Wouldn't this be Great! It makes perfect sense. Everyone knew they where going to cheat and how they would do it. Setting up a sting would be easy enough with all the knowledge they have of such operations. If it wasn't done it should have been. But.... I definitely don't trust Pieczenik and dismiss him outright. What about Tore? I have my questions there as well. She's a passionate woman and her heart is in the right place and because of that she may connect dots due to wishful thinking or some other reason. This doesn't mean I dismiss what she shares as I do find a great deal of value there. I have learned over the years the great importance of questioning everything thats presented to us. That element of observation/questioning runs through much of what i encounter unless its obviously the facts. Patience is a virtue.....I need to work on that as I'm anxious to know how things will go.

I also think Trump will prevail.

Voting by mail greatly facilitates the use of the vote-altering software and the use of ballot dumps. One reason for the mask mandate and Covid fear was to justify mass voting by mail.

The media speaks with one voice. The print, TV, NPR, social media, and the anti-Trump Internet sites exercise censorship and control the explanations.

We are experiencing a well designed and successful coup against American democracy and accountable government.

Republicans are too establishment to effectively fight back. They fear that exposing and resisting a stolen election would discredit American democracy. In effect, patriotism makes them impotent.

Republicans should think instead what it means to be governed by a President covered in criminal scandal who also seems to be suffering mental confusion and is likely for one or both of these reasons to be moved aside. If Kamala Harris becomes president, we will have in the Oval Office a female of color who hates white people and is vindictive against them.

Think about how unlikely the Biden/Harris ticket is for success. Everyone knows that Biden suffers mental confusion. His campaign events were barely attended. Harris had so little support in the Democrat primaries that she was the first to drop out. Even the Democrats didn’t want her; yet she ends up the Democrat VP choice. Americans watched as Democrat regimes in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and other cities responded to rioting and looting by hampering and defunding the police.

How can such an unattractive party whose elected officials refused to enforce law and order win the presidential election? The answer is fraud.

The threat posed to democracy by the software described by General McInerney is devastating. With such software in the hands of intelligence services, every election in every country can be decided behind the scenes.

This makes it easier for elites to rule. The vote altering software turns democracy into a cover for self-interested rule. Yes, elites have always tried to purchase elections, but now they can program them.

Note two other anomalous vote patterns. In the critical swing states, the Democrat votes for senators do not match the votes for Biden, and despite what seems to be a record Democrat turnout the Democrats lost house seats in the election! What explains the absence of “down the ticket” voting in Democrat House and Senate voting? Fraud in the Biden vote is an obvious answer.

If half of what he says is true, it seems he would have been neutralized — unless he's a protected disinfo agent. This all is just my opinion, but Pieczenik affects me strongly enough to share it.

I haven't read the Harper's article yet. Think I'll bookmark it... there's so much coming up on this thread it's hard to keep up.

But it's good to check in with these younger researchers, in any case. They have a lot to offer.

When I was reading through the history of the CIA, it was heavily populated by sketchy people involved with awful things. Though, being awful doesn't by itself invalidate their information, especially when the information of interest is by necessity all about the things they've been up to.

It's probably best to have an intermediary author courageous and strong-stomached enough to stand between the reader and them who can report accurately. Maybe James O'Keefe can look into it...

How Republican-controlled state legislatures can rectify election fraud committed by courts and governors​

Who determines the outcome of the presidential election in a given state? Governors? Secretaries of state or boards of election superintendents? The courts? Fox News' decision desk? Nope. The president wins a state when electors selected by state legislatures conduct a vote in their respective states on Dec. 14. Thus, ultimately, according to the Constitution, the state legislators wind up serving as the kingmakers in a disputed election.

The Constitution, in Art. I, §4, cl. 1, gives state legislatures the power over the times, methods, and procedures of elections and provides no "public health emergency" exception that enables governors or judges to override them and create a new system for elections. At its core, this is why we have such post-election chaos, and it was by design – set in motion for years by the courts and crystallized over the past few months by using COVID-19 to remake the in-person voting electorate into a postal ballot free-for-all, in what Justice Gorsuch described as the greatest judicial intervention in elections in 230 years.

Well, now state legislatures can have their revenge and have the final say, as intended by the Constitution.

While everyone slept as the courts rewrote election law, Levin, a constitutional lawyer, warned on Sept. 18, "As in Pennsylvania, the Michigan legislature is controlled by the Republicans. They must meet in emergency session and exercise their Article II power under the federal Constitution and seize back control over the election system."

In the run-up to the election, courts have allowed "late voting, namely submission of ballots after Election Day so long as they are postmarked before. In addition, a Michigan court allowed ballot-harvesting under certain circumstances, which appears to have occurred late at night in Wayne County. There has been a series of rulings or administrative decisions in numerous states, which are contrary to state law and in some cases federal election law, that enabled Democrats to upend the electoral process – putting aside questions of additional fraud in the early morning of Nov. 4.

Liberals say they want every vote to count, but having votes submitted by insidious special-interest groups that violate the terms and conditions of absentee balloting ensures that the lawfully cast votes of individuals indeed do not count. We can debate the policy merits of some of these anomalous voting procedures, but everyone agrees that state legislatures control the process. In many blue states, they have already codified Democrat priorities on ballot-harvesting, registration deadlines (or lack thereof), and weak voter verification systems. But in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, there were laws on the books that were illegally ignored by the Democrat governors and the courts.

Technically, this means that state legislatures could even appoint electors and completely avoid or cancel out popular election ballots we have today, at least for the president and vice president.

Obviously, none of us wants to abolish popular elections, but why would the Constitution even grant state legislatures such power? Well, the framers understood that, unlike Congress, these are the bodies that are closest and most accountable to the people, and unlike judges or executives (state or federal), they are numerous in a deliberative body and won't wield unilateral authority without some degree of consensus.

Trump has to 21 of January to sort this mess out. Or has he, why should he leave office when the investigations are still taking place. This is a coup, we are at war and justice must be served. I think Trump will understand this, even if he has to become a dictator and risk civil war. I think it's worth it. Hopefully enough Americans understand this wiselike. I hope that enough will protest. Stop the steal. Plenty must show their support and let the establisment known that the republic will not go down without a fight.

In our piece Wednesday morning, Revolver described a little-known facet of constitutional law concerning the Electoral College. Article II of the U.S. Constitution describes how the process works:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress; but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The first line is the critical one. Under the Constitution, authority to appoint electors isn’t generally delegated to the states, but instead specifically is granted to the state legislature.

Republicans have total legislative control in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. They have the power to appoint electors in the manner they choose. If the results in their states appear fraudulent, then these Republicans have a moral duty to act. To do anything else is to abandon their voters and unilaterally surrender to the predations of the enemy.

So far, though, they have followed the lead of Republicans in Washington, and done nothing.

Right now, protesters should not be outside the locations counting ballots. They should be outside the homes of Republican state legislators, demanding that they stand up for their own voters.

As a result, during the recount of the absentee ballots, all counterfeit ballots will be immediately detected by Supreme Court investigators.

For polling station fraud, fraudsters will be trapped because all Republican assessors (civilians from each party who observe the counts at each polling station) were unknowingly magistrates (judges, prosecutors, or bailiffs) present incognito.

Their testimony having the value of absolute evidence in American criminal law, these fraudsters were caught cheating.
