Plainclothes Miami cops ticket people who don't wear masks, fine anyone who doesn't wear face coverings properly
Yes, even outdoors or drinking water in certain conditions. Must be worn "properly" to avoid fines. That will be $100 please. Elsewhere, one can read of states where law enforcement refuses to support such government overreach.

I did watch the movie Dark Waters last night which is in the same vein as the movie Erin Brockovich - they're both about hazardously contaminated water by big corporations, DW - Dupont chemical and EB - energy corporation Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). The only remedy was through legal means and in both cases, it was a David vs Goliath endeavor. I thought these legal fights very much relate to this current situation with the government sanctioned health authorities. Of course, we know the system is corrupt to the core, so even legal action doesn't guarantee a just result with compromised judges along with other factors. Dark Waters illuminates that reality quite well.
