption and theft among sponsors in the organization. Referring to the information provided by a White Helmets member, Grigoriev said the leaders of the organization took for private gain parts of donations they received.

The report on the activities of the White Helmets was prepared using information provided by more than 100 Syrian eyewitnesses, including members of the organization, Syrian Civil Defense, former fighters from illegal groups and terrorist groups, and people living in the areas controlled by terrorists where White Helmets conducted their activities.

The White Helmets, a non-governmental organization that operates in parts of rebel-controlled Syria and Turkey, claims to be a group of volunteer rescue workers.

Both Damascus and Moscow have accused the White Helmets of staging several provocations involving chemical weapons to influence public opinion and justify foreign intervention in Syria.

In August, US State Department Spokesperson Heather Nauert said that Washington would continue to provide life-saving and needs-based humanitarian assistance to vulnerable Syrians and support for the White Helmets operating in Syria.

White Helmets Should Be Put on UN Terrorist List - Russian Envoy

The pullout of all foreign military forces that are illegally stationed in Syria will facilitate the settlement of the conflict in that country, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia said on Thursday.

"The pull out of all foreign forces, which are in Syria illegally and de facto occupying large parts of the country, will only help to facilitate the stabilization that we have been witnessing in Syria specially in the last year," Nebenzia said at a roundtable discussion on Syria at the United Nations.

On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump announced his decision to withdraw all US military troops from Syria, saying the move was motivated by the fact that the Daesh terror group has been defeated in Syria.

Nebenzia also stressed during a UN roundtable discussion on the group’s activities in Syria that "the White Helmets deserve to be on the United Nations’ designated terrorist list."

Both Damascus and Moscow have repeatedly accused militants and the White Helmets non-governmental organization of staging several provocations involving chemical weapons to influence public opinion and justify foreign intervention in Syria. In April, a staged chemical attack prompted the United States, the United Kingdom and France to strike Syria with over 100 missiles.

In November, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the White Helmets were preparing new provocations with chemical weapons in Syria offering local residents to participate in filming staged attacks in exchange for food.

‘Organ Traders, Terrorists and Looters’: Evidence against So-Called White Helmets Presented at UN

The so-called ‘White Helmets’ are not a rescue group but an extension of "jihadist militants" [terrorists], and should be designated a terrorist organization, Russia’s envoy to the UN argued at the presentation of evidence into the group’s wrongdoing.

image%2021%2012%202018.JPG

Praised in the West as humanitarian rescue volunteers, in reality the ‘White Helmets’ work with "Islamist militants" [terrorists] in Syria, harvest organs from the victims they pretend to be “rescuing,” stage false chemical weapons and other attacks for cameras, and loot the bodies and homes of Syrians killed and injured in the war, according to Maxim Grigoriev, director of the Russia-based Foundation for the Study of Democracy, according to RT.

Grigoriev presented the results of the Foundation’s research into White Helmets at the UN headquarters in New York on Thursday. Russia’s envoy to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, said the evidence shows the group is dangerous.

“The White Helmets deserve to be on the United Nations’ designated terrorist list,” Nebenzia said.

Rather than volunteers, almost all the members of White Helmets were paid staff, Grigoriev explained. There is also “undeniable evidence” that the group has been taking written orders from so-called "Jaysh al‑Islam", a militant group most notorious for its occupation of Douma.

It was in this suburb of Damascus that the White Helmets staged the “chemical attack” that served as the pretext for French, UK and US missile strikes against the Syrian government in April this year.

“Falsification of chemical attacks was an essential part of the White Helmets' activities,” Grigoriev testified, adding that the group also regularly engaged in “making fake news and organizing staged rescues.”

He cited a particular example of a place called Jisr al‑Haj in Aleppo, where the militants had set trash on fire, brought bodies from the local morgue, and had the White Helmets film a staged rescue. Grigoriev cited a testimony by a member of the White Helmets, who also said that everyone involved received an extra $50 for the effort.

