One more update about the side effects of the protocol (day 18 to 28). Notice that doxicyclin dosage was increased from 300 to 400 mg/day on the 25th day of treatment because 300 mg of doxy had virtually no more effect.
As a general rule symptoms increase as the day progress. It makes sense since during the night we don't take any antibiotic and that's when the body recovers. So, wake up time might be the best time in the day. Then every 4-5 hours you will take antibiotics steadily increasing the total load and the subsequent Herxheimer reactions.
