In the Ra material there is some information about this and it does not talk about Jupiter, but it can be extrapolated that the gaseous planets, some are in first density and others in fourth density.

As for the entity you know as Mars, as has already been said, it stopped its advance in the middle of its third density, thus being unable to continue its progression due to the lack of conditions suitable for survival on its surface. This planet will undergo a healing process over a period of thousands of years of your space/time.
The planet you inhabit has a metaphysical history that you know well, and you can ask any questions about it that you consider appropriate; However, we have already talked enough about that topic.
The planet you know as Saturn has a great affinity with infinite intelligence, and therefore has been inhabited in its time/space magnetic fields by those who wish to protect your system.
The planetary entity you know as Uranus is slowly advancing through first density and has the potential to progress through all densities.

In addition the C's referred to Saturn as "Zendar" (Saturn=Zendar, 886,700,000 miles from Sun; 74,500 diameter) where the Zendar Council is meant to be based, which they described as:​

A: Zendar Council is a sixth level density council which spans both physical and ethereal realms and which oversees dramatic development points at various civilizational sectors in lower density levels.

Elsewhere they spoke of overseer zones in 5th and 6th densities. Approximately one half is STO and one half is STS. Hence, Saturn may, like Jupiter, be an overseer zone inhabited by 5th density and up and, therefore, not by 4th density beings.

Well, right off the bat he claims that we, meaning humanity, has no evidence of alien life that he's seen.

A few minutes later in the interview below, when asked if aliens are already here and we just don’t see them, Harari says that Artificial Intelligence IS the alien intelligence that is here already. So while he’s right in a sense, its clear that he publicly gives no credence to the idea that aliens (in any physical sense) are here because, he reiterates, he’s seen no evidence for it.

To his credit, Harari does voice concerns about some of the dangers of AI - but reveals his strong neo-Darwinistic view of life on the planet as he evokes natural selection (as the cause of evolution). He also shoots down Intelligent Design as we understand it here, and assigns any new design of Intelligent life forms to what we do with technology and AI only (further supporting the perception that he's pretty much a Godless transhumanist).

So Harari, as far as I can tell, either really has ZERO clue about what’s going on concerning aliens (out of either disinterest or willful ignorance it seems) or, he does know a thing or two and is - at this time - unwilling to share any of it.

This makes perfect sense if disclosure is imminent.

Sounds to me that whomever or whatever is behind the phenomenon is making the idea of “disclosure” moot- if the frequency of sightings continues to increase, the whole disclosure program will become a non issue. Which is fine by me- it will be an irrefutable fact these things are real.

The article notes that rumours about aliens are on the rise and states:

"In the last couple of months, social media has been dominated by discussions surrounding aliens and UFOs, thanks to wild claims by UFO enthusiasts and ufologists who are determined to prove there is life beyond the planet we inhabit."

Well no doubt some of these so called sightings can be explained away by natural phenomena - that has always been the case. However, many are now being seen or filmed by people who had no previous interest in UFOs' prior to their sightings like the family in Las Vegas. Hence, they won't all be wild claims being made by UFO enthusiasts.

It is interesting that one commentator thought the UFO might be a hologram projected into the sky. Curiously, the C's once said that the PTB might stage a fake UFO invasion using holographic technology (ref. Project Bluebeam) but it would fail due to the technology being inadequate, or that it might be upstaged by the real thing, or finally that earth changes could intervene first:
