Oh wow, just realized one of the tweets Trump had to delete was the video he posted asking people to please leave... what is going on? This literally after Biden asked him to do exactly that... very weird.
That's right! So that was violating Twitter's 'Violent Threat's policies?? It looks like the idea is to push the narrative that Trump himself is a violent person who is inciting the masses into violence. Indeed, that's what the Dems are aiming for, as well as the MSM and even foreign governments!
This is kind of laughable because, besides Trump's call to calm down, he wasn't there punching cops. Second, because the take-over of the Capitol building was nothing compared to what the Antifas and BLMs were doing on a weekly basis for months. Sure, there were windows broken, some fighting with the police and lots of tear gas sprayed, and surely there were provocateurs. And I suppose it was a first for the American people to witness a government building with such a symbolic value being the scene of violence. Still, the worst incident was of the woman who got shot and killed (sadly), but even the media are reporting it (so far) as having been shot by law enforcement themselves, so I don't think the masses should be blamed for that. Did I miss something else? Lets remember how left-wing rioters were looting small businesses and brutally attacking their owners, regardless of their age or gender, on a regular basis. They were called peaceful protestors back then.
Also, it's curious to me how the guys at NBC (and I suppose the rest of MSM) were so totally shocked at the 'sanctity of our democratic institutions' being 'violated by the mob', when in several other countries around the world - Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia - these sort of spectacles happen all the time. I mean, congressmen get into fist-fights with each other and/or demonstrators who march into the sessions and take over the podium, while other congressmen just relax on their seats and enjoy the show. There's no Secret Service leading them into secret emergency tunnels or anything like that. When the brawl is over, they just go back to business as usual.