Many local residents interviewed for the research spoke about people “rescued” by the White Helmets ending up dead, with their internal organs missing. One of the witnesses interviewed was a former member of Ahrar al-Sham, who testified that his commander Shadi Kadik, also known as Abu Adel Al-Halabi (of Aleppo), acknowledged the organ harvesting. The total number of cases involving organ theft is “at least several hundred” in Aleppo alone, Grigoriev testified.

Instead of rescuing civilians and children, the White Helmets looted homes damaged in the fighting and bodies of the dead, while forcing the children out of schools and kindergartens to set up offices there.

“At a rough estimate, out of 26 centers operating in Eastern Ghouta, ten were located in schools and one in a kindergarten,” Grigoriev cited from the testimony of a Syrian journalist in the area, according to RT.

In Eastern Ghouta alone, between 100 and 150 members of White Helmets were also members of terrorist and militant groups. They engaged in building trenches, tunnels and fortifications for the militants, openly boasting about their membership on social media, but denying it whenever they were interviewed by Western reporters.

“Facebook accounts of members of the White Helmets are full of propagandist materials of terrorist groups, including [Islamic State] and al-Qaeda, praising Osama bin Laden and other individuals listed by the UN as terrorists,” Grigoriev said, adding that the so-called rescuers also posted “hundreds of photos with weapons in their hands.”

The Foundation is a member of the Global Counter-Terrorism Research Network established in 2013 by the UN’s Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate. Its report is based on interviews with over 100 eyewitnesses, including 40 members of the White Helmets, 50 local residents and 15 former terrorist and militant fighters. More than 500 local residents were also surveyed in Aleppo and Deraa.

A number of Western countries, such as the UK and Canada, have proudly announced they would be accepting White Helmets as refugees, after several hundred members of the group were evacuated from a terrorist-held enclave in southern Syria ahead of the advancing Syrian army troops.

Syria considers the White Helmets to be in the same category as terrorists.

The White Helmets Activities in Syria

seminar%2021%2012%202018.jpg
According to SANA and in an unofficial seminar in the UN under the title “The White Helmets Activities in Syria”, Al-Jaafari said that Syria sent a total of 750 letters to the UN Secretary General , Head of the UN Security Council, the Security Council subcommittees on counter-terrorism and other international bodies since 2011, all of which are related with the activities and crimes of terrorist groups.

Al-Jaafari pointed out to the negative role of the Western media outlets in misleading the Western public opinion by presenting the White Helmets as a humanitarian organization which carries out civil defense work, while the truth is that it represents the media arm for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization.

For his part, Nebenzia said that the Western media outlets present the White Helmets terrorist members as humanitarian heroes, pointing out to the Western media outlets’ attempts to cover up the reality of this terrorist organization supported by some Western countries.

In response to questions from the audience, al-Jaafari stressed that the so-called foreign fighters are terrorists in nature, indicating that the states which support terrorism in the UN Security Council were completely denying the presence of these terrorists in Syria until some of them returned to their countries of origin, including Britain, Belgium and the United States and committed acts of terrorism, which led these countries to recognize what we have been repeating about the nature of the terrorists.

Al-Jaafari said that those countries sponsoring terrorism were trying to get rid of the terrorists by sending them to Syria in order to die without putting on their agendas the turning back of the terrorists to their own countries.

Members of the White Helmets “humanitarian organization” still remain in Jordan and are actively involved in “provocative actions” in the territory of Syria “and in collaboration with terrorists,” Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a press briefing on January 11th.

The White Helmets claims to be a humanitarian rescue organization. However, the organization has been repeatedly exposed as the media wing of al-Qaeda-linked terrorist groups operating in Syria. The group has also been involved in several staged chemical attacks in the war-torn country.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad described the White Helmets as “a branch of al-Qaeda and al-Nusra” militant outfits and a “PR stunt” by the US, the UK and France.”

In 2018, Western countries decided to rescue some White Helmets members amid stepped-up territorial gains made by the Syrian army against ISIS terrorists.

