So I googled whats happening in april astrologically speaking and the results are well, a rare event is in the offing.

In fact, I came across this article in the guardian though I suspect it is more a promotional piece for the astrologer in question than april 2014 per se.

Other hits on the search confirm than some configuration will occur called a cardinal grand cross. Don't know what it is as I do not know much about astrology but it seems to send some of the astrologers into a frenzy.

Anyways, so one of the hits I got was to an astrology forum where someone posed this question way back in 2011 - if I have not all of a sudden gone blind.

I think this will be a large regional war, that nears world war, or alternatively civil wars in big world powers, coupled with some degree of economic collapse, and for sure plenty of social unrest.

Actually, I did this prediction based in many things:
- Uranus enters mid Aries: historicall, always lots of big events
- Big square Uranus/PLuto. Last time was thirties
- Charts of most world powers affected in a BIG way. So, something BIG will happen.
- Waxing, waning cycles show a peak of pessimism, destruction by 2014-2017, in a way bigger than Great Depression but less than WW2.

Right, what are the chances of that?

Taking the astrological implications, what is happening in the world policitically, economically (bankers jumping off buildings, global currencies crashing etc etc) and weatherwise plus what the Cs have said about an april drop dead date, maybe, just maybe their is a grain of truth to this business. Plus no one is talking about the dollar reserve currency - what solution are they thinking up to that problem?

Plus this year lots of countries have seen the most amount of rain for jan/feb EVER recorded plus the great lakes are almost completely frozen over ... the weather is really temperamental, one day it is spring the next it is back to winter, shifting and changing all the time...

What has scientists very concerned is that Yellowstone has suddenly begun emitting massive amounts of Helium-4. Helium-4 seems to be the predictor of activity, as proved with other volcanos.

The USA faces a Cardinal transformation of subsequent change of political power and a fixed moment of itself as a country and its days as the lone global superpower may come to an end.

That is one sure way to bring the warmachine to a grinding halt though there may be some collateral damage...

Interesting, but if it's supposed to be a prank, why publicly announce it in advance? What do you think?

Karol Wojtyla and Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli will be proclaimed saints on the same day next spring, Pope Francis announced at the Concistory for the canonization of the two late popes

The two late popes who have most inspired Francis’ reform initiatives and his apostolate in the existential and geographical peripheries are to be proclaimed saints on the same day. Blessed John Paul II and Blessed John XXIII will be canonized on 27 April 2014. Francis announced his decision during the course of an Ordinary Public Concistory. Bergoglio announced the date in Latin, as is traditionally done. The Concistory for the canonization of Popes John Paul II and John XXIII took place at 10 am in the Concistory Hall in the Vatican Apostolic Palace. The Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, Cardinal Angelo Amato, introduced the two Popes in Italian, underlining the fact that they both lived during times of profound transformation. During these times of change, they demonstrated a great “firmness” of faith in proclaiming the “true dignity of humans” and the “dialogue” they established both inside and outside the Church. Cardinal Amato also emphasised the importance of the late popes’ work to achieve “peace among nations” The cardinal then talked about the lives of the two future saints, before Francis finally announced the date of their canonization. John Paul II and John XXIII will be enrolled among the saints on 27 April 2014, the second Sunday of Easter otherwise known as Divine Mercy Sunday.

Francis chose to celebrate the canonizations on the Feast of the Divine Mercy (Dominica in albis as it is officially known in Latin), a solemnity established by John Paul II, who died at 21 .37 on 2 April 2005, so during the celebration of the first vespers of the Feast of Divine Mercy on Sunday 3. Last June Francis approved a second miracle attributed to John Paul II and decided that John XXIII didn't need a second miracle to be canonized. He was been credited with one - On 25 May 1966 Caterina Capitani was inexplicably healed from the consequences of serious bleeding which occurred after she had been subjected to an almost total gastric resection more than a year before - leading to his beatification back in 2000.

Francis based his decision on the fact that John XXIII is already considered a saint by so many: in Roncalli’s family home in he village of Sotto il Monte in northern Italy, there is an entire room decorated with pink and blue bows, sent by couples who were diagnosed as sterile but managed to have children after invoking the Good Pope. Pope John Paul II’s canonization is being celebrated at record speed, less than ten years after his death. He is only preceded by St. Anthony of Padua, who died on 13 June 1231: the solemn ceremony was held in Spoleto Cathedral, on Pentecost Day in 1232, in the presence of Pope Gregory IX. In John Paul II’s case, the investigation into the miracle attributed to him, was meticulously carried out. Costa Rican Froribhet Mora was unexplainably healed after suffering a near fatal brain aneurism on 1 May 2011, the day of Wojtyla’s beatification, which convinced many witnesses of the fact. Francis is of the same mind as Benedict XVI who decided to waive the normal 5-year waiting period for the opening of John Paul II’s cause by the then Vicar of Rome, Cardinal Camillo Ruini, in June 2005.

The decision to canonize him was not taken because of the overwhelming number of people who wanted this since the day of the Polish Pope’s funeral. On that day, Joseph Ratzinger invited the world to turn its eyes to the “window of Heaven” from which John Paul II would continue to speak to us, as he had done very Sunday during the Angelus for the last 27 years. “Make him a saint straight away” was a wonderful but risky slogan. The strict canonization procedures which Karol Wojtyla had himself set in place and were later faithfully updated by Benedict XVI were fully respected.

If, and that's a humongous IF there is any credence to this story, I do not know. Lately, seems to me the gubemint is actually lying less and less. More obfuscation than outright lies. They are getting so bold as to just come out to say things. They seem to smirk over the masses inability to do something about anything and perhaps are getting some "jollies" by "in our face" remarks. Alien invasion hoax? Maybe it's going to be those very cool holograms in the sky I've been hearing about for years now? And just an alien invasion only? How about GeeBus majestically floating down, golden hair flowing, hands/palms reaching out to Save Us all from those nasty aliens. How many people would believe that one? Put some sugar in that Kool Aid.

I am thinking often about the separation of "wheat from the chaff". It can be a very dangerous thing if something would happen in April, proving that those prophets are right.People will start believing them and they will rise and many blind followers will appear.
