Bomb attacks in Brussels Airport and metro station

And this morning Toulouse Airport has been evacuated "for security reasons":

Toulouse–Blagnac Airport in southern France has been evacuated for security reasons, reports on social media suggest. Even passengers on board planes reportedly had to disembark.

Toulouse–Blagnac Airport has been reportedly closed since 6:45 a.m. local time (0545 GMT).

Police patrols and military have been deployed in the airport, France Bleu newspaper reported. “A group of CRS (Republican Security Companies) [troops] have arrived to secure the tracks and around the airport. They are conducting patrols, with identity checks and vehicle searches,” Frederic Roze from Haute Garonne prefecture, told the paper.

According to France 3 Regions TV channel, a suspicious package was the reason for the evacuation.

I was at the Toulouse airport when this happened. We were on a plane that had already disengaged from the dock and was preparing for takeoff when I noticed a couple of military type personal running under the nose. At that point the dock was reengaged and we were asked to vacate the plane and go back through security. Once inside, police and other authorities ushered all the passengers out of the terminal and onto the road. It was then I realized that the whole airport was being evacuated and not just us.

We milled about outside for a couple hours. Lots of speculation but no one informed us what was happening. Eventually, everyone was allowed back inside and we all went through security again. They were much more vigilant the second time. I got a full pat down, even after going through the backscatter machine.

I heard later that it was a suspicious suitcase and not a breach of security that was the cause of the lockdown. At the time it felt like the whole event was being "staged", coming so soon after the bombing in Brussels. Like we were being primed for interruptions like these, to accept it as the new normal.

If their agenda is to stop people from wanting to travel, it's working. There was a point while I was standing on the airport sidewalk when I almost decided to get in my car and drive home.

Agents provocateurs, no doubt. Social unity after terror attacks must trouble the PTB. They don't understand it, but they know it's a problem, so they continue disturbing it with 'follow-up terror threats' and breaking it up with reactionaries. The last thing they want - in this case - is Muslims and Euros united in sorrow on place de la Bourse.

How much effort they must go to in order to stamp down the human spirit and any sense of solidarity among the people, it almost gives one hope.

I'd say totally staged to squeeze as much juice from the Brussels bombings. Yesterday I was at Toulouse airport and stayed there maybe some 20 mins. Since I arrived and until I left, there was a constant message on the loudspeaker that someone had left a red suitcase on the information desk, so please go and pick it up or it would be destroyed. Although there were soldiers walking around, no one seemed in any hurry to lock down the entire airport for this suspicious red suitcase. In fact, they seemed quite patient about it.

They're trying hard to scare and divide people with their created 'boogieman'. I read an article yesterday about a video message that was done in Dutch/Flemish by a terrorist named 'Hicham Chaib'. Found an article about it in English:

_http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3511274/

A chilling new ISIS video has emerged of the terror group's brutal chief executioner warning that the Brussels attack was just 'a taste' of what is to come.

Hicham Chaib, responsible for countless beheadings, crucifixions and amputations in Syria, tells the West that ISIS will 'kill your people' during a rant over air strikes in the country.

The footage includes graphic images from war-torn Syria as well as news clips from the ISIS terror attacks in Brussels on Tuesday which claimed 31 lives.

At the end of the nine-minute video, the 34-year-old executes a kneeling ISIS prisoner, shooting him in the head.

Chaib, an organiser of the Sharia4Belgium group, warns: 'As long as you bombard our Muslims with F-16s, we will kill your people.'

Standing in what is thought to be the streets of the terror group's self-declared capital, Raqqa, the Belgian adds that the slaughter in Brussels was what the West had 'planted with your own hands'.

Chaib, who goes by the nom de guerre Abu Haniefa, said there would be continued terror 'at the heart' of Belgium.

Apparently Chaib, executing Muslims, is threatening the West because they're executing Muslims too...

Yeah, I reckon they made a big deal out of it on the day in question because it was the anniversary of the 'Merah shootout', when all France had eyes on Toulouse back in March 2012.

'As long as you bombard our Muslims with F-16s, we will kill your people.'

Yes, we will kill your people within a 2-km radius of NATO's HQ, but we will never go near the place where your F-16s are coordinated from.

