Good catch! It might be indeed a "glitch in the matrix" or rather an indication that some of the movers and shakers of this and other elections (and Corona too) might indeed prepare or be aware of Asteroids that might impact earth and therefore want to establish more control by specific measures such as Corona and ousting Trump etc.
I think the "Chemical Industry Education Centre, Risk-Ed. (n.d)." part probably is a separate (and not necessarily connected) reference from the "Asteroid impact. The probability of an asteroid impact. Risk | Risk ED. Accessed 27 March 2015." And yes in 2015 the website seems to have been different and owned by someone else? See below

That's not how things get done in that game. We have seen that type of move with Putin many times. Instead of jailing corrupted officials, which would bring some success but the big fish would swim away, he and his team patiently released some info and waited for the moves of the other side. That way you can obtain a much more detailed picture of who is involved in the dirty business and decide what your next step should be.

@N1mTzo who's an actual Russian living in Russia has said some things about the political game in Russia that isn't entirely in-keeping with how we see Russia and Putin. As someone who's never been to Russia, can't speak Russian, doesn't know much about Russia, I take his perspective and also the perspective as presented by SOTT, RT etc as they are.
Anyways, at the end of the day it doesn't really matter... At the top they play their games. That's how it has always been. Usually the small average man is just a pawn in this game. Again, that's how it has always been.
We usually have our "political analysts" who act like the modern day priests deciphering for the small average man the moves that are going on above his head. Sometimes it sounds really complicated... A bit like the story about those magical votes that appeared for Biden. My simple mind says fraud, the analysts (a.k.a high priests) are saying "computer glitch" bla bla bla.
At the end of the day, whatever move is made you'll always find an analyst who'll give you some reason for it that makes it sound like it's in the best interest of the average Joe, especially if that analyst loves the politicians he's analysing.
Basically, what I'm saying is that your point is valid. Mine is also. Our divergence is in how we see the political systems we're commenting upon.
You say they don't just come out and say whatever because a,b,c (because ultimately it's in the interest of the average Joe)... I say they were never going to come out and say a,b,c because it's all just a big game of manipulation where it's the average Joe who's the one getting manipulated.
Easy way to test this out... Let's see if that politician will indeed release the kraken like they said they would.
