I came up with two that I might refer to as "theme songs". Whenever I listen to them they both make me cry - and I mean REALLY cry. And I'm very glad you made me think about this because it only dawned on me, now, how much I can learn about myself by closely examining the songs that cause such overpowering emotional reactions in me, like these. Now that I think of it, two years ago I sat down with my guitar to play some songs for my daughter. I thought of one that I had never played before, figured out the chords and started to sing. And everytime I got to the chorus, I got so emotional I couldn't get the words out. I never actually got through the whole song.

First of all let me apologise for that rather abrupt post; it has been bugging me since I sent it. It implied that your remarks concerning Yasmeen were not worth addressing. I truly am sorry that I was not more Externally considerate.

Yes, Yasmeen really does have something - I haven't heard such a pure voice in a long time; despite the conditions she was singing under (background noise, traffic, inconsiderate pedestrians and no discernable acoustics) her quality is unmistakable, osit.

If you like Yasmeen's voice, you may also like Andreas Scholl. You may already know his work, if not, he is a counter-tenor and his voice is truly sublime. His website is _http://www.andreasschollsociety.org
