What about the Human Rights convention that was used to defend the "prisoners of conscience" during the communist rule in Russia?] .
Moreover, they "sew" him an extreme version of incapacity, in order to appoint a trustee for him. With this diagnosis he will not be able to make a step, or even go out on the street without supervision. We are not even talking about him returning to his editing position at the newspaper. And this is despite the fact that Popov is mentally normal person who has never been registered with any mental institution and against whom there exists not a single complaint of any kind.

As a result of this fraud (and in fact violence against the person [clearly denying his rights]), Vladimir Popov, was subjected to a number of examinations: allegedly for memory tests and re-forensic psychiatric examination in the absence of his counsel. By what right? Who are these officials, who organized all this grand farce and have exceeded their powers and authority? What are their names? What are their positions? None of it was disclosed.