Yeah, that kind of thing must really freak the PTB out. I remember right after 9-11, the very first large gatherings were for peace (and some anti-war messages as some more aware anticipated what would follow) in NYC - Union Square, and elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised that reaction was the first public demonstration to the (also false flag) attacks. People were bringing flowers and laying them out, writing messages with chalk, some just skateboarding around with peace signs, etc.

On the subject of your (Luc's) mentioning feeling numb to the recent carnage in Brussels, we discussed it yesterday on the Truth Perspective and I hope that you, Luc, and others listen in (if you haven't). But I also want to add here that finding an outlet for the expression of such feelings (and you put them very succinctly I thought), and which are informed by the truth and reality of things, is powerful. So it may be helpful for yourself and others to work through it further here - or via the social networks, or even write a comment to an article you see on Sott to add to the social proof - to give your very knowledgable views some greater expression, and assist others in seeing what you do.

One of the things we talked about was what it might take - what story or piece of information which may get widely shared - that would help people reach a tipping point in perception about the powers that be (and ultimately help to reach 'critical mass'.) Well, in some ways, this speculation is kind of useless because we just cannot predict how that might come about. However and whenever it is though, or even if its just through the sheer body and weight of true information that gets shared and helps with this, I think there's a good chance it will be informed by the thinking, emotions and values of us here, and our work in sharing it here and with greater numbers of people.

Thank you Ennio, I found your words very touching. I'm kind of overwhelmed a bit by the amount of available sott radio shows, but I will put this show on the top of my list.

Yes, I think sharing thoughts like this really helps, and I know it - it's just that I couldn't bring myself to deal with this topic at all, not even reading a sott article. Just to write this little comment above, I had to sneak around this blockage, it didn't come naturally. But I thought "at least manage to express how you feel about it". I don't know, I'm somehow very sensitive at the moment, even mundane things touch me, as if there is some sort of open wound that hurts when you press on it, that is sensitive to certain stimuli. And I just can't take watching the news, whether mainstram or RT, or even reading sott at the moment. But this doesn't feel right, because I know everyone on sott is looking at these things day in day out, for the benefit of others, but there it is. On the other hand, knowing myself a bit, I'm sure this feeling will recede eventually. These things tend to come in cycles, in my experience.

Thanks again Ennio :hug2:

Thanks luc for expressing your thoughts and sharing, much appreciated.

I too have been feeling quite "down" these last 2 weeks as well. Never really have felt this way before, and I felt the negative emotions really acutely after Brussels. Maybe its the Iodine amplifying the emotional aspects - or there has been a distinct FRV change as the cleansing is "starting" hence the feelings are more intense, im not sure - but I guess sharing thoughts as Ennio mentions really helps. Last 2 weeks, although I have still constantly read Sott, I work on "channeling" my emotions to the positive, and try to be calmer, by going Birding or spending more time in nature on weekends. I normally become much calmer after this, and also an "understanding" develops that it is this beautiful surrounding nature, that Mother Earth and Universe is trying to protect and cleanse - against the STS machinations (3D & 4D). This helps me ameliorate the intense negative emotions lately that are "coming out". I guess we have to learn how to take this all in in our stride; and still constantly observe objectively the events as they unfold. Just some thoughts, and a :hug2:

Thanks Ennio as well for the kind words, will check out the Truth perspective show as well.

Hopefully we feel! Think about people who aren't feeling anything at all. Continue their live as nothing.

We feel. We cry. We pray for a better world. We look, we see. I am editor at Sott so some times at the end of the day I feel exhausted, very very tired. I say many times "enough is enough" because it is always there, this terror outside, this sufferance. I cry, just seeing pictures of the horror. So then I stop one hour, two hours, go outside with my dogs, read a novel then continue. For me the only way to be present is to look all this and if it is hard I say to myself: your life is nothing compared to their lives. You are lucky my girl, don't complain.

Yesterday a member said that editing is a sort of therapy. I think so also. It is a sort of prayer that try to understand what is happening, a sort of light. And it helps to know that others are dealing with this horror, and how they deal with it.

When I can express, at home, my grief I do it. I yell my anger. I insult the perverse assassins. I insult the situation. Other times I just feel so sad. And I accept this sadness as something very positive.

I listened to the discussion on the Truth Perspective, and completely understand the difficulties; and that is for people who have some grasp of what is going on such as you, Luc. For those that get spun around on news without any sort of a compass, well, I've been there myself in history and still struggle.

