Why does it have to be this way?

In one short sentence, this whole thread was just about, my idea of struggle with, my idea of what it means to want something.

Seems to me you're missing part of the equation that's needed to work it out. What is it you really wanted pre-ponerization? (assuming there is something there)

When you were between 2-10 years old, was there something you felt you really wanted to do or be when you grew up? Something that seemed more important than anything else you'd been exposed to at that point? Can you remember that far back?

Damn!
Anart without offense I thought you were some bot from the forum that was in charge of looking for wishful thinking and correct others, but reading this post makes me know first that what you said is totally true, and then that you are not some robot. Whatever that’s your purpose, to moderate.
It's actually quite the contrary. Perhaps if you choose to view Anart as someone who cares so much about helping people see objective truth that she is willing to give what's needed in order to achieve that, it would help?

True love is not telling people what they want to hear - that's what the world around us would have us believe. True love is telling people what they need to hear when it is asked for.

Anyone that tells you what you want to hear, or more specifically, what you "like" to hear is doing you a grave disservice. In fact, they are harming you because they are helping you to uphold your illusions. They are helping you to live a lie. Hope that helps. :)

I started reading Stalking or Precis on The Good and The Evil last night and this passage came to mind:

Positive beings at 4th density have achieved the necessary intensity and developmental alignment through conscious decisions based on recognition of the abstract propriety of identifiable divine law. […] Such beings display a recognizably “scientific” approach to spiritual considerations; they openly regard Divine Light as a mensurable magnitude. […] Their apparent “coldness” or objectivity is only apparent. They register the distress of others and modify their approach accordingly. […] One need only compare the behavior of truly negative beings to appreciate the difference. In the famous account of Whitley Strieber [there is] an adequate example. […]

Thanks for the replies. :)

Sadly there is alot I am missing.

Uhmm bud, thanks for trying to help, I appreciate it but I would prefer if you saved your energy. Take this into consideration

Luke, imo your last post is completely irrelevant to the-or should I say your-work. Like your first post, you're simply creating noise, again.
Please be more considerate about other forumites. I personally find it debilitating to have to wade through your word salad. It's a waste of time and energy. In fact, I feel as if you are feeding off of us, or me, anyway.
The Work is not a game or something to satisfy your curiosity. It is just that, Work.
Anyway, this is what I see. Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont want to fall into the trap stated above, it seems to probably constitute the core of my being, I think it is best not to pursue any discussion about wants or needs as the original basis of the discussion was built on poor foundations.

I'll take what others have said and go back to the beginning. Start from basics, self-observation, self-remembrance, trying to develop a concise writing style and hopefully external consideration.

Given the trend I am on, this is probably another rotten post but I thought it would be rude not to answer back. I apologise in advance.

That's why I said that, at first when you read her you say gosh this hurts, but then you say, this is true and it has helped me, so thanks!! (in your mind)
When I got to this forum I knew Anart always was objective, saying the things as they are, but for example what I was referring was that the essence or whatever it is, its different from Laura's post or Ark or other experienced forum member, when they say what its have to be said.

So yeah, I understand she do this because she cares, and its easy to see that, like one math teacher saying "this is not correct etc etc" so you do it in the right way.
So no offense, its just that I don't know, Anart is strong. LOL

Thanks anyway, everything you say I agree, that's why we are here, to leanr and get rid of illusions.
