Venus, that also is located in both astronomic phenomena and during the whole period of the angular elongation with the Sun (remember that Venus separates maximum from 48° from the arch of the Sun, so then, the most open astrological aspect that could be between both stars, both the most luminous of our firmament is the one of semi quadrate (45°), a very important aspect when is being produce between them because is the maximum separation from planet Venus from the Sun and it allows to have the maximus luminosity as Stella Matutina as in this case happens, or as Stella Vespertina, as in other occasions happen, when the aspect is produced with Venus in an ecliptic longitude lower than the Sun, so then, we can be able to observe its brilliance in the late afternoon in the West after the twilight sun.
…
Then we see a flamboyant ressenyable fact: the two violent and energetic regents of the reserved sign of Scorpio are being both retrograde, that is, being endorsed in their manifestation, contained (more Mars, for being in exile, than Pluto) and submitted at the consign of certain prudence, that would be of vital importance being the critical tensions bespeaking in the astral graphic (shown in the website) of that moment.
…
But there are more data that involves Mars reducing certain aggressiveness: It's relation with Venus in that graphic (shown in the website). So we see that retrograde Mars and in detriment in Libra has as a disposer to Venus, that it shows it dignified, in exaltation in Pisces and maintains also good aspects with its planetary relation: sextil with Pluto, trigono with Jupiter and trigono with Saturn, also its depositors Jupiter and Neptune both with good relations with it (Jupiter in trigono and Neptune in Pisces in location from where they come recently to execute their conjunction. Also we should not miss the antisci-an aspect (similar to a conjunction) that Mars has with Venus) so then Mars is being in this graphic (shown in the website) quite determined by Venus.
Mars occupies a sign ruled by Venus (Libra).
As consequence, Venus is the dispositor of Mars.
Venus is being in a antisci-an aspect with Mars.
Venus is exalted in Pisces and maintains good aspects, so then his celestial state is favorable, contrary to the celestial state that Mars is dreadful.
Mars is being in retrograde displacement, so then it increases its wariness and diminish its natural spontaneity, and immediate response.
To all this, we should add that the structure that supports this graphic (shown in the website): Great quadrature or Great Cosmic Cardinal Cross is not an structure of great dynamism, is not a “T Square”.
In our case is about a Great Cardinal Quadrate, that may be the most dynamic of the figures of Great Cross, superior in dynamism to the Fixed and Mutable ones.
The two pairs of planets in opposition: Jupiter-Pluto and Mars-Uranus, form between them four quadrates. In consequence the non-harmony raise considerably.
Just as the “T Square” it “gathers the energy” in a focal point and it concentrate it upon the apex planet (the equilateral vertex triangle), the Cosmic cross distributes and make it more diffuse, because each planet become a focal point. So in the trying to find a solution from a related problem with one of the involved planets, make it worse with the other planets, so then from one critical situation jumps to another one, without having enough time to find a solution that of permanent nature.
The best way to face this configuration is putting in action the planet in which the graphic shows the best celestial state: Venus, elevated in Pisces, besides, it presents good “bridge” aspects between the different tensions being involved in the figure.
The cardinal aspect from the figure will generate more dynamism to overcome the difficulties, but this will be constant and permanent.
The difficulties that are being shown in the figure, should be solved with the same planets that compose the Great Quadrature, because the overcoming capacity dwells too in them. The tendency to action from the cardinal signs, signs in which the figure “sustain its feet , and in which the planets that compose it dwell, should be controlled, localized and, guided before going into action, in order to not waste or dissipate the contained energy in the figure.
The representative or symbolic number from the figure is 4, that represents the stability, so the figure distributes the tension that emerge in one vortex, subtly re-balancing the tension reallocating in the support points to make it immovable. It accumulates too much tension but it does not be defined an exit, instead it remains, it does not work out. The problem rotate within itself, re-adapting constantly, there is an impossibility that manifest rupture. That possibility is blocked, limited or crippled.
In this figure, there are also two retrograde planets, Scorpio's regents, the sign of death but also, of greatest transformations, so we see a worsening of the situation for those moments, and no solutions to problems, but the possibility of some kind of collapse or collapses … besides …, more in our concrete case, with Mars and Pluto being retrogrades and, its quite depositors, Venus limiting the aggressive response of Mars and Saturn, fastening, limiting and preventing the sudden manifestation of nature in plutonian gestation.
The involved planets in the Cross occupy the fix part of the cardinal signs (closed signs to each center of the sing), that “holds” in part the global cardinal tendency from this ones, as so Venus “holds” the false hypothetical exit of Mars in Libra, and Mars being the depositor of Urano, transfers the residual energy, limited by its disposit or Venus, to the only weighty star in the figure that is being in direct displacement, that is, spontaneous … Urano.
Pluto too is in retrograde displacement and also is being “hold” by Saturn, in which it has a relation by the aspect of “Mutual Reception”.
All of this bent us to see the figure as the one who would indicate the hardest and difficult period of the depression that would touch bottom, in where it would start a shy and hip-er slowly recovery.