As horrible as it all is, and as the C's emphasize concerning watching the show, helping where you can raise the level of awareness, this is a great inner help in filtering our everyday lives among the global false narratives that are sown and propagated. I know for me anyway, turning aside and wanting to disassociate back into a life that shields reality, I just cannot do this any more in the face of things today - these things must be acknowledges and seen for what they are.

Fwiw, it might also be useful for peeps to keep their focus on the things that make people who they are, our laughter together, eating and talking together, and being together always in support of each other while under the weight of things that operate against humanity.

Here's something from the Sott editors, in case any of you feel like commenting, even just a "totally agree".

Sott Exclusive: Brussels Bombings Farce as Failed "Suicide Bomber" Released For Complete Lack of Evidence

Words fails us. Well, not really. Here are some words. BS, Farce, Con job, Sham, Travesty, Mockery. We could go on, but those should suffice for now to describe the official narrative around the Brussels bombings last week.

Suicide bombers, they told us, were behind the blasts in the airport and metro station. Yet a preponderance of lower leg injuries at both sites argued strongly for bombs that were placed on the floor, not attached to the chest of some wild-eyed jihadi of the type that appears only in the best wet dreams of NATO officials.

But we have proof! Don't we? Video evidence even! We all saw the footage of the bombers as they nonchalantly pushed their baggage carts through the airport just before detonating their 'vests' and considerately leaving a few behind in a trash can for good measure (and authorities' ease in establishing a narrative from the get-go). Three guys, two dressed in black and a third with a hat, glasses and white coat. That's them! Those two in black, they suicide bombed themselves and the third one got cold feet at the last minute and put his bomb in suitcase and took off. The 'authorities' later found him and arrested him, they'll certainly make him spill the beans. Right?

Not really. Yes, the abortive suicide bomber was found and arrested, but today he was released due to a complete lack of evidence against him. That is to say, there is nothing, not one shred of evidence, to suggest that he was anything other than that which he claims to be: a freelance journalist called Faycal Cheffou. And you know what that means, right? It means the other two "bombers" in the video along with Cheffou probably had nothing to do with the bombing either.

In short, there were no 'Muslim suicide bombers' in Brussels last week. What happened was that bombs exploded in the airport and metro station. The bombs were placed there by persons unknown, and for the last 6 days the public has been subjected to a barrage of BS as authorities desperately attempt to find useful idiots to fit into their bogus narrative designed to instill fear and insecurity among the ordinary people of Europe and the world.

I haven't found an English version, but this article says that Khalid El Bakraoui, one of the alleged suicide bombers, claimed unemployment benefits 11 days before the attacks. So why did he need the money if he knew his dead was imminent - to pay for his entrance to Heaven? The article tries to address this little inconsistency by claiming that this reinforces the hypothesis that the attack was rushed as a reaction to the capture of Salah Abdeslam. But that would mean that the terrorist team would have decided, planned and prepared the attack within very few days, which I don't buy.

http://es.sott.net/article/45209-Suicida-de-Bruselas-reclamo-subsidio-de-desempleo-semana-y-media-antes-del-ataque-para-pagar-su-entrada-al-Cielo

El Bakraoui, btw, is the guy who dropped his laptop in the bin for the convenience of the police. And on that note, there's this:

http://uk.businessinsider.com/brussels-attacks-brussels-prime-minister-office-2016-3?r=US&IR=T

The Belgian prime minister's office floor plan was found on a Brussels attacker's discarded laptop

Photographs and a floor plan of the Belgian prime minister's office were found on a discarded laptop that belonged to one of the suspects linked to last week's terror attacks in Brussels, The New York Times and several Belgian news outlets reported on Wednesday.

Belgian newspaper De Morgen reported that the prime minister, Charles Michel, was made aware of the discovery last week. Additional security measures are reportedly in effect for his office building, and visitors are being more tightly controlled.

Belgium has apparently asked the US to help authorities analyze and decrypt information on the laptop, which was discovered in a trash can during a raid on a house in the Schaerbeek section of Brussels shortly after the attacks.

The laptop also contained a suicide note believed to have been written by one of the bombers, Belgian national Ibrahim El Bakraoui. He reportedly wrote in French that he was in "a bad situation" and that, if he did not act immediately, he would end up in a prison cell "like him."

It sounds like the narrative creators want to address that other question in people's minds as to why the terrorists chose to attack random civilians instead of government, NATO or EU buildings. They were planning to do it, see?! Except that they didn't.
