Zohran Mamdani elected mayor of New York City

From what i received on Telegram, this Zohran Mamdani is jewish.
Here's a TG link that can be shared (ie: not from a private group) :

From another TG post (but this one i can't share it), here's what is written, translated to english :
The new mayor of New York, who miraculously became a naturalised American citizen in 2017, is not a Muslim.
He is Jewish. ✡️

Like Mustapha Kemal, Mohamed Sisi and Ahmad Al Jolani, the current Syrian dictator, Mamdani (if that is his real name) is a secret Jew who has been put in place to control the Muslims, who, it is true, are mostly stupid people.
On the question of Mamdani is being Jewish, Mamdani laughed when it was said 'His Mother was Jewish and his grand mother was Jewish'. Hard to know whether this laughter is just political circus where he didn't understand the context or some thing else. Generally if some body says different father name than the acknowledged name, it is considered very insulting (aka from illegal relationship).

Officially, his mother Mira Nair never converted to Judaism. She is a Hindu, from Punjabi family ( though born odisha), moved to US in 1976 for education, married to Mitch Epstein from 1981-1989 ( as per wiki). Mamdani was born in October 18, 1991. She met his Mahmood Mamdani (muslim), when she went to Kenya to research for a movie. Mira Nair-wiki
In 1977, Nair met her first husband, photographer Mitch Epstein, when taking photography classes at Harvard University. He was her lecturer, and they married in 1981 in India, in a traditional Punjabi wedding, despite Epstein being "a Jewish boy from Holyoke, Massachusetts". They were together for 12 years, of which they were married for 8. They divorced around 1989.

On 29 March 1989, Nair met her second husband, Indo-Ugandan political scientist Mahmood Mamdani, in Nairobi, Kenya, while doing research for the film Mississippi Masala. She had read his book From Citizen to Refugee, about the expulsion of Asians. Nair moved in with Mamdani on campus at Makerere University, where he was teaching. They married in 1991, and their son, Zohran Mamdani, was born in Kampala, Uganda, in the same year. In 1996 the family moved to Cape Town, South Africa, for Mahmood to take up an appointment as head of the African studies program at the University of Cape Town, where they lived for around three years.
The exact date of their 1989 divorce is not clear. Mamdani was born on October 18, 1991. 9 months of period of pregnancy means she conceived him around Jan 1991. some claim that they were divorced in 1990. Is it 1989 or 1990? We know this is splitting hair. "Influencers" tagging on to "elected" is nothing new. This "laugh" makes me wonder there may be more to it.

Looking at the wiki page history of Mira Nair wiki page, some body added her divorce date as 1989 on Nov. 6th - day after his election.

Damn, every thing these days looks like a conspiracy or may be we are just paying more attention to it or this is how it looks during the period of "program change"?

Not a chance will New York suffer the same fate as Detroit, Gary or Baltimore. Not in our lifetimes anyway. It doesn't matter who the mayor is, or how shabby the city looks around the edges, New York City has waaaay too much established long-term corporate power invested in it and built into it for that to happen any time soon. Its a HUGE economic powerhouse, it would have to take a direct cometary hit or mega-tsunami to bring it down to its knees.
'I've been thinking about all this destruction happening in the big cities controlled by the globalists. Hasn't it been stated their plan is to get rid of these cities? So much of the corporate power are part of that group.

Not to my understanding, but rather their plan is to turn cities into 'smart' cities, not to get rid of them. The ongoing "destruction" in those big cities is fairly contained and damage-controlled (it rarely if ever spills over into the wealthy suburbs), I'd say its mainly to serve their 'ordo ab chao' ethos as we continue onwards for Agenda 2030.

It appears that the New York City police department is losing quite a few officers now that Mamdami has been elected. Can't say I blame them.

NYPD Faces Surge of Resignations After Anti-Cop Socialist Mamdani Wins Mayoral Race

A growing wave of NYPD officers has begun leaving the force amid plummeting morale and fears over anti-police policies promised by incoming Mayor Zohran Mamdani, department data shows.

The exodus surged in October, with 245 officers quitting — a 35% increase from the same month last year, when 181 officers left, according to the Police Pension Fund.

Morale Plummets Under Mamdani’s Leadership

“Morale is down because everyone is concerned about the policies Mamdani wants to put in place,” said Detectives Endowment Association President Scott Munro.

“You have a person who is supposed to be running New York City that does not believe in law enforcement,” Munro added. “What’s coming out of everyone’s mouth is, ‘We’re in trouble.’”

A police union source warned that future departures may hinge on whether Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch stays in her role.

“If she leaves it may result in an uptick,” the source said. “If she stays, maybe not.”

Unions Warn of Staffing Crisis

Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry said the NYPD is losing enough officers each month to “staff an entire precinct.”

“It will certainly get worse if our city leaders don’t work with us to fix our unsustainable workload, our expired contract and the constant second-guessing that is driving good cops away from the job,” Hendry said.

The department currently has a uniformed headcount of 33,745, slightly down from 33,812 in 2024. The NYPD’s peak staffing reached 40,285 in 2000, according to Independent Budget Office data.

So far this year, 2,911 new recruits have joined the force — the highest number since 2006 — with another class expected in December.

NYPD Commander Resigns After Election

The most notable departure since Mamdani’s election is Deputy Chief John D’Adamo, head of the NYPD’s Strategic Response Group (SRG) — the unit responsible for protest control.

D’Adamo resigned Wednesday, one day after Mamdani’s victory.

Mamdani has repeatedly criticized the SRG and threatened to disband it, claiming it uses excessive force at demonstrations.

SRG officers led arrests during the 2024 anti-Israel protests at Columbia University, where hundreds were detained.

“If they get rid of SRG they’re going to put detectives on protests,” Munro warned. “That’s going to take them away from solving crimes and lead to more CCRB complaints.”

Radical Agenda Raises Safety Concerns

Mamdani has also vowed to create a new Department of Community Safety (DCS) that would replace police with mental health workers for 911 calls involving people in crisis.

“How’s that going to work when the person pulls out a gun or a knife?” a Bronx officer asked.

Mamdani further wants to transfer disciplinary authority from the police commissioner to the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) — a move many officers see as dangerous and politically driven.

“Anyone who has ever sat in on a CCRB hearing, they know it’s a kangaroo court,” a retired cop said.

Cops Furious Over Anti-Police Rhetoric

Mamdani’s past comments calling NYPD officers “racist” and “homophobic” — remarks he later apologized for — continue to fuel resentment within the ranks.

“How do you work for somebody who considers you racist and anti-queer and wants to defund the police?” a retired officer said. “If you’re eligible to leave, why would you want to stay in that situation?”

A police union consultant warned that recruitment will worsen under Mamdani.

“Nobody wants to be a New York City cop,” the consultant said. “It’s not worth the money, the stress, the danger — especially working for a mayor who wants to take the department apart.”
