Once again, the WHO has stepped in to offer some confusing comments about the coronavirus vaccine, warning that there is "no evidence to be confident shots prevent transmission" and that people who receive the vaccine should continue wearing masks and following all social distancing and travel guidelines.

As coronavirus cases surge nationwide, the flu has seen a remarkable dip. Reported cases of influenza reached record lows last week, with fewer than 40 diagnoses recorded during Dec. 13-19.

In week 51 of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's "FluView" data monitoring system, 36 positive flu tests were documented. This marks a steep decrease from last year's total of 7,703 cases during the same time frame. The positivity rate has sharply declined this calendar year as only 0.10% of tests taken this year came back positive. The five-year average is 15.80% positive.

In trials, the Pfizer vaccine was 95% effective in preventing COVID-19, and the Moderna vaccine stands at 94%, both significantly more effective than many scientists anticipated.

If the vaccines are actually as effective as they say they are, why do we need masks? If masks worked, why do we need this rushed, unproven, and unwanted vaccine? No one is asking these questions in the mainstream media, so it’s time we start thinking for ourselves and undoing the years of brainwashing from listening to psychopathic politicians and their lapdog public relations department, the mainstream media.

So basically, you can still get the coronavirus if you get two shots of the “effective” COVID-19 vaccine. And then you’ll be “asymptomatic” and won’t know you’re sick, and could still infect others. So instead of the side effects of getting a cold, those who choose to take the vaccine face severe side effects, including death, that the Big Pharma companies won’t be liable for.

Fact check: Yes, employers can require that workers receive the COVID-19 vaccine​

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released its first guidance on workplace coronavirus vaccination requirements Dec. 16.

Hood Report TV took to Instagram to share the news. "Employers Can Reportedly Require Workers to Get COVID-19 Vaccine," its post read.

Western Journal also wrote about the guidelines on its website. "Employers Can Now Legally Fire You for Refusing COVID Vaccine," the headline reads.

Hood Report TV and Western Journal have not responded to requests from USA TODAY for comment.

There are some exceptions​

Employers have the legal right to mandate that their employees receive a COVID-19 vaccination, according to the guidance.

The law allows employers to set "a requirement that an individual shall not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of individuals in the workplace."

There are exceptions for employees with disabilities or "sincerely held" religious beliefs – protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII, respectively.

In those instances, employers are required to show that an unvaccinated employee poses a “significant risk of substantial harm to the health or safety of the individual or others" in the workplace.

Employers that conclude an unvaccinated employee poses such a threat must try to provide a "reasonable accommodation" to the employee.

If there is no reasonable accommodation, or the accommodation places an "undue hardship" on the employer, it is lawful for the employer to "exclude the employee from the workplace," according to the guidance.

That does not mean the employer may automatically terminate the worker. Before termination, the employer most determine whether "any other rights apply" under federal anti-discrimination laws or federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Employees who don't receive vaccine can be fired​

Helen Rella, a workplace attorney at the law firm Wilk Auslander, explained the practical implications of the guidance to CBS News.

"The logical conclusion is that if no possible accommodation can be made and the employee's job requires that they be in the physical workplace – and they pose a direct threat to the safety of the workplace or others – that yes, they could be terminated," Rella said.

The public is being subjected to a full-court press of lies and disinformation. As it's already been officially determined that one can lose their job if they refuse vaccination, then don't even think about not submitting! OBEY or Else!!!

Frankly, I'm beginning to believe resistance is futile! No matter how many legitimate doctors, heath professionals, and scientific studies expose the falsehoods associated with the virus, the "preventative" spread measures, the vaccines, etc., the rollout continues unabated with no end in sight of masking, social distancing, lockdowns, restrictions on travel and gatherings, etc. The propaganda/programming is all ahead tilt and any contradictory information is either countered with totally untrue "facts" or completely ignored into oblivion.

