We had the Au-Asia-Am Reading Workshop yesterday (25th April 2020), with @Aya, @Arwenn, @sid, @Bobo08, @Keit and @yumi, and we had a wide-ranging discussion guided by the ideas and concepts put forth in Chapters 3 & 4 of the Wave volume 1.

Thanks for making the session an interesting and lively one everyone! I am indebted to your wisdom and understanding of the topics.
The following are some notes from the discussion:
Chapter 3
- Eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil - no one path/source can provide all the answers
- Be ready to challenge existing beliefs, most people are lazy in seeking knowledge, don't read books
- Most of us started with other sources like David Icke, and disinfo before finding Laura's work
- Belief vs. Faith
- We are all in different points in the journey
- Moral endoskeleton vs. exoskeletens, belief vs. faith, laws are there to adhere to as discipline until maturity, fear of the unknown means that we can't face the unknowable (Castaneda)
- The Wave is to move us up from 3D to 4D. In Dorothy - tornado as symbolism to movement to 4D and between STS/STO
- Time in 4D & 3D - 1,000 year period - humanity to make the call, what do they want to do with their lives?
- We are here to learn, we cannot be sure that we are guaranteed a place in 4D, it's a measure you take of yourself, don't anticipate going to 4D, it should be a natural progression when lessons are complete in 3D.
- Wizard of Oz inspired by 6D STO, Ruby slippers as symbolism for being able to move from STS to STO, Ra say that it's possible but hard for 4D STS to move to 4D STO.
- Choice between STS & STO is made to align with one or the other force, choosing possessiveness, greed and avarice is STS. We have the ability or understanding within ourselves to choose the proper alignment. A minute degree of kindness can exist even in the darkest situations, STO potential exists for anyone, but it is not an instantaneous switch/transition.
- Upward vs. downward spiral, lower densities are heavier, leading to "soul-smashing", strong will is needed to climb back up.
- Darkness over Tibet: the person is dragged down to darkness by other souls, it gets harder to get back up once the dynamic is initiated
- In theory, can always choose differently, however practically, once we've finally had enough of STS existence that we can choose differently.
- Importance is in striving to build POLARITY
- From Ra Material: "Sinkhole of indifference" being the chasm that needs to be crossed between STS and STO
- Choice towards STO can be painful, is made on a cellular level, Dorothy made it seem too easy to choose to go back to STO.
- Lion and Straw Man had more painful choices compared to Dorothy, she didn't have strong beliefs, which may be why she could choose to go back to 4D/STO.
- Dorothy's journey - she built up that contact potential difference through the dealing with attacks on the way - which she built enough potential, she could just go home.
Chapter 4
- Activating deconstructed DNA, tinkering by Lizzies 300,000 years ago. Earth Changes, thinning of ozone layer, when DNA fragments burned off, it was also combination of external factors - progression of wave is also Earth moving into a different density, and how we adapt our frequency to these changes
- Increasing FRV - spinning, meditation, increasing knowledge,
- Heat and cold sensations as deep conjunction in fibrous linkage in DNA structure, which is a 4D bleedthrough
- Further on FRV - Psychic hygiene, continuous knowledge input, networking - [perpendicular reality, structure, poles, we create the structure - related to Chapter 5], soul recharging through sexual center, less distorted mind able to use this energy better, resonate with energy of planet better
- Maintaining FRV makes one inedible to 4D STS
- Reconnection of DNA is possible via methods above stated to increase FRV, this can be in addition to 13 Rules for Spiritual Protection, Leedskalen, builder of Coral Castle was spinning
- Discussion on spinning, C's say can spin any direction
- Further on FRV - Cold Baths, 4 Tibetan Rites (Arky Chu Gong) has spinning as first exercise, practicing Reiki helps cleaning the channel, STO concept of getting by giving more, making your energy pipe thicker
- Poltergeists, kids at puberty, unstable energies
- Choice and allowing Lizzies to tinker, abduct, Free Will universe, they have power over us as we have power over animals, our choice is whether to believe lies or not.
- "Does lying and believing in lies damage the brain?", loss of critical faculties prevent the perception of pathological individuals because of heavy emotional investment, lying activates pathways in the brain, uses up brainpower
- Law of Three, good, evil and specific context which determines which is which - lies and truth not static, depends on context, Nazi occupied areas where people were forced to lie because they would betray compatriots otherwise. Being careful about making decisions not influenced by lies
- Michael Topper Precis on Stalking: Higher density positive entities = light beings, negative entities = light eaters, love = light = knowledge, inducing belief in lies is eating the energy of light knowledge of the person who chooses to believe in lies, believing in lies is eating of awareness energy, and a failure in the act of creative learning. Bidding process, similar to Stockholm Syndrome and related to Transmarginal Inhibition, create suffering and then extend a comfortable "mother's touch" - breaking down the being. Strieber defended the tormentors, e.g. worshipping government and totalitarian measures, giving away creative energy through PTB.
- Triggering pity. Invitation to cross the threshold by accepting lies within one's being
- Gurdjieff: Gradual accumulation of impressions, through self observation, increasing awareness and discipline, but until then we are all bound to the influences of this world, Law of Accident/General Law, requires great efforts and work to break free.
- Ark: we don't have free will until we reach specific conditions (awareness). Most don't know what free will is, postmodernism-influenced people, not aware of manipulation and believe that they have free will, YCYOR. There is a way to create your own reality, but devil is in the details.
- Once a person reaches a certain level of development, attacks can come through agents of the Matrix, family members, and so on, may not be direct attacks
- Grays are cybernetic projections for Lizzies in 3D, NPCs, lights are on, no one's home, no critical thinking, COVID has brought this behavior out in the open
- Laurent Guyenot, From Yahweh to Zion: Big lies like 9/11 and JFK influence the psychological substratum, sets a precedent for further lies, a "crypt" is a lie, then further lies are built upon this which necessitates further covering up of lies. Discussion on Israel, Jews, ethnic-specific weapons.
- Objective of 4DSTS is to create vessels in 3D for them to take over when the time comes.
- Atlanteans: STS civilization, used technology for self-aggrandization, a divided legacy of circle & pyramid people, built pyramids as energy collectors, used crystals
- Roman civilization left remnants in the form of architecture and art, our civilization however will only leave garbage, plastic as a legacy
- ECHCC - Solar system is electrically driven, comets are not icy bodies, the earth rotates due to its EM field and energy received from the sun, pyramids gathering energy, the charge that human beings hold is miniscule compared to the potential that a large structure like a pyramid could hold,
- Free energy, a lot of wasted time in the work done in this area, e.g. by Russians, and humans have not discovered the Atlantean's secrets
- Atlantean population went down from 6 billion people to 90 million
- 12,000 years ago, Venus entered solar system, 5,000 years ago, it made 7 passes between Mars and Earth, Earth is an ellipsoid shape due to electrical forces, the earth's crust gets compressed, further discussion on earth rotation and electromagnetic field effects on the earth
- Rotational speed of planets in the solar system
- Santilli, illusion that there is no connection between consciousness and matter
- Discussion regarding atoms and relative sizes of subatomic components, physics
- Discussion on souls, Laura mentioned that no new souls are created/destroyed, they change from one state to the other, contrast this with G's growing of a soul, OPs, and Jesus' soul being replicated for all who pray to him.

