I'm a few pages back, but I wanted to share an observation
I don't know what the law exactly in other countries is about covering faces, but in Poland there is a paragraph that allows you not to wear a mask:
"... The obligation set out in paragraph 1 shall not apply in the case of:
... a person who cannot cover his or her mouth or nose because of his or her state of health, total developmental disorders, mental disorders, moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability or a person with difficulties in covering or uncovering the mouth or nose by oneself; presentation of a document or certificate in this case is not required;"
So from a practical point of view, anyone who doesn't want to wear a mask can justify himself in any way he can think of, such as depression, anxiety, breathing problems, nausea ...
and the police or anyone else from a legal standpoint can't ask us for appropriate documents to support our explanation.
Personally, I don't wear a mask, but also I haven't been in contact with the police and I didn't have to explain myself because of that.
It would certainly be worth checking how exactly the law stands in other countries where there is a requirement to cover your mouth and nose.
Exactly. These are the times when we can easily see are there any honest lawyers and judges in our countries. And if there are now is the time to activate them! Because I bet there is not ONE country that is doing this by law. And theyre all creating a premise to take away the constitutions under sheeple noses. If I had large amounts of money Id pay mine to find out if we can sue the government!
Here in Croatia we had constitutional judge Abramović say at the start of all this that these measures are done in an un-constitutional way. Because if they were done by the law they couldnt be this illogical and stupid and obviously something completely else than what is advertised.
And also we can see the average mindset of our nations, to what lenghts the programming via MSM and other chanells has been sucessfull. Because if enough people know their rights and that this is un-constitutional ( which means youre proteceted by the law if you DONT follow whats actually prescribed via MSM ) then they have slim chances of prolonging it. And thats what they are trying to do since the major effect they want is the economic crushing and enslaving through corporate monopoly. Some more people are now calling it like it is. "OFF" chanell by Domagoj Margetić on yt had one known MSM political commentator as a guest for that topic too. Sadly no politicians are loud on this matter so we know thyere ALL sold out... Im just wandering is our Ivan Pernar just dumb and too young or is he also sold out.
And Ive seen a BOMBASTIC video interview from an honest representative of Serbian people, in their parliament, on a Serbian yt chanell where he explains it all (China vs US - Russia and EU) so I now have all the dots connected about where all this is coming from and what are their goals. And why this push for 5G is key. China has shown its hand all too well and globalists are now scrambling to catch up to them because they will otherwise loose their power and China could then start to seriously screw with them, Russia and US included.
Btw. Serbia is poised for a huge clash with authorities and theyre calling for an uprising as we speak. MSM is the biggest problem there and EVERY msm outlet in Serbia is bought by German investments. Germany is a globalist hub and EU is its way of ending sovereign nations. hence the Soros/Merkel immigrants crisis. Ex-Yu countries are a good source for cheap work force that should emmigrate to richer EU countries while muslim immigrants are to be settled here. And globalists are using corona to completely take over the governments in all EU countries. Enough on that. Back to masks and un-constitutionality of the measures here in Croatia.
Today only 2-3% of people were wearing masks, mostly old and "lost" people and mainly women. Our rulling idiots have been caught avoiding their own rules for many many times and it seems many have seen it. I also saw that even the hairdresers opened and heard that public transportation started working again. With 50/50 people in masks or without. Its just a recommendation and only really un-knowledgable/brainwashed(usually pensioners but some young too) or government/banking/pharma traitors to society are wearing them (these have the most expensive ones and wear them with dignity
). Almost all shops are open and working if they installed those stupid useless (again lolz) plexiglass windows/panels. Nevermind the hairdressers lolz!!! because they couldnt do business with them (how dumb these business owners are hahahah. I stand aside to a 3meterx3meter plexiglass panel with a hole in it and breathe on the cashier while giving him cash and info on the un-constitutionality of it all lolz). I dont look into MSM any more at all so Im oblivious to the propaganda and the details but I work for people to wake up and start to refuse all of it since its un-lawfull. Ive even written a B3 format transparent calling for life in prison of all traitors to this nation and taped it on a very visible sign where A LOT of cars pass by.
There could be some protests soon here too and I will look to attend if I see that its serious. Im not interested in empty protesting where Im sticking my neck out too much and there are not enough truly woke people from all levels of society.
And Im happy to say that even the nice young pretty girls that work in my organic grocery store talked to me today about how this is an attempt at a silent COUP and forced vaccinations with nano-chips and smart credit cards. Also one older lady that waited in the line for paying bills said how the forced vaccination is scary and stupid and she didnt look like shes on SOTT regularly hehehe.
Regarding masks and disinfectant. Heres how I did it. I wore a mask for just first three days since I knew its not law. And I was spreading the facts about their un-usefullness from day 4. To people I dont know. They looked at me real funny when I talked about incubation ahahah. So no masks. And I always took an opportunity to comment on anything that was obviously not logical outloud when I was waiting in lines for groceries... sometimes people wanted to talk and sometimes not.
3 weeks ago I had one glove in my pocket to put on when they forced desinfectants in supermarkets to avoid getting it on my hands. Or Id offer just one hand and wipe it on my trousers if I didnt have my glove and looked the security guard right in the eyes with a sneering look. Lately Im sometimes even bold enough to sing a "joke song" I invented when I see masked faces:
