Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. is a global mass media and entertainment company but is mostly known for its film division Lionsgate created in Vancouver, BC in 1997, with headquarters in Santa Monica. It is owned by Canadian billionaire Frank Giustra, who is also CEO of Fiore Group of Companies, the co-chair of International Crisis Group, board chairman of Acceso, and a mining financier.

The Uranium One mine was located at Willow Creek which is in Wyoming not Utah (it doesn't look there has been any uranium mining in Utah since 1989 with renewed interest only as of Jan. 2023). Since 2013, it was 100% owned by Rosatom with its headquarters in Moscow, and has been closed since August 2018. Uranium Energy Corp bought the Uranium One Americas, Inc. portfolio for $112 million + $2.9 million on Dec. 20, 2021, creating America's largest uranium mining company.

The President of the Nation, Alberto Fernandez signed the decree regulating the "Law for the Control of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (27491)" whose author is the current national senator Pablo Yedlin -better known as the Vaccine Law- and which establishes that it is the National State who has to acquire them, the obligatory nature of the national calendar, the distribution and free access for the whole population.

The regulation was made effective through decree 439/2023 published in the Official Gazette, with the signatures of President Alberto Fernández, the Chief of Cabinet, Agustín Rossi, and the Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti.

With this new regulation of the so-called "Yedlin laws", those already regulated are: the above mentioned Vaccine Law (No. 27,491), the Law for the purchase of COVID-19 vaccines (No. 27,573), the Law for the prevention of Antimicrobial Resistance (No. 27,680). And the Executive Power of the Nation still has to regulate the Law on Digital Prescription-Medical Tele-assistance (27553) and the Law for the Promotion of Training and Development of Nursing (27712).

Article 2 of Law 27.491 understands vaccination as a preventive and highly effective public health strategy. It is also considered a social good, subject to the following principles:

a) Free vaccines and access to vaccination services, with social equity for all stages of life;

b) Compulsory vaccination for the inhabitants;

c) Prevalence of public health over private interests;

d) Availability of vaccines and vaccination services;

e) Participation of all health sectors and others linked to their social determinants, with the aim of achieving satisfactory vaccination coverage on a sustained basis.

Yesterday during our son`s annual check up all went pretty well until the last 2 minutes where the doc and a nurse practitioner took the time and effort to recommend a flu shot for him. I said politely no and we walked away. Same happened at his school at the beginning of this week. Same answer...no thanks. No law, not even a mandate and this thing is being pushed in again. Of course I have read about other places with similar "requirements" but it didn`t really sink in, until it hit home.

Messenger RNA pseudouridylation was recently discovered as a widespread and conserved phenomenon, but the mechanisms responsible for selective, regulated pseudouridylation of specific sequences within mRNAs were unknown. Here, we have revealed mRNA targets for five pseudouridine synthases and probed the determinants of mRNA target recognition by the predominant mRNA pseudouridylating enzyme, Pus1, by developing high-throughput kinetic analysis of pseudouridylation in vitro. Combining computational prediction and rational mutational analysis revealed an RNA structural motif that is both necessary and sufficient for mRNA pseudouridylation. Applying this structural context information predicted hundreds of additional mRNA targets that were pseudouridylated in vivo. The so-called RNA-based vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna contain DNA impurities in addition to the active substance modRNA.

As stated in the EMA Assessment Report, “the BNT162b2 [Pfizer vaccine] active substance is manufactured by in vitro transcription using a linear DNA template, produced via plasmid DNA from transformed Escherichia coli cells.”

In a very recent study, researchers demonstrated that the DNA contamination in both the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna injections averages 9.1 nanograms/microliter (ng/µl) mean DNA concentration versus 33.4 ng/µl mean RNA concentration.

This means that approximately one-quarter (9.1 / 33.4 x 100 = 27.3 percent) of the nucleic acids in the analyzed vials can be attributed to DNA impurities. At the same time, the active substance modRNA represents the remaining three-quarters.

Plasmids are circular DNA molecules that can replicate by themselves. It’s assumed that this isn’t the case with linearized DNA. Although the proportion of circular, replication-competent DNA plasmids versus linear DNA templates for the in vitro transcription of modRNA is still unknown, the DNA concentration isn’t only several orders of magnitude over the limit of 330 nanograms/milligram (ng/mg), as specified by the EMA, but also implies that billions of DNA molecules are transferred per shot of the RNA-based vaccines.

This has the following two consequences:

1. Plasmids generally comprise sequences encoding for antibiotic resistance; this is essential for the production process to avoid the reproduction of other bacteria, which didn’t contain the sequences encoding for the spike protein. In this instance, kanamycin can be exchanged with other bacteria, increasing the risk of developing multiresistant germs.
2. DNA impurities have the potential to incorporate into the recipient cell genome and, in consequence, may cause mutations that are followed by aberrant gene expression. Reverse transcription by LINE1 is no longer a mandatory step for the integration of spike protein-encoding sequences into the genome. Reverse transcription of modRNA into DNA followed by genome integration is the long way. However, an additional short way may exist—namely, direct integration of DNA contaminants. Both sequences (RNA and DNA) encode for the spike protein.

Finally, the process of in vitro transcription will also result in truncated RNA species as product-related impurities, which will result in the synthesis of imperfect spike proteins.

Summary​

The administered COVID mRNA vaccine is modRNA, which has been optimized for longevity and translational effectiveness, and contradicts the nature of mRNA.

The modRNA forces perfectly healthy cells to produce a viral protein, transforming these cells from friend to foe. Therefore, RNA-based injections aren’t vaccines at all but genetic manipulations. This certainly challenges the political narrative of a powerful next generation of vaccines.

Potential negative consequences are still far from being understood. Numerous adverse effects have already become obvious, shifting the cost-benefit ratio of RNA-based vaccine technology for mass application unequivocally to the negative side.

Fired Professor Wins Key Victory In Free Speech Case Over Mask, Vaccine Policy

A professor who was fired from the University of Southern Maine for challenging COVID-19 mandates has won a critical courtroom victory, after a district judge ruled that her First Amendment lawsuit against the institution can proceed.

Patricia Griffin, who says she was fired for asking valid questions about mask and vaccination policies on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic, was granted the narrow win after the university filed a motion to dismiss the case in part. US District Judge Jon Levy ruled that while Griffin's First Amendment claim can proceed, other charges were dismissed.

On Aug. 18, 2021, the University of Main announced a mandatory mask policy. Six days later, Griffin took part in a luncheon meeting via Zoom, where the speaker was Glenn Cummings, president of the university. Griffin says Cummings wasn't wearing a mask at the time.

Later that day she sent an email to the Dean of the College of Management and Human Service, claiming that she had been following "science, data, and evidence" related to the pandemic. Griffin said in the email that she was "searching for anything that will support wearing a mask while indoors as well as vaccinating an entire school population as the optimal method for stopping the transmission of the virus. The reality is that my research has found no evidence to support these measures."

Totally crazy the official reasoning of denying a transplant because she wasn't vaxxed, but, was the potential organ from a vaxxed donor? I can't imagine, with the mindset being voiced, that the donor wouldn't have been vaxxed, and that receiving that organ would pass on the "benefits" of the vax. Why wasn't that brought up as a rebuttal to the objections or does that fly against the official science?

Edit: Just watched the part of the vid where a patient denied a transplant was asked to donate his organs as he lay dying! So I guess you don't have to be vaxxed to donate organs! Of course, those are probably reserved for the elites who know the vaxxed variety are to be avoided at all costs!
