The new mayor of New York, who miraculously became a naturalised American citizen in 2017, is not a Muslim.
He is Jewish.

On the question of Mamdani is being Jewish, Mamdani laughed when it was said 'His Mother was Jewish and his grand mother was Jewish'. Hard to know whether this laughter is just political circus where he didn't understand the context or some thing else. Generally if some body says different father name than the acknowledged name, it is considered very insulting (aka from illegal relationship).

Officially, his mother Mira Nair never converted to Judaism. She is a Hindu, from Punjabi family ( though born odisha), moved to US in 1976 for education, married to Mitch Epstein from 1981-1989 ( as per wiki). Mamdani was born in October 18, 1991. She met his Mahmood Mamdani (muslim), when she went to Kenya to research for a movie. Mira Nair-wiki

In 1977, Nair met her first husband, photographer Mitch Epstein, when taking photography classes at Harvard University. He was her lecturer, and they married in 1981 in India, in a traditional Punjabi wedding, despite Epstein being "a Jewish boy from Holyoke, Massachusetts". They were together for 12 years, of which they were married for 8. They divorced around 1989.

On 29 March 1989, Nair met her second husband, Indo-Ugandan political scientist Mahmood Mamdani, in Nairobi, Kenya, while doing research for the film Mississippi Masala. She had read his book From Citizen to Refugee, about the expulsion of Asians. Nair moved in with Mamdani on campus at Makerere University, where he was teaching. They married in 1991, and their son, Zohran Mamdani, was born in Kampala, Uganda, in the same year. In 1996 the family moved to Cape Town, South Africa, for Mahmood to take up an appointment as head of the African studies program at the University of Cape Town, where they lived for around three years.

The exact date of their 1989 divorce is not clear. Mamdani was born on October 18, 1991. 9 months of period of pregnancy means she conceived him around Jan 1991. some claim that they were divorced in 1990. Is it 1989 or 1990? We know this is splitting hair. "Influencers" tagging on to "elected" is nothing new. This "laugh" makes me wonder there may be more to it.

Looking at the wiki page history of Mira Nair wiki page, some body added her divorce date as 1989 on Nov. 6th - day after his election.

Damn, every thing these days looks like a conspiracy or may be we are just paying more attention to it or this is how it looks during the period of "program change"?

Not a chance will New York suffer the same fate as Detroit, Gary or Baltimore. Not in our lifetimes anyway. It doesn't matter who the mayor is, or how shabby the city looks around the edges, New York City has waaaay too much established long-term corporate power invested in it and built into it for that to happen any time soon. Its a HUGE economic powerhouse, it would have to take a direct cometary hit or mega-tsunami to bring it down to its knees.

'I've been thinking about all this destruction happening in the big cities controlled by the globalists. Hasn't it been stated their plan is to get rid of these cities? So much of the corporate power are part of that group.