Saddest of all is that it seems the younger generations (my offspring's age group -GenX/Millenials- and younger) are swallowing all of this hook-line-and sinker! My good friend hasn't had actual physical contact with her one son/daughter-in-law/only grandchild since March! Poor child looked totally forlorn when his Christmas gift was handed off from the driveway. The children are getting the worst of it by being cut off from grandparents, relatives, and friends along with having their faces swaddled with the virus diaper whenever they venture outside. Plus, their most trusted adults are complicit in indoctrinating them in the most egregious of lies!

New Year's Eve "protest" in Las Vegas. The $25 supposedly is not a ticket price for the party but a fee to help pay for security for the "protest". Las Vegas police will not be enforcing masks or social distancing on New Year's Eve.

Maybe other businesses should follow this example, eg the $25 is not the price of the food for dining in at a restaurant, but a fee for security of the protest inside the restaurant.

A New Year’s Eve event at a canopied casino-mall in Las Vegas expected to be attended by at least 14,000 people could be a superspreader event that overruns hospitals, members of Nevada’s coronavirus task force said Tuesday.

Nevada COVID-19 response director Caleb Cage said plans for the Fremont Street Experience’s annual event could hamper the state’s ability to contain the virus amid the ongoing surge in hospitalizations.

“It seems an awful lot like the city worked very hard in order to skirt the spirit and the letter of the directives as they are written in order to protect us,” he said.

Since November, Nevada has limited capacity at events to 25% or 50 people to contain the virus. Cage said the Fremont Street event not only violated the current restrictions, but wouldn’t be allowed under any of the past 10 months’ looser restrictions.

Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration denied Fremont Street Experience a permit to host its annual celebration, but the city of Las Vegas issued the venue a special-use permit so it could charge for access and enforce crowd control.

City spokesman David Riggleman said, by issuing a special-use permit, Las Vegas wasn’t sanctioning any event but recognizing that many planned to gather in a public place and attempting to make it as safe as possible.

“People are coming to the Fremont Street Experience and the question for the city was: What was it going to do to prepare for the fact that people were coming?” said Wesley Harper, the executive director of the Nevada League of Cities, who spoke on behalf of Las Vegas. “If they’re going to come, let’s do some things to try and make this as responsible as possible.”

Harper implored officials to view the event as a “protest” that couldn’t be stopped without violating the First Amendment. He said the $25 cost wasn’t for tickets, but for a “service fee” to subsidize the cost of necessary law enforcement.

Fremont Street Experience’s public relations representative Terri Maruca declined to comment.

According to the outdoor mall’s website, everyone will need to wear a mask at all times and stay 6 feet away from each other. Unlike past years, Thursday’s event will not include street performers or live music. But guests will be able to watch a light show, see the Slotzilla Zoomline and walk the corridor’s six blocks. Guests of Fremont Street hotels will also be allowed on the premises for festivities.

Clark County Commission Chairwoman Marilyn Kirkpatrick told the state task force she was concerned the event could push Las Vegas-area hospitals beyond their capacity. In Clark County, 87% of licensed hospital beds — including 78% of ICU beds — were occupied as of Monday, the most recently available data.

Kirkpatrick said she worried it would be hospitals and their staff, rather than New Year’s Eve street party-goers, who will pay the price for the event. While it does not fall under county jurisdiction, she said she planned to ask organizers to cut the size of the event to 7,000 and cancel the light show.

Las Vegas Metropolitan police Deputy Chief Kelly McMahill said at a Tuesday news conference that officers will not be enforcing Nevada’s mask mandate and or social distancing requirement on New Year’s Eve, but they plan to ask pedestrians to comply.

“We welcome you to have a good time but we also don’t want to send ourselves back months in this pandemic where we have more and more people going to the hospital and we’re closing down the city,” McMahill said.

Another thing, this article on Sott suggests the Russian scientist who stabbed himself and jumped off a building may have been involved with the vaccine. I wonder if he knew something and was considered a security risk.

You'll also notice that recently Oxford / Astrazeneca and Russia Sputnik vax makers are collaborating. So new developments here. What's going on? UK and Russia working together? Looks very normal!

Also worth noting that the new strains of covid making all the news are emerging from countries where Oxford were doing their trials: UK, South Africa and Brazil.

At the very least, he may have received poor medical care.
