This is an important and emotional appeal, and I share your deep frustration. I'd like to answer your appeal and offer up what I see as the analysis as to the public reactions. Not in order of importance.I don't know where to put this exactly, there's several vaccine threads. It's just so idiotic: I mean I already thought it was stupid that the vaccinated folks were worried about the unvaccinated folks who didn't have the.. measles vaccines, the flu vaccines, any vaccines, this vaccine or the other vaccine, that somehow the unvaccinated violate their sanctity; honestly, if their vaccines work, obviously they shouldn't be scared of the unvaccinated... they should laugh at us, they should laugh at the unvaccinated and say oh watch them die hahaha but why are the vaccinated people so scared of the unvaxed, if their vaccines work??? and this has been true for decades. But now this has gone too far. My wife is leaving a job, but part of one of the last announcements from the CEO is how dangerous the unvaccinated people are. The unvaccinated at putting people at risk. Do their vaccines not work... do they think their vaccines don't work... or do they just not understand what the definition of a vaccine is or should be, are they that f****** stupid? I just don't get it. If vaccines work so well why are they so scared of the unvaxed? "oh we're going to get sick, we're going to die," they're saying; like it's a risk to the vaccinated, guess the vaccine didn't work, but covid has a 99.7 or 99.8% survival rate naturally, so what is this great fear they speak of? I just don't get it. Her CEO is talking about how dangerous being unvaccinated is and clearly this woman is probably off her rocker or bought the Kool-Aid or is a sociopath or whatever, I don't know but why push this s*** on people? it's mind blowing... End rant. Sorry it just bugs the crap out of me. I still see people walking around with double masks and I just don't get it and I really don't want to guess I don't want to get what they have
1 - At Macro, scientific literacy is not good. It doesn't matter what country you are in, if its EU or Five Eyes then scientific literacy is poor. Furthermore, it is in declination. Elsewhere it can be even worse. Some Nordic Countries maintain a fairly decent scientific literacy which we also see in portions of Asia. Some portions of the Occidental nations have decent scientific literacy. Where I live, it is game over.
2 - I am a person who reads both academic and so-called non-academic papers, on the regular. I can tell you that the number of other people whom I have met personally that do this is somewhere around 2-4 percent, maximum. What this means is that even with information available, most people are not reading it.
3 - The percentage of people who take their information thru (*shudder*) "news" is not particularly high, but its a lot higher than the number of people that read the literature. So what is the largest vector for "news" for a regular person? The answer is simply word-of-mouth hear-say. That is it. Thats all. No different than 1,000 years ago.
4 - See point 3. There is a concept that applies to birds called "Lek" (wiki that). This group think piece applies to people in a big way. Any item of status encourages group-think. Then people are psychologically committed to copying each other.
5 - Pareto Principal (80/20 rule). You will notice that in general somewhere around 80 percent of people think very similarly (group un-consciousness) . You will notice that in the remaining bucket of people, their opinions, ideas, and so on vary wildly, from complete clinical imbeciles, to super-geniuses, total eccentrics, and everything else. This is a Deep States dream. By understanding these dynamics (See the book "Propaganda" by Bernays), the crowd can be swayed to Police themselves.
6 - Absence of History. The teaching of History in most places has been intentionally scuttled. This means that people who have never held a rifle, never been bombed, invaded, or violated, are now in positions of power in their Work Places. They know nothing of the meaning of sacrifice or the risks of tyranny. Indeed, tyrannical control is a heady cocktail, and a stooge with no self-sacrifice experience with gravitate to ruling and lording their petty status over others. Many in the workplace have been "itching" to show their power, and its often those with limited credentials, morals, and conventional mainstream "education" that are the worst to deal with.
7 - Base line literacy is excellent. Proficient Literacy & Retention is LOW. Even though most people can "read" technically speaking, they really are NOT truly reading and remembering what they have read. This is common. Also, even highly literate people may be "book poor", and have little or no experience with books. I also theorize a cross-connection between the advent of character restricted social media and a reduction in total word-count read on a per-person basis throughout their lives.
8 - Absence of "Liberty Culture". Where I live, this is the biggest issue. There is ZERO understanding of the French Enlightenment experience, the American Revolutionary War experience, and other events that hold certain moral lessons for those that have the eyes to see.
9 - Declination of the value of the right to Privacy. When I was a teen, it was Verboten to snitch and rat out others for what seemed like petty reasons. Now that we are in full brainwash panic mode, this has gone 180 with many people rushing to out themselves, discuss their private lives, including their medical history. This was previously unheard of.
10 - ALL esoteric reasons we on this forum are aware of (Attachments, directing energy attacks, mind control and so on).
