Thorbiorn made a list of the sources in one of the posts above. I have found out a bit more about each source and it all looks neat in a spreadsheet =) In order for that info to be of benefit to the Forum and since we have not yet found a solution how a spreadsheet could be available for the members of the Forum then I will post the info here.

In looking for the info above it became clear that when one looks behind the facade of these companies, one discovers the very people who are in the corridors of power. Needless to say: The elite has a very direct hand in the control of the media.
A more complete look at the media in general and the many tentacles of the elite is a subject for a new thread. Before that more research is needed.
