I believe you can change the 'nickname' or whatever they call it that appears in the URL; you just can't change it back to a previous one -- it has to be new.

One explanation is that a guy created a FB page on horses a month ago, and that he changed the title of his page right after the Boston explosions, making it a memorial page. Some pple argue you can't change the url of a FB page so even if the guy had changed the name of the page, the url would have stayed the same (thus showing it was a page about horses). But others say it's possible to change the url. Anyway, something similar happened after Sandy Hook, apparently.