After three very good sessions I'd like to thank you guys. Even though I don't understand most of the concepts and sometimes I don't understand because of my poor knowledge of English this workshop is very important to me. I hope others think the same.
I remember that Joe once said that is important to continue to read hard material even we don't understand it. Sorry, I can't find the exact quote.
So, here are my reasons:
1. Because of your guidance I don't wander around, I have a task (something that I really like). I do have a problem wanting to read/do many things and usually I don't do much.
2. With guided reading and talking about it (even I don't participate in the discussion) I think that I have a bigger chance to be closer to begin to understand the material which I wouldn't without it.
So, I'm looking forward to next session

My lack of skills for talking/understanding in English fluently might be a problem for me to be fully operational, as some already said for themselves (Thanks Dakota for your feedback). But, I feel that initiative is a great adventure, and being part of it could be really nice. I only see good points.
I don't know if my equipment and my internet connection will be enough but if I don't try I won't know.
Also, about my availability, it depends on my work schedule that can change from week to week but I'll try my best to join when I can.

Thank you so much for this initiative; what a great idea! This has got me out of my reading procrastination to start to re-read the Wave. I have read the online version a couple of times but not for a while. I bought the first book in the wave series on Kindle some time ago when I went on a book buying splurge of books from the recommended reading list but had not started to read it. I have been reading that over the last week or so and am now up to Chapter 4. I have to say that I am getting so much more out of it than I did when I originally read the Wave. All of this time on the Forum seems to have taught me even more than I realised. I am understanding the significance of many aspects that I just did not grok when I first read the Wave. I have this thread to thank for that so bless you!

Yes, for myself the 'problem' lies more from dissociation, probably because of strong childish inner beliefs and the fact that this is screen to screen discussion which tend to derealize the talk (at least for me).
But I manage to reconnect most of the time when I realize I'm in my thoughts.

Even though I'm mute during the discussion the meeting up is so important to me.Taking part and listening is truly energizing. I can hear and see people who talk normally and talk about subjects I cannot speak to anyone else about.I lose the feeling of isolation and not being in my own echo chamber. The humour and solidarity is very grounding and I want to thank everyone concerned.