Furthermore, PressTV reminded that the White Helmets was founded in Turkey in 2013 by former British MI5 officer James Le Mesurier.

The Syrian Army's engineering units seized a rather large cache of arms and military hardware from the recently liberated zones in Western Damascus and Quneitra. Army officers said some of the weapons were UK-made.

The government forces said they have also found several British military and a fire extinguishing vehicles as well as bulldozers during their mop-up operations in villages and towns in the region.

Syria and its allies have identified the White Helmets as part of the terrorist groups involved in crimes against citizens.

A report presented to the UN said, the White Helmets had engaged in organ trafficking, terrorist logistics support and looting in Syria.

The evidence was presented by the director of the Russia-based Study of Democracy Foundation Maxim Grigoriev.

The report is based on interviews with over 100 eyewitnesses, including 40 White Helmets members, 50 local residents and 15 former terrorist fighters.

Over 500 civilians were also surveyed in the Syrian cities of Aleppo and Dara'a.

"There is overwhelming evidence which proves that the White Helmets centers were permanently engaged in building fortifications for battle positions for terrorist and illegal armed groups who had been supplying them with water and food and evacuating wounded terrorists from the front line," said Grigoriev.

Grigoriev detailed how the group provided logistics support for armed groups, assisting in transporting troops and supplies.

The researcher went on to quote a White Helmets member from the formerly terrorist-held Syrian town of Douma saying, "for instance, we dug trenches in the towns of Mesraba and al-Shaifuniya and constructed an earthen mound."

The director presented harrowing accounts indicating the group's involvement in human organ trafficking.

"People evacuated by the White Helmets often did not come back alive," Grigoriev said quoting a witness from an area where the group operated.

"For example, a person receives a minor injury, is rescued, evacuated and then brought back with their stomach cut open and with their internal organs missing."

Citing reports from the organization's members in the Syrian town of Saqba, the study also revealed extensive corruption within the group's network, with leaders making private gains out of donations and members looting the civilian population.

"Sometimes we came to help, entered a flat, and, if we found gold or jewelry, seized it," Grigoriev quoted a White Helmets member in Douma. "In one flat, there was a woman who felt ill, we came to help her, found some gold and stole it."

Reiterating previous reports about the group's attempts at staging civilian casualties and chemical attacks, Grigoriev pointed to a particular case in Jisr al‑Haj, Aleppo where trash was set on fire and bodies were brought from a local morgue to stage a filmed rescue.

A written testimony from a White Helmet member claimed that everyone involved had received an extra $50 for the effort.

Grigoriev went on to explain that “undeniable evidence” indicated the group had been taking written orders from terrorist groups and that almost all group members were paid staff, not volunteers.

The pro-militant White Helmets Organization and Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) terrorists with the help of European experts are planning to transfer poisonous materials to new locations in Southern Idlib in preparation for a false-flag chemical attack, an Arab media outlet reported on Tuesday.

The Arabic-language service of Russian Sputnik News Agency reported that Tahrir al-Sham terrorists have transferred a chlorine cargo to Southern Idlib from the command center of Turkistani Islamic Party in Jisr al-Shoghour region.

The source noted that the chemical consignment comprised of five cargos of chlorine gas sent by two ambulances belonging to the White Helmets and under the supervision of three foreign experts from the UK and Belgium.

It said that the chlorine capsules are now stored in warehouses with cooling facilities in Khan Sheikhoun region in Southwestern Idlib.

The report comes as Russia had warned last Thursday about terrorists' efforts to stage false-flag chemical attack on civilians to later accuse the Syrian army of the attack.

In a relevant development in early November, Sputnik quoted another source as disclosing that Tahrir al-Sham and Jeish al-Izza terrorists launched vast investigations to find sources behind leaking information about the transfer of the chemical material cargos to different regions in Idlib province.

It further said that Tahrir al-Sham's move came after terrorist groups held a meeting in Khan Sheikhoun in to set up an investigation committee.
